Really great time! We brought our dogs for the spring break weekend. Super close to the strip of restaurants on the beach. Was a little pricey? But it’s spring break so I understand. Would definitely stay again in the future. There were guests upstairs, you can hear them walk around so that was the only complaint. They had a party one of the nights so it was pretty loud , but again, it’s spring break in Florida. Totally understandable. We spent most of our time out and about, so we didn’t mind too much. Love the New Smyrna area ✌🏼

Had a good stay here, Yomar was on top of things.

Loved the lay out for sharing with our son and his family they had one side and we enjoyed the privacy of the master suite. Pool is a bit chilly in late February but we all got in. It was the perfect location for our activities and close enough to theme parks too. We would definitely suggest this home.

Wonderful family getaway. The house was so clean and comfortable. Definitely will stay here again!

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

Chris had a fantastic response time and was overall a pleasure to work with. The house was fairly difficult to find but that didn’t take away from the place. Great experience all together.

Such a great location and a wonderful host. Check in was super easy and the room was SO cute! I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Friday and Saturday live music in the courtyard, but once I closed the doors to the courtyard all was quiet. Near a wonderful river walk too. Watch Ontario canoe team. Definitely would book again.

Excellent location, very spacious rooms except the kitchen was a bit minimal. Owner was very easy to communicate with.

This is our favorite beach. We live 40 miles away. We wanted to do more than a daily trip. The size of this place was perfect and its location as well. Thank-you!

We loved staying here! It was amazing to enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking the ocean. We loved time on the beach and our kids were thankful for the skim boards and other beach toys that were provided. What an amazing weekend away for us!

Couldn't ask for a better stay! A lovely private space and Marj has really thought of everything - down to a curling iron, a nightlight in the bathroom, cold glasses in the freezer. Incredibly comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, I felt really at home. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you Marj

Sharon’s place was so beautiful! She literally thought of every detail. Sharon communicated very quickly when we had questions and offered so many great local recommendations! It was truly a fantastic experience and we look forward to booking again!

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

Didn’t really got to stay in the house, but the owner is super nice, and a really good person!

We loved our stay at Peck Plaza! Carrie was very responsive and we had everything we needed to make it a comfortable visit. The place is very clean and you and can’t beat the view. The kids loved the heated pool and we loved the accessibility to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and would come back again!

I really enjoyed this airbnb. It had everything I needed and was clean and updated. I will be booking again in the near future. Plenty of room, very quiet. Great stay!

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. Amazing beach location.

A slice of paradise! We spent 4 weeks here. Secure building, great location, good free parking, nice pool, sauna and exercise room. The pool was wonderful, and the beach is stunning. Grocery and wine stores under a 5 minute drive. 20 minute drives to 4 public golf courses. Apartment clean, and very comfortable. Great bed, shower and kitchen, highly recommend!
