Perfect location! 4 minute walk from the beach! Lots of fun bars--I really enjoyed the Clevelander. There is some noise from construction. Friendly staff on the premises. Fridge, microwave, stove, and even paper towels, plates, bowls, silverware, and a few cooking utensils. Really great stay! Really excellent! I just got back home and already wish I was back there! Really enjoyed my stay at Wilton River suites. 5 stars!! Spotless suite, really comfy bed, beautifully decorated, and gorgeous grounds. Heated pool and hot tub really great adds to make my stay super relaxing. Thanks for being great hosts, and I can’t wait to book again later this year.

Had a conference I was attending and this was a last minute booking. Place is pretty quiet understanding you’re on Collins Avenue. Very safe with a street gate. Kitchen was great to make breakfast. Bed is comfortable. Overall great place.

My friends and I really loved how clean organized and decorative the place was! All the furniture was comfortable inside and out! The check out and check in were seamless and stress free! Love Lauderdale by the Sea!!!

5 Stars – Great Stay! We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The home is beautiful—modern, clean, and very well-maintained. The pool was a huge highlight and made the trip even more enjoyable. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the hosts were easygoing without all the overly strict rules you sometimes see at other Airbnbs. A couple of small things to note: the water pressure in one of the bathrooms was pretty weak, which made showers a little less ideal in that one. Also, the listing says it accommodates 12 people, but realistically there are only 4 beds and a couch. If you’re coming with a larger group (we had 9), be prepared to use an air mattress or bring your own bedding solution. One recommendation would be for the host to leave more towels. With 9 of us, we only had 8 bath towels and a couple of pool towels, so we were doing laundry daily to keep up. That said, everything else was excellent and we had a great experience. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this place! The easiest way to sum it up is that halfway through our stay we already booked it again for next year! It’s literally seconds from the beach on foot and minutes from many restaurants. We cannot wait to return.

It was a short stay, but we really enjoyed it! The apartments are super cute and it's a great idea to have them divided up the way they were, each of the four units having two bedrooms. We aren't in this area often, but we would definitely stay here again. The Atomic team is very responsive and communicated everything well.

This home has a very large open space kitchen/ living room and 5 nice size bedrooms. It doesn't look like it from the outside, but it is very roomy inside. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay at this house was perfect and the house met completely the description : “ Luxurious and close to beach Little Palace”. House is large, comfortable and has all the amenities to spend a lovely vacation in it. Kenneth was always available and responded instantly to any requirement we had. The only problem we had was that upon arrival we could not access the house with the given code. We called Kenneth and in seconds the issue was solved. We strongly recommend this house, pretty comfortable for 8 people.

We had a great time spending the weekend in FTL. The place was spacious enough for all 12 of us to enjoy meals and time together during the day inside and outside by the pool.

Tous s'est très bien passé, Viki est très réactive! Ayant eu un problème de wi-fi, elle a réglé mon problème dans les 5min. Du a une très forte pluie, le mur de la fenêtre a été endommagée légèrement mais elle a mis quelqu'un sur le problème en rien de temps. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir, merci Viki!

I just finished my second stay at this beautiful apartment in Miami, and once again, it was an absolute delight! Renting from the same host for the second time felt like coming back to a familiar, welcoming home. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated to enjoy all that Miami has to offer, from nightlife to stunning beaches.The apartment was, as always, impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a bright, airy feel that instantly puts you at ease. We did encounter a minor hiccup with the door lock this time, but the host was fantastic—quick to respond and incredibly helpful in sorting it out, making the whole experience stress-free.Everything about this stay was wonderful.We’re already looking forward to our next visit—this place has become our go-to spot in Miami. Irene’s son, Richard was very helpful with getting us checked in. He happened to be at the building on the day of our check in and took time to show us around the building as well as provide a run down of the surrounding area. Richard was very responsive throughout our stay and was very accommodating even going as far as to provide a flexible check out time due to our evening flight. Beach chairs were available in the closet as well as plenty of clean towels which were very useful during our stay. Overall, I’d definitely recommend staying at Irene and Richard’s condo; you can’t beat it!

We just had the best time staying here! Everything you could possibly need was right on the property. Everyone was so friendly. They were great at communicating with us, we had no questions or confusion. We would definitely stay here again!
