Elvera communicated well and is extremely responsive. The location was close to the beach and restaurants. She communicated to us prior to our arrival that she found out the TV was not working and she was actively working to resolve it which was not a big deal because there was no time to use it with everything else to do in the area. She was accommodating during check in and check out. Her space was large and open with plenty of sleeping accommodations for our group. There was a convenient store a block away which was great to have nearby.

Really lovely condo. Walk 1/2 block and cross a large local street to get to the beach. (Drivers required to stop for pedestrians, and they do.) Beach is lovely with clean sand, pretty safe water, and not crowded. Condo looks like the photos, is uncluttered and very clean. It is the best equipped Airbnb condo I have ever stayed in -especially the kitchen. It is a cook’s kitchen and has everything you might need. Good linens, bedding, and everything for the beach. Even extra toilet paper, paper towels, Ziploc bags – it’s like being home. The neighborhood is safe, but there was lots of construction in front of and behind the condo while I was there. Hopefully it will end soon. Walking distance to some nice restaurants, which was good because driving is difficult - crowded and fast. Has off street parking. Outdoor area behind house is well furnished and visually private. Excellent responsive communication with the host.

Winston's Surfside Place was a perfect accommodation for our family of four. Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We could easily walk in 5-10 minutes to the central areas of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea (beach, restaurants, coffee shops). Winston provided beach chairs and towels, a big help! Also, Winston was very helpful storing our 2 bags before our Lyft to the airport. A super host indeed! We'd come back here to stay in a heartbeat!

It was myself, husband, son, brother in law and sister. There was plenty of room with private bathrooms for all of us. Everything was very clean. Had trouble getting in with the passcode at first, but was quickly resolved. I recommend and would stay here again. Thank you Sarah and Mathew!

The home was perfect for so many reasons. Spacious and open with many little patios for outside sitting! Our group was 5 women so having a bathroom in each bedroom was awesome! We noticed several little things the host did that made the stay more comfortable! The location was great... when it says "steps away from the beach" it really means it! So close to shopping and restaurants! We walked everywhere! We've already made plans to return next year! The host was friendly, thoughtful and responded quickly.

Nice little setup. Very clean, well maintained. Combo washer/dryer was a new experience that took some doing to figure out how to run DRY cycle only. A/C worked well. Beds were a little too firm for my liking, however they were in good shape. Upstairs stand alone bathroom vent fan is very loud, so be careful turning it on if people are sleeping in the 2 bedrooms next to it. For those who like really dark rooms, the curtains don't close completely so let light in a bit. Jimmy was very responsive and helpful with having trouble figuring out the lockbox. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Ice/water from fridge worked well. Parking at night was a bit tough to find the spot marked '74' as someone was parked in one of them, and the paint is almost completely faded on them. Would recommend to others, was an overall positive experience.

The place was as advertised, met all our needs and equipped for a long stay. John was an incredibly accommodating and responsive host.

Great place, friendly environment, good are and close to everything such as food places, stores, gas stations, etc. William was very communicative and made sure me and my family were comfortable. Will be coming back again!

I shared this house with two colleagues for a conference at one of the large, nearby hotels within a 2-mile range. Compared to our colleagues who stayed at that hotel or surrounding hotels, we won the lottery finding this place- 3 bed, 3.5 bath, beautiful living area and pool. It was outstanding. This home is beautifully located at the end of a street so it is quiet and the neighbors are wonderful also. Darlene, the owner, was kind, responsive and welcoming. Uber was $5-7 one way to the major hotels and if we did drive around, easily accessible to other parts of Miami. All Ubers were great, nice area. The 3 bedrooms and baths are upstairs so if you have suitcases, etc, the stairs are marble or granite just be careful. It's beautiful and theres a rail, we had no issues. Mentioning for seniors. Darlene checked on us and was amazing throughout if we had questions. This place is great for families and professionals. Location, accommodations, decor, all excellent. Highly recommended!

My wife and I stayed in Monique's house for 6 weeks. We enjoyed our time there very much. The house is close to Las Olas and restaurants as well as a grocery, important to us since we did not bring a car. Monique is very responsive when issues arise. If the house is available, we will likely stay again should we return to Ft. Lauderdale.

Nous étions 6 personnes, 4 adultes et 2 enfants, chacun avait son espace. Tout était beau, confortable et super propre. 3 toilettes et 2 douches : c'était parfait quand on revenait de la plage et qu'on voulait tous se laver. On a jamais manqué d'eau chaude. On s'y sentait bien et en sécurité. Les seuls points négatifs étaient la construction de l'immeuble derrière : ça laissait des saletés sur le mobilier extérieur et on n'osait pas étendre nos maillots et serviettes là le jour car de la poussière tombait. J'aurais pris une corde ou un rac pour étendre les vêtements mouillés. Il manquait de débarbouillettes, guenilles, linges à vaisselle, sel-poivre. Je n'ai pas osé en demander, mais je suis sûre que si j'avais demandé, l'hôte nous aurait dépannés. Elle s'informait de comment ça allait et répondait rapidement. Mais, je le répète : Super belle maison, propre confortable et près de tous les lieux ou on voulait aller. Si je retournais en Floride, j'essaierais de louer au même endroit.

Michael’s place was perfect for us! 6 women stayed at the house and we had plenty of room. The rooms are spacious and pristine. The rooftop area is perfect for enjoying the nice weather. The pool is definitely small so not meant for “swimming” but for lounging or dipping your toes in. The riverfront area is about a 15 minute walk away which is the closest walkable area. Everything else is a quick uber ride away. Michael was extremely quick to respond when we had any questions. I would stay at Michael’s place again!

This was a really great place to spend a few weeks. The house itself was spacious, very comfortable and it was easy to feel at home! Everything was very clean and ready to go for us, and the information from Erika made getting set up a breeze. The big desk and table were great for working, and the bed and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen likewise had great appliances and plenty of space to cook! We found the neighborhood lovely, very walkable and quiet, just a few minutes from a Publix too. Erika herself was great—any questions we had she answered within just a few minutes and she was very friendly and helpful!! We really felt comfortable and at home here, and would absolutely be back in the future!

The host is amazing, the home is in a perfect area easy access to Miami & other fun places & things to do. I’ll rent Ms Rachelle home again & again when visiting Fort Lauderdale.

sheldon was amazing host. , fast reply, beautiful townhouse with amazing lake view and very quiet and safe neighborhood, will recommend everyone that want a very quiet and amazing vacation to rent his home, and the plus its very close to miami (40m drive) and you dont have all thr traffic of miami. sheldon was a nice and the communication was smooth. 10/10 of everything... 100% i will rent his home again when im in the area. if you have kids there's 2 parks walking distances and alot of ducks walking around the house. had amazing 2 months thank you sheldon.

A hidden gem! Spacious and fully stocked with everything you can think of. We loved the intentionality in the home and really felt like we were right at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are very friendly! We would definitely stay here again!

I had a quick get away for my daughter birthday and everything went great. We loved the location it’s close in proximity to many places. Very convenient. Beautiful place.

Good value as a place to sleep and relax after spending the day exploring or at the beach. 2 people tops is probably most comfortable.

Incredible home in a great area. Hosts were very communicative and the home was STUNNING. Stayed here for my wedding weekend with bridesmaids. What a perfect space to get ready. The master bedroom had a spacious walk in closet where we were able to hang all of our gowns. Highly recommend especially to brides in the area.

Place is well managed. Thanks. Only confusion was where to park the car. Initially, I parked on the back. I didn't recognize the front as parking spaces. Other than that minor issue, everything went very well. Thanks and keep up the good work!
