Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles : locations de vacances avec terrasse

In a great location for Long Beach and super handy to include parking. The apartment was clean and tidy, had a good shower and the bed was comfy! Well-stocked kitchen in terms of appliances, utensils and herbs/spices, although we didn't need to use much of those. Great communication to help with check-in - without a US phone number, it needed to be an in-person check-in. The location was great for exploring Long Beach and provided a good base for us to drive to the rest of LA. However, there was a fair bit of noise from outside early in the mornings, I think from the garbage collection lorries. Also, whilst legal in the state, there was a strong smell of weed in the communal areas and lift, which might be a consideration for those sensitive to strong odours. Importantly, the apartment itself had no smell of weed but we were unable to keep the balcony door open or the bedroom window open at night due to the smell of weed coming in from neighbours.

Great location close to all the main atractions that LA has to offer. Quite neigorhood and felt very secure also. The apartment a little bit on the old decor but very clean and well kept. I would defenetly recomend it and if I have to go back to LA will be back here too.

Juan's place was great! Check in instructions were clear and the house was extremely clean and inviting. Amenities were basic but just what I needed for a quick weekend visit to LA.

great spot and super convenient to the beach AND LAX. wonderful shopping, coffee, and restaurants. good base of operations for so much of LA and it was a relief to get to the airport when we had to leave in the morning in less than 20 minutes!

Alles, wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft war perfekt 💯 Unsere Teeni Tochter hatte oben ihr eigenes Reich und das Bett im unteren Schlafzimmer war groß genug um mit einem 1,5 jährigen drin zu schlafen. Die Küche war ein Traum. Viele gesunde Basics waren vorhanden (Ghee, Avocadoöl, etc) Wir haben uns von der 1. Sekunde super wohl gefühlt und waren echt traurig nach 11 Nächten schon gehen zu müssen. Wir sind oft mit dem Buggy runter zum Pier gelaufen (15min), einfach ein Traum. Außerdem war es außergewöhnlich sauber. Die ganze Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt, ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber trotzdem ist es toll und gemütlich 🥰 Gym ist auch völlig ausreichend. Michela hat uns auch ungefragt tolle Weihnachts Tipps für die Region geschrieben. Und sowieso war die Kommunikation mit Michela, Jake und auch Jerry total unkompliziert. Danke für alles 🫶🏼 Wenn es passt kommen wir definitiv wieder.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joseph's place. Joseph makes entry into the unit super easy and it is so nice to simply close the door and go, at check out (He takes care of everything). We were grateful to be so close to the freeway as we could visit our son in North Hollywood with ease. The bed was especially comfortable with a very cozy comforter and pillows. We will be back for sure !

We had a great stay. The house is very cozy and comfortable, with all the facilities we needed. It's located in a residential neighborhood that's very quiet, which helped us relax. The property is very close to Culver City downtown and within walking distance of local coffee shops (less than 10 minutes away), which we enjoyed a lot. The owners were very clear in their communications. I would definitely recommend this place.

From the moment we booked our stay at blue Haven Cheryl‘s communication with us was prompt and friendly. This was a last-minute booking so we were very relieved. We could find something in the Pasadena area. Cheryl‘s place is incredibly clean and very quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much

Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

It's a wonderful place to stay, very clean, excellent location and great amenities. As an added bonus, there is a orange tree in the backyard that we were able to pick from. Lisa was flexible for us in on time of arrival, and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed when we arrived.

Passamos ótimas férias na casa do Sogand! A casa fica em uma ótima região, próxima a praia, com um mini mercado e uma liquor a duas quadras e supermercados e restaurantes a 5 min de carro. Há o pier e um parque com pracinha para crianças bem perto também. A casa era ampla, toda climatizada e com muitos recursos para uma ótima estadia (cozinha bem equipada, lavanderia e itens de limpeza, banheiro amplo e banho bom, muitas toalhas e cobertores). A orientação solar é maravilhosa, aproveitamos o sol pela manhã na sala e à tarde no jardim. Sogand sempre foi muito acessível e atencioso. Com certeza recomendamos e voltaríamos!

We had a perfect stay at Damon and Julio’s Airbnb! Our nonprofit was in town for work, and this home was ideal for our team. There was plenty of space for everyone, a wonderful kitchen that was fully stocked, and thoughtful touches throughout. A fun bonus was that there were magnetiles that helped keep the toddler in our group happily entertained! The house was super clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well-equipped. We felt very much at home. Communication with Damon and Julio was quick and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommend for groups or anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to stay!

I had the best stay at Peter and Veronica’s amazing apartment. Not only was it super stylish and artistically arranged, it was also very comfortable and quiet for my vacation weekend. Located in the heart of historic downtown LA and very easy to go to lots of near by venues, restaurants, and cafes. High speed WiFi, two TVs, a full kitchen, laundry and dryer machine, and free parking! This is the best deal. I look forward to my return! Thank you Peter and Veronica.

Navid’s place was perfect for our purposes. Walkable to where we needed to be for work as well as walkable to groceries and coffee! Great layout for privacy even with coworkers, everything you need in the kitchen. Parking is a great perk (even though we didn’t really need it) as we noticed that street parking was not that available in the area. Navid was very communicative and access to the place was easy.

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.

Adam’s spacious clean condo is a gem. Designated gated parking !!! A well stocked kitchen, very comfortable King bed, nice bathroom, and lovely private balcony. We loved “Alexa” for music ambience.The location is walking distance to Hollywood Blvd and the Jimmy Kimmel Show! Don’t miss the eggplant parmesan at Rao’s Hollywood, for a cozy N.Y. Italian meal. Thank you Adam, we will be back.

Apartment was as described and everything worked just fine. In the evenings it was quite challening to find parking but Oksana mentioned this in advance. We were very happy about this accommodation.

We had a great stay in Beverly Hills and the location was great! It was very quiet, clean and great amenities. We would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!
