Beautiful oasis with walkout to enjoy private seating on the water. Minutes away from Solomons Island marina, restaurants, bars, and shops. Michele and Tom were kind and proactive throughout our stay.

So very peaceful. Loved watching the birds fly off an on to the neighboring pier. Fit our needs perfectly and with the well stocked kitchen we were able to prepare our Thanksgiving meal.

This was my fourth stay with Theo and every time, it seems like he includes something to make the stay more enjoyable. Very responsive to any questions or issues that arise. Always flexible! I love it there and it is definitely my home away from home! I look forward to my next stay!

Holly’s place was perfect for my long term stay. She was an excellent host, very responsive and thought of the small details. Location is superb! Great restaurants nearby and beautiful water view.

This was our second stay! A most serene and beautiful spot. We love the little apartment, it has everything we need. Vickie and Scott are wonderful hosts! They even had a tiny Christmas tree in the apartment for us! We will be back for a longer stay in the summer.

Sandy Feet Retreat in Colonial Beach was a great place to take my daughter and the grandkids for a 3 day Spring Break holiday. The condo was beautifully furnished and very well located on the boardwalk. My family loved having access to the beach right outside the condo and spent many hours collecting shells and sea glass. Fishing from the pier was a thrill for my grandson. I enjoyed peaceful mornings on the balcony and evening time there listening to the waves each day. Thank you Brittany for everything you do to assure a lovely stay for your guests.

Heather was an amazing host, and the home was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the waterfront views and the peaceful early morning walks are only some of the reasons why I would stay again. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, look no further.

We had a great stay at Cameron’s home. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate we were able to spend a lot of time on back patio which felt like we were almost outside. Cameron was nice enough to let us check in early. Overall great time and looking forward to next time. Thanks again Cameron.

The place was beautiful and very clean. My only concern was no blinds downstairs for privacy and the oven needs cleaning. I will rent again.

Our children (ages 15-24) loved this place! They spent hours on the lake paddle boarding and kayaking and the hot tub was perfect after a chilly morning on the water. We even found some shark teeth at Shark Tooth Beach! The home was clean and sweet and had lots of treasures from many adventures in the woods and at the beach. ❤️

This was our second stay at Beach Please and it was just as delightful as the first! The house was again squeaky clean, thoughtfully decorated and had plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out. Grandparents appreciated the first floor master bedroom and kiddos loved the game room, and the crafts and puzzles upstairs. The neighborhood is peaceful and cozy, with beautiful views in every direction. The addition of the acoustic guitar for songs by the firepit was a major plus, as our ten year old is a music lover and almost brought her own. We had a great stay and would recommend this AirBnB to anyone! Grab a week (or two) and don't think twice.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house over looking the bay! The views all around the property were absolutely stunning, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I was on a work trip with several coworkers, and the house was incredibly comfortable and spacious —it truly felt like home. The space was clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after long workdays. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a large family meal, which was a huge plus. Most importantly, our host was amazing—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Landon was a fantastic host-very responsive and the home was accurate to the description. Our kids absolutely loved the amenities-the trampoline, treehouse, swing, crab pots, and fire pit all got a ton of use! There were also tons of games and books for the kids, and the home was very cozy, with gorgeous views for the adults. We will definitely be back!
