Chris was a fantastic host and the room and complex was great! Really appreciated the space, inside and out. Access to the pool and restaurant/bar was convenient and made it even more enjoyable. Easy commute to and from the airport as well!

Had a great stay, the condo was clean and steps to the beach. Pool was heated major plus since we got hit with lower than 70s temperatures.

We enjoyed our stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. Helena welcome us and wished us well and safe travels when we departed. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront condo in Indian Shores! Traveling with our two young children, we really appreciated how easy it was to get to the beach—just steps away, making it perfect for a stress-free family vacation. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating, especially when our flight plans changed, which made the trip even smoother. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in/ check out was smooth and very detailed instructions were given. The unit was clean and the beds very comfortable. There’s a Publix about a 7 minute drive from the condo and several excellent restaurants in the area. Greg was always quick to respond and also provided suggestions for local places to eat. We loved our early morning walks on the beach, seeing the dolphins on a few occasions and found the people in the area super friendly! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here. It was an incredible family vacation!

The condo was great. Beautiful views of the ocean out the windows. Cross the bridge and you are on the beach. The condo was very well equipped. We would definitely rent again.

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

There is only positive things to say about our stay! We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, it was everything and more than described. Clean, organized, very thoughtfully designed!! ...and was able to get us in early as well!!! Thank you again for the perfect spot for us beach lovers!

We had a great time! The space was perfect for our family and very clean. Excellent beach access and access to beach amenities in the storage to use. Great location within a mile walking distance to a lot of great food options. Jon and Jen were very responsive and accommodating!

Wonderful place to stay for a family-friendly vacation catering to the wants she’s needs us and our kids ranging from 12-21 years old. Place was beautiful, comfortable and peaceful! Steve was extremely responsive to questions, often responding within just a few minutes. Would definitely recommend staying here! Hated to leave!

Our stay was great! This was our 3rd stay in the building but 1st time in this unit. It was clean & had everything we needed. We knew ahead of time the pool & hot tub were not working (post hurricane) so we enjoyed the beach - the unit has beach chairs which was so helpful. Sean was a fantastic host. Responded very quickly & was so helpful. Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

This was a perfect place to vacation and rest. The beach felt so private and accommodating as far as beach chairs and umbrellas go. The sand was combed daily and was like crushed velvet under our feet. We saw dolphins every single day! The condo is in the perfect location to watch the sun set every day. The views were out of this world... We did not want to leave. Next year we will book for longer! Thank you!

For a peaceful getaway to the ocean, this was perfection. The Hartney family was welcoming and always available to answer questions. It was charming, spotless ... even better than expected. And what a view - steps away from a pristine beach with magnificent sunsets. If you're looking for charm, beauty and more, this is ideal.

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!

We had an amazing mother daughter trip! Everything was so clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and perfect walking distance to local shops and restaurants. I'd love to stay again!
