The place was better than the pictures (which I always appreciate). Perfect for a couple and teens, the loft bed area is so adorable, just steep to get into -- our twenty-something daughter found it perfect—the deck, the view, and the parking, just perfect. I would stay here again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a bright, airy space that felt brand new and inviting. The highlight, without a doubt, was the stunning pool—absolutely perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. The fact that it’s heated made it even more enjoyable! The location is a dream! The beach is just a short walk away, and we loved being able to see the ocean from the deck. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, the house had all the amenities we could ask for, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The beds were plush and cozy, ensuring we got plenty of restful sleep after our beach adventures. Our host was fantastic—very responsive and accommodating. It truly felt like they went above and beyond to make our stay special! We can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back to this slice of paradise 🌴☀️💦

We stayed at Charlie’s place for a week in March. We traveled with our daughters, their husbands and families, which included a 7 month old, 1 year old, and 4 year old. When I tell you this is the perfect place for families, I am not kidding! Charlie had everything you need for the littles. On day 2 we asked if the pool could be a little warmer and he was there within 15 minutes to turn the heater up. The location was perfect. Easy access to all the beaches and too many restaurants to mention. I could go on and on, but believe me when I tell you we couldn’t have had a better week! We will be back!

This place was even better than we could have expected. There was 8 of us staying here and we still felt we had more than enough space. The house is the perfect distance from the beach and cute restaurants/ areas to just walk around. The lower level was the perfect addition with the projector and different games that really made our trip. We spent a lot of our trip in the house due to the less than ideal weather but had no complaints because of how perfect and cute this spot was. The host was friendly and responsive which also made the experience nice. Overall would 100% recommend it, I would even stay here again!

Katie was a great host - great communication before, during & after stay. Home was adorable and comfortable for family of 3. Beautiful sunset view from patio every night. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.

This place is absolutely beautiful. The home is full of character, wood floors, sash windows, it’s lovely. Plenty of room for a large family. And right on the beach. It’s amazing. We all loved our stay here & would highly recommend it.

Wow…. I cannot give this property more than 5 stars, but if I could… I WOULD!!!! This cottage was cozy, adorable, and just what we needed to relax in Florida as a family! The space was great for a large family (5 kids and 2 adults) and we couldn’t have loved our stay more! The beach was perfection!!! Shells to collect, dolphins 10 feet away from us in the morning, and fun sand toys provided in the laundry room for the kids that keep them busy all day long! We could see some devastation from the hurricane along the coast when exploring still, but this property felt like home, was comfortable, and had perfect touches to make it adorable. What a great vacation location. If you are looking for a beach front place to relax, swim, and make memories with your family…. THIS is the right place!!!!

This was a perfect place for our family of 4 adults. Clean and comfortable. Great outside porch. Easy walking distance to beach and shopping. Quiet area too.

My top five travel-stay requirements and this place had them all! Comfortable (owners who truly care about the guest experience), quiet, clutter-free, clean, and great location. And room-darkening shades are always a bonus - also here! My family of five felt absolutely at ease and comfy and happy at IRB and Adam’s house. We loved lounging by the pool, fishing, and walking to the beach. We are fully rested - and totally sad that we have to leave - ahead of our trip home. Must add: Adam had something delivered to us at the house and threw in chocolates. Enough said. Heaven!

The area was beautiful, the surrounding few blocks were a little more run down but I felt safe and this airbnb was top notch. Would stay here again and have already recommended to others

Over all the Airbnb was great. Maria was very helpful with clear instructions for everything. She was also very responsive to any issues we had. We were also able to comfortably fit 10 people in the house which was great for such a reasonable price.

Great location for a spring break stay with a little one! The neighborhood is nice and quiet, the pool and outdoor area is so nice, and the house is spacious. Came with some beach chairs, toys and umbrellas. About 20 minutes walk to beach if you’re willing, but there are also public parking spots along the main road there. Good restaurants in the area too, with plenty that deliver if you’d like to take lunch poolside! The nature park just down the road was a nice little bonus for our son to enjoy seeing birds and walking a bit.

Gisele's place was clean and just like the pictures showed. The pool area was nice with a large Weber grill and lots of chairs . There were plenty of pool rafts in the garage for our use. Grocery stores, liquor stores, and restaurants all within a short drive and some within walking distance. The neighborhood was friendly and quiet and had a Catholic church within a 2 minute walk. We would definitely consider staying again!

We had 13 girls stay at Beverly’s and there was plenty of space. The pool was clean and had lots of chairs around. There’s plenty to walk to but also a quick uber to downtown St. Pete and Tampa. She answered any and all questions, and so quickly! Highly recommend saying here with your girlfriends☺️

What a wonderful experience! Stephanie's home was so clean and beautifully decorated that my friends and I immediately felt like we were vacationing. This house was just the right for our 6 person girl's trip. My favorite time was just relaxing at the pool. It was clean, heated and the perfect size. The patio was great. Plenty of seating, noodles, towels, outdoor frig and fun! The whole house was fantastic. Thank you Stephanie and Jane!

Rachel‘s place was absolutely the best Airbnb we ever stayed at! The proximity to the beach was close. (Walking distance) Her place was pet friendly, there’s an amazing dog park two blocks over. The beds were comfortable. The shower was hot. The washer and dryer was a bonus. Outdoor shower was amazing a great backyard for your pet and also a small clothesline to hang your laundry. This place was very homey and a perfect place to stay. Thank you Rachel for going above and beyond Indian rock Beach is a better place because of people like you.

It’s a great house. Plenty of space. Super comfortable. And the outside setup is fantastic. We absolutely love Anna Maria but it comes with the risk of red tide - having a private pool/hot tub and outdoor space - when the beach is not an option is ideal. Amanda was always quick to respond and very kind. We would love to go back.

When our crew of 4 arrived at The Big House for our 11 days stay, we were welcomed with messages and very tasty rum cakes. We felt comfortable right away in the house and in the quiet neighbourhood. The Big House is perfectly named. The house is very spacious for 2 couples to feel they have their own space and privacy. The beds are really comfortable and the warm living room has lots of furniture for everyone. The kitchen is huge and well stocked with any utensils or appliances needed to cook wonderful meals. Great to have a laundry area too. Lynne has gone above and beyond providing anything you may need for your stay. Lynne is an excellent communicator. She answered all our messages quickly and kept us in the loop on everything. We took her suggestion to go to PJs Oyster Bar for dinner one night and thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We all agree we had a wonderful stay in The Big House. If we are in Largo again, it will be the place we want to be.

It was perfect for us. Colors were my fiance favorite shade of light blues. Cozy and comfortable with easy access to beautiful Bean Point Beach. Pool is perfect size for two to lounge on the deck or in the water and, soak up the sun and dip in the water to cool off. We look forward to staying there again. We were engaged on Bean Point Beach and celebrated our engagement with family and friends in the boutique. Love it!

This was a great house. We had 10 adults and each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Pool and hot tub were great and provided plenty of sun and shade for all. House was very clean and we had plenty of towels and linens. Definitely walkable to beach, restaurants and a few bars and a quick uber ride to anywhere we wanted! Lawerence was really helpful with any questions we had and super easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend this house for a great vacation!

We had a wonderful time here! The house was clean and had all the amenities you need for a beach vacation. Only a 2 min walk to the beach, it was a great place to stay with young kids who can’t last all day at the beach. The management team was very responsive and helpful. We had a small issue with one of the showers and someone was sent out immediately to fix it. Overall, I think this is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting the area. I would stay here again for sure.
