From now on, this is my 1st look when I’ll be in St. Petersburg. My son and I visited Eckerd College and to have an 18 year old say, “Dad, this is so much better than a hotel. It’s like being at home!” The restaurant vibe downtown is amazing and it was 4 minutes by car. I have a bad hip, if not you could walk in 15-20. We ate at Bonu which was as good as restaurants in the North End in Boston. Gwen and Rick genuinely care about their Airbnb guests! Great coffee, too! You won’t go wrong!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was very clean, Nick & Jess were also friendly & quick to respond! We enjoyed being close to Siesta Key & Downtown Sarasota. This apartment is perfect for couples looking for a weekend getaway. Check in & check out was hassle free. Having the beach supplies they provided made our stay even more stress free. Would definitely stay here again! 😊

We really enjoyed our stay during Thanksgiving break! Great location and comfortable accommodations with modern amenities! We would book again! Aaron is the perfect host!

Only wish we had more time to explore and relax! We were there only about 12 hours but the apartment was so clean and comfortable and I was able to get a small load of laundry done. Really beautiful historic neighborhood & friendly host!

Host was very responsive to questions before and during our stay. This was our first time renting an Airbnb so that was so helpful. This is a great condo with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops and more.

Antoni’s place was truly the greatest! I cannot wait to go back! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Clearwater!

Best spot in Sarasota, I can’t imagine staying in a better location. Very quiet, very cute and comfortable. Easy check in, easy check out, it was perfect for our long weekend. We just did breakfast at home and for that at least the kitchen had all we needed. Appreciated the hot water kettle and the coffee maker. Great private parking. Great washer and dryer too!

Location location location. Close to all the beaches and restaurants. I really Appreciated that half way through my stay Andrea checked with me if everything was okay. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The stay was nice. Exactly what we expected and wanted. Communication from host was timely and helpful.

We got in later than expected so having the code ready for us was key. We had a few questions throughout our stay that Hector either texted or called back within 20 minutes. Home was on the same street as a family friend which made visits easy. We were within 15-30 minutes of all other family, restaurants, or activities that were on our agenda. Home was beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 3 adults and a toddler. Had all the pots/skillets and utensils needed. I would recommend you buy extra hangers, garbage bags, and toilet paper if you are staying longer than a week. Also, there were no baking pans/sheets. None of that troubled us though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

Everything was all around perfect. Clean, affordable, great area, pool, ping pong, vibes you name it Ray got it. Would recommend

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

This house was perfect for a girls getaway with great location, amazing backyard and responsive hosts. We had several people arriving from the airport at different times and we were able to drop luggage off before checking in. The hosts were accommodating, understanding and effectively communicative. Highly recommend this place!

This facility was exactly what we needed, I will say I was kind of shocked that I thought I prepaid for everything and then was charged for parking as well as a resort fee… Still feel like it was a pretty reasonable price. I just wish she would’ve included it on the front end.

Eric is a wonderful host and very responsive. The place was perfect for our family of 6. Having access to the pool and walking distance to the beach was perfect for us. Would stay again!

The condo is very beautiful and clean! it had all the amenities you would need. The pool was fantastic. It's only around 10 minutes to drive to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. Catinca is a friendly and amazing host. Highly recommend!! Would definitely come back.

We loved our stay here! Right on the beach. Very relaxing getaway. We watched the sunset right from our little patio area. Kelley is great to communicate with. Very responsive. Check in/out was super easy. Can’t wait to visit again.🩷

This is an amazing place! Everything we wanted; walking distance to beautiful Clearwater Beach, restaurants and shopping. It was very clean with beautiful furniture and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

This condo was a beautiful place to stay right on the beach. The view from the condo was spectacular. The unit has a big balcony including an alcove protected from wind and rain to still enjoy the view of the ocean. Inside the condo, the beds were very comfortable, and the unit was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed for a relaxing few days on the beach. Peter was very responsive and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back to stay again in the future.

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Very spacious and accommodating. We loved our visit and can’t wait to come back. It’s a wonderful thing to see John’s Pass community coming back strong!
