This was a really clean, comfortable and quiet little place. Everything was just as described in the listing. The room with bathroom, kitchen and living/bedroom was located within a larger building. But everything was very quiet and private. You will Want to bring your own shampoo but a soap was provided. There was a nice ice machine and place with extra supplies if needed in the entrance of the building. If you choose to stay at this room, you will need to go around and go in the double doors at the side entrance and locate the suite doors inside. I only mention because we had a little trouble locating the room at first. Every thing was really nice, clean and comfortable. There was also a small private balcony overlooking a late. It was a beautiful view with the snowy weekend. We would recommend this place!

Very clean . The bed was very comfy . Easy to get in and private yet close to many things to do .

Jeffs listing was perfect, immaculate! Very clean, quiet, spacious and beautiful surrounding area. My husband and i will be returning in the future and hopefully our children. Definitely recommend this listing!!!

This was our first time as guests in the silo suite, but it hopefully will not be our last! We appreciated and enjoyed the simplicity of the suite with it's comfortable furniture and beds. The self serve closet was so convenient when we wanted an extra blanket and bar of soap. Our daughter was glad to be able to use the pool at the Berlin Resort, too. :) We definitely recommend the silo suite/Holmes County Lodging!

Enjoyed staying a weekend at the Urban Flat. Had a great time shopping locally, including at Cottonwood Shanty. Was great to see a lot of locals there to celebrate their anniversary. The flat was very convenient, well decorated and very clean, we have no complaints!

The suite was even better than the pictures! They thought of everything from morning coffee to makeup washcloths for us ladies! The handmade furniture was remarkable! Jeff was so helpful and accommodating. The surrounding area had so many cute shops! This trip was better than I even expected!

we have rented from Jeff now twice. Both times for a baby moon. We have also loved staying in his cabins and Airbnbs. They are always super clean, relaxing and make you feel at home. There are a lot of good places to eat around the area. Ginger House Coffee has been out favorite every time we have come along with the downtown diner of Berlin and the Amish buffets. Jeff is always responsive when needed and provides excellent customer care. We will definitely be booking one of his places again in the future. 10/10. ⭐

We stayed at the Hawks Nest and it was everything you could want for a cozy cabin. Jeff also gives really good advice for where to go eat and what to do, but it’s also quiet so if you want to order delivery and just stay in you will be happy.

Great place to stay for the price. Very clean and felt like home away from home. Nice quiet and beautiful scenery. Could take a walk around the home and woods but was very tired from a busy day. Love the cookies. Would stay again.

We loved staying here. The location is absolutely perfect. It is so quiet and peaceful. We stayed here before in 2021 and we had mentioned that the bed was hard. The host listened to that review and upgraded the mattress and it was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The location is right in the heart of town, close to amazing restaurants, and the coffee shop downstairs was a great touch. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub—enjoying the morning views over the hills was unforgettable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well thought out. This spot is a must-stay when visiting the area! Highly recommend!

Jeff's place was fantastic! Much larger and more spacious than the photos . Also even though the cabins are next to each other there was minimal noise at night. Wifi was great and much appreciated in Amish country. Centrally located to downtown Berlin, winery and famous cheese shop. Anticipated our needs, and after a chill.fall day, jacuzzi tub was nice to relax in.

the place was absolutely perfect! Also Jeff was very polite, accommodating, and quick with a response for a few questions I had. My boyfriend and I loved the place... quiet, comfy, and clean.
