Such a lovely place to stay!! Loved being in the middle of nowhere The lodge was spotless and very comfortable. We loved our little new year get away.

This was our second time visiting this air bnb. It's a perfect little gem of a place.

Great property for a family get together, right in the heart of Hunstanton. We were an extended family of 13 with 6 children. There was lots of room and a clean and comfortable space, walkable to everything we needed in Hunstanton. Rose was really easy to deal with - great host.

Beautiful, homely but spacious cottage. Easy access to lovely Norfolk beaches and nice to have a few amenities in walking distance. Kids loved running around in the big garden too.

Perfect birthday seaside retreat. House in stunning location overlooking the sea with everything you could possibly need. Clean and tidy, you were made to feel welcome from the moment you stepped through the doors. The welcome pack provided by Lousie was an added treat. Highly recommend. Just need to return in the summer now, to truly appreciate the outside space.

This was our second time staying at Jane‘s place freeholder’s in Wells next to Sea. The property is top end and has absolutely everything you need for a lovely stay and the views are absolutely mesmerising . Plenty of hot water, great heating system and a lovely Aga to cook on. Wells is a lovely place with plenty of lovely restaurants and some amazing walks and cycle rides if you’re coming to Well’s and I highly recommend staying at this property you will not be disappointed..

Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely home. The view is amazing it really is so peaceful and calming. It was so clean and had everything you could possibly need including blankets in the living room a nice little touch. We loved our short break here to unwind and relax from the stress of life. We will definitely be returning soon than you Sarah x

I have stayed at the cottage a few times now and it always delivers. Ben keeps his properties in pristine condition and ensures a warm welcome. when we arrived on a cold night the log burner had been lit so it was literally a very warm welcome. Ben the owner as usual checked in with us to make sure everything was satisfactory then leaves you to enjoy your break. However, if you do need anything or have any questions he is really responsive. As stated I have stayed here multiple times and can highly recommend the properties and Ben as a host.

Pleasant and easy stay within close walking distance to city center. Accommodations exactly as described. The flat was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Our booking was very last minute and I’m glad that we were easily accommodated. Thank you Anthony & Caryn!

We have stayed at Angie’s place previously and was so welcoming we booked again. It is ideally situated with free parking and everything on your doorstep. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet. All the additional touches were welcomed. We had a wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to explore the city and further afield. The apartment was light, spacious, clean and well equipped. The instructions given for the parking were clear and only a 2 minute walk to the apartment.

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.

Lawrie and Lucy were very friendly and welcoming. They wrote clear instructions for us and communicated with us throughout our stay. They were very helpful when we had any questions or queries. The place was clean and comfortable with several walks on the doorstep. It provided us a nice retreat as it was quite with great views. The bed was particularly comfy and the place was well equipped.

Lovely flat. Very clean, and super comfortable and fully furnished with everything you need. Immaculately decorated with a high spec throughout. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Very handy location, just 5 mins walk into Norwich city centre. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay at Verity’s. The apartment was exactly as in the photos provided and Verity was very helpful (including her recommendations of the nearby places of interest, such as Blickling Estate, which is a National Trust site) and communicative in the lead up to our stay. The location is quiet, serene, peaceful and private. The French doors from the bedroom provide an exquisite view of the little river and its green surroundings. Loved the sauna, however, didn’t try for a dip in the river (February visit!). Booking a massage if you have the time, is highly recommended. Book ahead at the Walpole pub next door, as they may close the restaurant if they get too busy. If you approach with the pub on the right, there are 2 driveways on the left. Verity’s is the one directly next to the road.

Fantastic find - a perfect location with all of Cromer within close walking distance, but a really peaceful sanctuary. Loved having North Lodge Park at the end of the road. Easy private parking also a huge bonus. Flat was comfortable and spotlessly clean, kitchen very well supplied. Loved all the board games! Thanks for a great stay.

Fab location for a 2 day break allowing us to visit Cromer and Mundesley. Lovely quaint accomodation in a quiet setting. Thank you for the food recommendation, it was yummy!

A very comfortable, cozy, place to stay, finished to a high standard. The perfect place to enjoy a couple of nights in North Norfolk. The only downside for a tall person was limited headspace in the bathroom and kitchen. Otherwise we had a fabulous time.

Emma’s apartment was perfect for mine and my girlfriend’s short trip to Cromer. From entering the property, we instantly felt at home. Well-furnished, equipped and comfortable, with the lovely addition of a welcome package, the space was made instantly welcoming. The bathroom was cleanly and spacious, the bedroom was a relaxing environment, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen/living space was a great place to come back to after a day of exploring the local area. Emma was a great host; she was always very responsive and friendly, and made sure we had a positive stay in her gorgeous apartment. Thank you so much again, Emma, for a peaceful and relaxing break away. We’d definitely recommend this as a place to stay, thanks to Emma’s kind hospitality and the comfortability of the apartment itself. We will definitely be looking to return soon :)

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

Fantastic couple of days in Cromer over New Year. This was the perfect place to stay. Comfortable and cosy, well equipped and clean, and walking distance for everything in town. Would happily stay again.
