We have stayed at Angie’s place previously and was so welcoming we booked again. It is ideally situated with free parking and everything on your doorstep. The apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet. All the additional touches were welcomed. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely location and the Swan pub near by, the food is very good with excellent service. The flat is very well equipped with everything you needed for a perfect stay. And tastefully decorated and with lovely furnishings. The attention to detail on what's in the flat is very good. From DVDs, books, puzzle's and the kitchen utensil's. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you David & Ros

We loved our short stay in Sheringham - as others have said in reviews, the photos of Andrew’s place don’t do it justice - it feels more light, airy and spacious than it looked online. Andrew was a fantastic host - there was an issue where the new en suite shower fitting had been delayed, but he contacted us to advise us and to see how we wanted to proceed, offering us a partial refund or to cancel if it was an issue. We totally didn’t mind as the en suite was an extra - there was already a family bathroom which was perfectly usable, but Andrew left us a goodie box of local treats to apologise for the issue - totally not necessary but very much appreciated! Location is fab - super walkable into town, and it was perfect for us and our toddler (we moved a couple of breakables out of reach) - no stairs to worry about. Would definitely come back again for another stay - great place and great host, thank you!

Perfection! I am loathe to rave about this as I don’t want it to always be booked up! It is stunning and I enjoyed every moment there. And Cromer has so much to offer. I hope to be back. Thank you Hilary it was lovely to meet you

Very comfortable, clean and welcoming home. Easy to find, with an offer road parking space. Would recommend this accommodation.

Had a lovely 3 nights in Norwich (just before the second lockdown, so great timing!) - the apartment was spotless and in a great location! Really easy to find and parking ideal. Perfect for couples.

Entrance at the back so need to approach from the side rd, not Bells Rd. Parking spaces hard to find (on Sunday), and the roads are very narrow. Parking both sides then just enough room to get a car through, probably not a van or big 4x4. Excellent flat, very clean and spacious. Small bedroom is just that, small but adequate for a single. Other two bedrooms large and v. nice. Bathroom good, electric shower unit looked well used but worked perfectly. Lounge/kitchen diner area, very good. Overall, had an excellent time and would certainly book this flat again. Thanks Jason.

Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

Loved staying here. Small but really cosy and the photos don't do it justice!! Lots of takeaways, pubs and shops on your doorstep. Will 100% book again when we head up this way.

12 of us friends including children (and dogs) stayed for NYE for 3 nights and it was one of the best holidays ever. The house was perfect, clean, lots of room, everything you needed and fabulous location. Christina our host was lovely. She was always quick at responding to our questions and sent us a house pack before arrival which was so useful and had every info we could have needed. We are already planning our return. Beautiful and unusual property which was spotlessly clean. Very comfy double bed with lovely linens, kitchen very well appointed with lots of tea and coffee. Located in a great area, with coffee shops and bars literally steps away. Easy walk into Norwich town centre too, would highly recommend for a couple looking for a romantic place to stay near the city centre.

We loved staying in Kim’s beautiful home, it had everything needed for a relaxing break. The finishing touches made it feel so comfortable and even with 7 of us and 2 pups there was plenty of space. The large kitchen/dining area was great for us all to play board games. Location was excellent for rambles across the fields and to the quayside, and of course, not forgetting the quaint shopping street. Thanks Kim we all enjoyed our stay so much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Laura's place! The home was in a great location right by the seafront, with just a short walk to the shops and restaurants. It was very clean, very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was easy with Laura and she was responsive to messages. We will look to book here again if we return to Cromer in the future!

Absolutely lovely stay at Beaches Retreat! Great location, very quiet but close enough to Cromer. Spacious apartment, modern design with comfortable living space, bedrooms and amazing kitchen. Wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Scott is a very friendly host. He is also very responsive to communication. I found his place very cosy, clean and above all there was no noise from other neighbours so you're assured a good night's rest 😁. I didn't have time to explore the town centre as I came in for work but Scott had a directory for places to go which would be helpful. I would definitely lstay again at Scott's cosy apartment if I was in Norwich again.

Lovely flat. Very clean, and super comfortable and fully furnished with everything you need. Immaculately decorated with a high spec throughout. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Very handy location, just 5 mins walk into Norwich city centre. Would definitely stay there again!

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x

The Top Deck is really great! Fantastic location and has everything you need. The walk to Holkham is worth it to see the deer and the grounds. Good home cooked food at Ollie’s (fish pie 😋) and at the Bowling Green Inn. Candice & Robert were so helpful. We will be back for sure

Patricia’s place was absolutely stunning!! It was well located - close to the supermarket, bakeries and the beach. The views from the kitchen/living room were gorgeous and made it that much more magical. The pictures don’t do it justice!! Highly recommend 😊😊
