Britney was an amazing host! She responded quickly to all my needs! She was flexible with my check in/ check out dates and when weather disrupted our stay, she was a dream to help me work through issues! The loft was beautiful! Quiet surroundings and super easy to access. The Latch App is amazing! I didn't have to remember a key or a code! We have already booked another stay in Britneys Loft! This place is a MUST stay!!

This apartment was a perfect solution for our first visit to Pelham! Clean, quiet, comfortable, and a great location. We’ll be back!

Price was great. Cute area. Very secure. A little hard to get in the building, but ample parking. Security roams around the area outside. All the locks in the building and security, it's definitely a secure and safe area. The room was exactly as described and pictured. The area was not overcrowded like most downtown areas. I would recommend this air bnb, but be sure to take the time to read instructions on how to get in before arriving. The host was excellent about responding and very friendly.

The place was great! My wife loved it!

Jacob is 10/10. That's all you need to know. When I say 10 out of 10, it is saying something. Toy Story 3, Gangs of New York, and Saving Private Ryan are the only other 10/10 ratings i've given. That may be apples to oranges, but you get the picture

Our trip was mainly about spending time with the family so we spent most of our time at The Canopy and in the Air B&B. From the moment we walked in we felt at home. There were many thoughtful extras like cold filtered water, toiletries, cooking utensils, throw blankets, and plenty of coffee for your first morning when you don’t feel like sprinting off to the grocery store. Our place was top to bottom clean, spacious, and a delightful experience.

Very convenient location and the space was very clean. Easy time to walk to all the good restaurants in Birmingham and also very close to the Medical Center, which is a huge part of Birmingham.

The apartment was great, very neat, and very peaceful. We felt right at home and was impressed at how wholesome the environment was. Will definitely come back.

Wendy’s studio apartment was clean and well appointed. A dedicated, covered, parking space is included with the stay. Easy parking was a blessing in downtown. Wendy was very communicative and her directions for check in were very clear and were provided in plenty of time. The only thing I would caution is that this location is near the hospital. If ambulances at night bother you, you may want to bring earplugs. Personally, I became used to them and started not to notice.

The condo is excellent! The host was fantastic; extremely accommodating and responsive. They show above and beyond hospitality with TONS of snacks, coffee options, and toiletries. A++

We have used Airbnb before but this was by far the most satisfactory, comfortable, elegant, tasteful lodging place we have stayed in. It was overall spotlessly clean and so well appointed and comfortable that we felt right at home. The view of Lewis Smith Lake from the back porch was always breathtaking, no matter the weather. We would love to come back! Thank you, Connie, for being such a gracious host.

Ben was a great host. Very responsive. The house is great and right on the water. The only small complaints I had was the smell of the house and the driveway. The house had an unpleasant smell. Fortunately, the weather was nice and we were able to open all the doors for awhile and air it out some. The drive way is very steep which is unavoidable of course but there is very little room for a boat. Fortunately, the covered dock helps with that but still have to store your trailer somewhere. I would recommend the house and host.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very well done! It was comfortable, very clean and the view of the lake perfect. Daniel was very responsive to all our questions. If we are in the area again we Wouk’s definitely stay here again.

Cute, quaint, quiet, sparkling clean home with LOTS of space. It was very clean and well located. The hosts were communicative and check in was super easy. There were huge tvs in every room and each bed was comfortable and well apportioned. It's in a very peaceful neighborhood and it has both a front porch, a back deck and a little sitting area with a hot tub outside.

What a beautiful, peaceful home! We loved spending time there, enjoyed the lovely living space as well as the comfortable beds. Nice hot water in the beautiful bathrooms. Lots of parking on site. Just all around a pleasant stay and we hope we can stay again next year!
