My 90-year-old father and I stayed at Andy’s place for a night on our way to visit family. We were so impressed with this space! First off, the space is huge and could easily accommodate 6 or 8 people, possibly more. I can’t remember how many they recommend it for. (I booked last minute and needed 2 bedrooms, which is how we ended up with this large space for just my dad and me.) Secondly, it is immaculately clean. Beyond that, the furniture and beds are very comfortable, the kitchen and dining room are large, communication with our hosts was very timely and helpful, the area feels safe and is quiet, and it’s close to a couple of restaurants and a grocery store. I have nothing negative to say and would definitely stay here again if I find myself near Birmingham. I highly recommend it!

Tania was a great host. Very accommodating and fast with messages and communications. Her house was also clean with plenty amenities.

It was perfect. It was country and private enough, but only a few minutes from town and all the amenities. There are neighbors, but everyone seemed to mind their own business. It was so cozy and comfy and felt like home. All the furniture was quality. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. We loved it. We ended up getting to town a little early and he let us check in early, which was super kind. Overall, clean, safe, comfy, great price. Highly recommend!

This place was absolutely fabulous! Felt at home as soon as you walked through the door. Beautiful, very clean, plenty of space,quiet neighborhood and very family friendly. People walking their dogs and playing pickle ball. Would definitely stay here again if am back in this area!

Margaret's place was wonderful! It was the perfect place for our group to stay while we were in town for the Women's Basketball March Madness games. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to get downtown. There was plenty of room for hanging out and the bedrooms were all comfy and welcoming. The outside porch was such a nice space to sit out on in the morning. And there is a large window in the dining room with a fantastic view of the birds in the trees. If we find ourselves in Birmingham ever again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay again with Margaret.

It began on a sour note, but thanks to our host's outstanding hospitality and attentiveness to my family's needs, we had a wonderful time; his timely responses were impressive.

Haley is a wonderful host. We had a short stay at her property and found it everything we read about. My wife is a wheelchair user and we found the house easily accessible for her. We thank Haley for being highly responsive to our questions and feedback.

traveled to Birmingham for a wedding and found this Airbnb to be exactly what we needed. Location was great for all of our wedding activities. Plenty of stores to get groceries and such. Host was very to communicate with

My wife and I along with a few other couples came in town to go to Alabama homecoming and Ashley's place was perfect! The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful and there are some great walking/running trails right next to the house. All of the beds were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious. We did not spend a lot of time at the house with everything going on for the weekend but it was nice to have a beautiful and spacious place to come back to. Would definitely recommend staying here and if needed, we will be coming back!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay immensely. My son was competing in the NJROTC Orienteering National Championship at nearby Oak Mountain State Park. David's place was close to everything, but somehow felt miles away. David came to greet us after we arrived. He was attentive and responsive to our needs and concerns. There was a line of powerful storms coming across the southern half of the US during our stay, which was causing tornadoes. He called to let us know where storm shelters in the area were if needed. Fortunately for all they were not necessary. The cabin had everything we needed and, as advertised, nothing we didn't. No tv, no internet. It was nice to disconnect from everything for a bit. At one point the neighbor's dog "Lizard" came and sat with me on the porch for a bit. She got some sausages for her trouble. David made the checkout process extremely simple. My wife and I would certainly stay again if ever in the area. Thank you allowing us to stay David, we appreciate it.

We were in town for a baby shower at the Botanical Gardens in Mountain Brook. This was a great location and we walked to nearby restaurants with our dog. The unit was perfect for us.

I was very happy with the home, very easy to get to, and the space was clean. The only problem I had was I wish there was more linen (towels & wash cloths).

Best Airbnb to be stayed at. Joanna is a great host, easy to communication with. Her condo is so clean. She has thought of all the little things to make your stay as comfortable as home. Would highly recommend to anyone !

My dogs and I had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed our visit very much. The house has all the things you need when traveling with two very needy frenchies and everyone in the neighborhood was super friendly when I was out walking my dogs. There is even a park right down the street. We will definitely stay here again next time!

I had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. She was incredibly accommodating with my last-minute booking, provided detailed check-in instructions, and regularly checked in to make my stay pleasant. The home was cozy and well-lit, situated in a safe neighborhood just a short drive from downtown. Everything was spotlessly clean with all the essential amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. Here in Birmingham for a family wedding, we needed room for 6 and the Patriot house worked out great. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with two huge walk-in showers. Kitchen was very clean and the living area very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, especially at night, which we liked. Josh was a very responsive host. I would highly recommend the Patriot House for anyone wishing to stay in Bham, especially if you have things to do with UAB or downtown.

We found this place on short notice. Same day rental. It was very clean. We will definitely be back again. We enjoyed the seclusion, the privacy, and quiet. We enjoyed fishing in the pond, and feeding the ducks. The relaxing view of the front porch and the scenery was beautiful. Mark was a great host! We highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay for 1 or 2 if playing golf at Ross Bridge. Close to the courses and great place to stay the night.

This was truly a house with a homy feeling; almost like you are staying at your parent's house. Very clean. Adequate for our needs. There are four beds (one of them is a trendle, so low on the ground. Worked out perfectly for us. One full bath with a nice shower. The place was immaculate. Everything seems to have been thought out and planned. Finding it and getting in/out was easy . Host is very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is the tricky part, but remember it is in a residential area very close to downtown Birmingham. House is secure, with a central alarm. Well lit outside. We parked two cars in the driveway and had no issues. There are a few places to eat within walking distance, and we walked it at night. A little sketchy at times, but never felt like we were under threat. There is a supermarket within walking distance that was useful as well. Overall I would recommend this place and will likely rent it again. Thank you!

Having access to a private house is so much better than trying to do a hotel in Birmingham. Just close enough for our events but also far enough away we could relax and enjoy the place too!

Stayed here for the weekend for my daughter’s wedding. Marcus was easy to communicate with. Had zero issues and house was very spacious and comfortable.

Our family stay for Christmas was perfect. It is close to any shopping you may need. The hosts are always quick to respond. The plus for Christmas is the neighborhood is completely decorated. I would definitely stay here again .
