We stayed for 5 weeks visiting with local family so we got to know the area we'll. Any questions we had for Jesus he got back to us promptly. The patio area and pool were big enough for us. The pool was clean though we didn't use it as it is not heated which was fine as we traveled the area.

Exactly as advertised. Convenient location to get to the river. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart to bring the kayaks to the river park. Overall comfortable and convenient.

Highly recommend - 10/10. We stayed for a full week and didn’t want to leave. It’s a beautiful, clean, spacious home with everything you need plus some. The backyard is fully fenced in which I especially loved since we had our 5 year old with us - he loved playing back there. We hope to stay here again next year!

Great location for a family visit to Homosassa

Absolutely Perfect Stay – 10/10 Would Recommend! This was one of the best, most relaxing, and enjoyable vacations I’ve ever had! The house was absolutely perfect—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The highlight of our stay was spending time on the water. Kayaking and paddleboarding through the canals was an unforgettable experience, and we were lucky enough to see so much incredible wildlife—playful otters, a majestic eagle soaring overhead, and, on our last morning, we woke up to two large manatees and a baby manatee right off the dock! It was pure magic. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with nature, adventure, and a home that has absolutely everything you need, this is it. I could not recommend this place enough—truly a 10/10 experience. We can’t wait to come back!

Our family had a wonderful time! Bryan’s home was lovely; clean and updated. Sunsets were amazing! Very responsive host.

Andrew’s place was super cute! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and had all the products you might need to begin your stay. Especially loved the Nespresso machine! Bed was comfy. Super close to everything in downtown Ocala. A must stay!

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

We had such a peaceful and wonderful stay at Kate and John's Airbnb! The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Kate and John were incredibly friendly and welcoming, greeting us at check-in and making sure we had everything we needed. Their sweet dog, Spike, was a delightful bonus! The space was well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, and the bed was super comfortable. Evenings spent in the hot tub were the perfect way to unwind. Kate and John also provided great recommendations for local grocery stores and beautiful parks for walking, which made our stay even better. Overall, this was an incredible stay, and we would absolutely come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and cozy getaway!

This was just what we needed for a quick night stay with our young family. Our host directed us to a nearby park for our little ones to burn off some energy after a long day in the car, very helpful and responsive.

Great waterfront view with a dock for fishing or hanging out, kayaks & bikes to use during our visit. lots of stores and restaurants in the city center less than 15 mins away. Super close to the Weeki Wachee spring for a fun family day! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking at the house. And adorably decorated with Mermaid theme!!

Steve was a wonderful host and his place is just amazing! The area is so picturesque - gorgeous, peaceful horse farms everywhere. The apartment was immaculate and so well-appointed. Very spacious with room to unpack and truly feel right at home. I loved the double closets in the bedroom which allowed more than enough room to unpack everything and lovely spacious bathroom (double vanities) also with great closet and storage space. The kitchen was perfect, finished with everything you might need, and the living room area was comfortable, homey and nicely decorated. I really appreciated all the special touches, lighting, amenities that made it so easy to settle in. My dog and I loved walking the property and surrounding area every day. Steve was so helpful and accommodating as I extended my stay twice and he went out of his way to be helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND - it's a dream spot!

Tina and Randall were amazing hosts! We enjoyed our stay and they made us feel welcome and right at home. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this place to all.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. This was a great find. The reviews of some of the area hotels were a bit scary, so I was glad to find Palmetto Place. The hosts live on the property, and they make sure that their guests have everything they need and that all is well. And, even though they live there, the privacy of their guests is assured. The apartment is separate from their living area. With the kitchen amenities, I ate breakfast and dinner there almost every day. Max, the Concierge Dog, is friendly and welcoming.😀

Absolutely loved our stay! So cozy and beautiful! The hot tub too was the cherry on top. Also close to lots of wildlife! Coming back again soon! Jennifer also is the best!

It was a beautiful place to stay. Perfect place to disconnect your self from everything. We love our stay!!! The cabin was just perfect for the 3 of us. Love the River and the screened porch.

We had a great time and particularly enjoyed the free kayaks. All in all great accomodation and we could have easily imagined to stay a whole week.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. It was a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, just perfect for a short respite from life. My 17 year old and I got to spend some quality time together, something we don’t get to do often with so many distractions. The cabin had most of what we needed and anything else was available at the Dollar General store just 15 minutes away. The host was very friendly and responsive as well. Highly recommend!

The listing for this place was more than we had expected. The host had ample items in the kitchen for us to use to cook with. They have starter bathroom supplies to for those who travel from plane to use, other than toothbrush and paste. For those outdoor enthusiasts, they have floating devices to use and even some kayaks to take to their private park to launch into the rainbow river. They responded very quickly when we had a question. I tell you we felt very welcome and will try to return, but for a longer stay next time.

Thai was perfect stay for my friend and our two boys. It was large enough for us, comfortable and clean. They enjoyed fishing from dock but most importantly was the convenience to river and springs.. We could bring our kayaks or rent them. We could put in at cabin (which makes for a nice paddle) or the down rd at boat ramp with easy access to seven sisters springs and the “crack”. The fishing was excellent in river and scenery was beautiful. We will definitely be back.
