We absolutely loved this stay. Made our couple days in Inverness awesome. We will actually book there again soon when we need to go back for another visit and I loved dealing with Kim as well. Responded and helped me with every question seamlessly

Chad’s place is so beautiful and spotless clean. Even more so than the pictures. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. Chad was so helpful with anything I needed while I was there and made me feel so at home and comfortable. This has been a great experience. I will definitely stay again.

The place is secluded and very beautiful! The inside is spacious and plenty of room! We enjoyed the theme rooms! The hottub was amazing and worked perfectly. After walking the property dipping into the pool was a much needed relief! It is literally close to everything, 30 minutes tops but really less. Walmart, restaurants, swimming with manatees is 6 minutes away! Along with plenty of other parks or watering holes! It is a decently stocked kitchen as far as dishes and cookware! Maria was absolutely amazing, she was very flexible and responded quickly. Definitely would visit again!

The amenities at Matt’s really standout. The pier through the wetlands down to the dock on the lake are fantastic. If it hadn’t been so cold (January) we would have loved to take the kayaks out. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind and relax on a chilly night. One of my favorite things about Matt’s is that it’s uniquely decorated and looks like a real home and not some cookie cutter “managed property” that’s just millennial grey and minimal decor. I love the local maps on the walls and the accents that made it feel very local and homey. On that note, while we loved the beautiful wind chimes, we did have a hard time at night falling asleep since it was so windy and the chimes are quite loud, so if you’re a sensitive sleeper bring some ear plugs. That said, the chimes were a really nice touch throughout the day because it was so unique and added to the ambiance. Also, Matt was super attentive and provided so much info upfront that was helpful.

Beautiful place to stay! Well equipped house. Would definitely stay again especially in the summer with a nice screened in pool!

We had a really great stay! Our place was very clean, our hosts were VERY sweet and accommodating and answered any questions we had immediately! They went above and beyond for us. Location is private and quiet!

We loved our stay here!! It was quiet, easy to find, peaceful and fun! Us Canadians found a way to enjoy the pool the first week of March. The cats were an awesome bonus, so incredibly sweet. Our hosts were amazing. Home away from home.

We really enjoyed our stay ,the unit was very big and inviting. We had several people visiting and they all were very impressed

Winter break from Ohio weather , was alittle chiller than we thought , but not stormie issue , lives the little place and was perfect for my dtr and I get away ! Cleaning people forgot toilet paper and stormie was going to have some delivered for us which was thoughtful but not needed , would definitely come back !

Great place to stay! Regina was so welcoming. The place was perfect and the patio out front was a wonderful spot to hang out and chat. Even got a visit from the resident pets! It’s pretty close to walk to most of the interesting spots nearby. Nothing took more than 10 min or so to walk to.

During our stay, we had a difficult family emergency. Roxy was accommodating and responsive to our needs. Our time at Roxy's became a haven through a difficult time. Our family is greatly appreciative for all her kindness. We highly recommend Roxy and her Saddlebrook Airbnb. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Bill was an amazing host. We self checked in. The place was cute and had everything you would need for a getaway. I would recommend staying here for many reasons. Nothing fancy but perfect!🤩 We felt very comfortable and relaxed. Private. Cozy. Clean.

We had a great stay at Kim’s place. Nice decor throughout. We felt comfortable and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. Kim was always available if we needed to text her and she was very pleasant and helpful. Good location, close to restaurants and Highway. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. I definitely recommend Kim’s place.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The area is nice and quiet with a real strong community feel which we liked. The house is very spacious and clean with everything needed for a modern family home away from home. The pool was clean and warm enough without the use of any heating. The view from the pool and the house over the golf course is beautiful and gives a real feeling of spaciousness. We are familiar with the area so know our favourite eating places and shops are just a short distance away. In short, we would highly recommend this lovely home. Until the next time Bob!

Loved everything about the place but expected at least a roll of paper towels. Important to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels along with soap for the shower. Perfect location to walk to town to eat at one of the great restaurants, close to Tarpon Springs ,where there is a beach and Greek Town and the backyard was awesome for our dog.We will be back! Five stars plus! Samia’s place was absolutely perfect for our needs. The heated pool was amazing even though it wasn’t that warm outside. The house is clean and spacious. I would definitely book again. Samia was friendly and responsive. The only bit of warning is that you end up on a very rough dirt road to get there. Take the longer route shown on your gps to minimize this. Still worth every penny. Highly recommended.
