Todo excelente con la casa de stefan la comodidad la tranquilidad todo muy organizado su presente de bienvenida muy atento por si se le preguntaba algo la piscina buenisima en fin todo muy acogedor para descansar y pasar una buena estadía ,volvería a repetir la estancia ,lo recomiendo

Great place. Very comfortable. Loved the pool and driving golf cart was fun. We had everything we needed for a great stay. This is not a complaint at all more of a helpful hint but one of the town squares was too far to take golf cart and you will need a car.

The house comes fully equipped with dish soap, detergent, coffee, Towels. It was comfortable for 2 and great to entertain the family.

A great place to stay again. Such a great location in the villages and friendly helpful host. Loved the close walkable shuffle board and our nice warm private pool. We will return next year. Thank you Gary for another nice stay!

Had my wedding here this last weekend! David and everyone was so friendly, helpful and made us feel like family! The property itself is amazing! Horses are friendly and love attention! House was amazing!!! I can’t thank them enough!

Loved staying in this home with my family including 2 small children . Unfortunately the pool was too cold to enjoy but the patio/pool area is very clean and beautiful. The home is fully equipped with everything you may need and more ! A lot of towels , self-care items and more ! Spacious and clean ! Highly recommend 5/5 stars! Would definitely stay again when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool with the kids !

Excellent location! Great neighborhood for walking and running. The bird sanctuary was a cool feature in the backyard. Our kids loved the pool (note it's not heated but they didn't care.) There are plenty of plates/cups/cook utensils and if TVs are your thing, there are 5 of them. Most of the beds are comfortable. Everything worked as expected and it was a bonus to be able to park in the garage and keep our car safe on NYE :)

Jennifers place was even better than the photos. She really thought of everything. My family enjoyed our stay tremendously and highly recommend staying there.

The area sustained 2 Hurricanes in the previous 3 months. The home was in surprisingly good shape. The home was well furnished throughout and pleasantly decorated. The exterior of the home needs some work, but did not affect our stay. The area is awash with no-see-ums. We all were constantly getting bit despite bug spray. There are 4 good double kayaks, paddles and life vests. There were not back rests for all 8 pisitions. The back rests that were present were not very good. There is room on the property for a sizeable camper with hookup (main reason we chose this spot). Weeki Watchee State park is near by. We spent probably close to 10 hours over 4 days (all combined during our 7 day stay) and only saw Manatees on one day. All in all, we had a really nice time. I honestly don't know if we'd stay in this immediate area again (mostly do to the no see ums). The hosts are very pleasant and responsive.

We had a great time at this place. Christopher was always responsive to our questions and very helpful with suggesting anything we needed. Games were really fun for us since we have not played them in a long time and we did not have kids with us. Loved beating my husband at golf since he beat me really bad at pac-Man.

This was a great place to stay! The rooms and the pool were very well kept up, the furnishings were comfortable, and we loved the soaking tub as well. The host was very communicative, and check in was easy. This was also well located to visit weeki wachee and good restaurants in the area, which we loved.

We loved our stay here! We took the kayaks out for a day, easily paddled the beautiful little route to Weeki Wachee, and spent the afternoon with a group of 15-20 friendly manatees. We'll remember it forever!

Conny is a friendly, caring host. She tried to think of all the little things to make our trip easier. She personally greeted us at the home to give us the key and left us with a bottle of wine, spaghetti, and sauce in case we needed something for dinner the first night. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday, including a tabletop Christmas tree. There was even a needle and thread available when I thought I was going to have to buy thread to repair a loose seam. Conny also personally stopped as we were leaving to collect the house key and see how our stay was. I would rent from Conny again!

The Anchor house is a great stay and definitely worth the $. Very clean home with tons of beds and bathrooms. Went to Florida for a wedding so everyone was getting ready and dressed up so 3 bathrooms were great. House was super clean like we were the first ones to stay there after a remodel. Centrally located and right next to downtown New Port Richey which is beautiful. Literally don’t have any complaints all 5 stars. And will be staying there again next trip

I believe this is our 7th year staying at the Coastal Cracker House. Great host and accommodations every year.

Exactly as advertised. Convenient location to get to the river. I definitely recommend renting the golf cart to bring the kayaks to the river park. Overall comfortable and convenient.

Very cute and comfortable house. We enjoyed the farmers market and long bike ride along the Withlacoochee Stste trail nearby. Great restaurants downtown.

We enjoyed our stay at Sheila's place. It was so quiet and peaceful with a wonderful backyard and green space behind the house. The kitchen is well supplied and the mattress was great! Sheila provided us with guest passes so we took advantage of The Villages amenities. She also provided us with information for a golf car rental and got back to us quickly when we had questions. Overall it was a great stay!

Nice clean facility. Very close to many activities. Nice and quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Would stay there again.
