Enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, well furnished, and several fresh flowers were placed throughout. The host left a nice card and a bowl fresh fruit. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the coast. The host provided concise instructions about location and how to check in. Thanks for a great stay.

We loved our stay here! Beautiful village resort with many wonderful amenities. It was nice we could store luggage at the front desk on our last day since we had an evening flight, go to the beach, and then use the showers at the fitness center before heading to the airport. Other favorite amenities were having our own washer and dryer, and having a full kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was so spacious, tastefully decorated and very clean. We loved watching the horses from the lanai and having Buddy the dog greet us everyday when we arrived back. We felt like we had the best spot on the island to watch the sunset. The sounds of the coqui frogs at sunset was absolutely amazing and so relaxing to fall asleep to. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped for self catering and it was really helpful having some things in the cupboards like spices, oil, syrup, etc. We were so sorry when it was time for us to leave!

Photos were very accurate. Good amount of space for 4 adults. Beautiful view from lanai. Pool area was quite enjoyable with amazing view as well. Alexis was friendly, helpful & very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay! This is a Wyndham resort and they do invite you to listen to their timeshare spiels but they didn’t hound us about it, it is a nice location with plenty of room, much more room than other places if comparable prices. Clean and as described

We've been staying here for many years & it was wonderful, as always! It's so beautiful here plus it's so comfortable & convenient. We love it - especially sitting on the lanai & watching the sunsets. We've been visiting Hawaii for 3 decades, stayed many different places, & we keep coming back to stay right here.

We loved our stay at Scott’s house. We were 4 adults + 2 kids and had plenty of space ! Sean, the on site manager, was helpful and easy to reach. The location is close to the airport and Harbour. A little bit further from the city. Parking was easy in the street just in front of the house. I would definitely consider going back if I have another opportunity to go to Hawaii.

The home was clean and very inviting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could have needed. The hosts were welcoming and available to answer questions but not intrusive. We didn't spend much time in the house except eating and sleeping - but it was nice to have a beautiful home away from home. Very lovely stay. Jack and Jackie, Lee and Christi

Beautiful home with amazing views! Plenty of room for our family of 6 and a well equipped kitchen and barbecue tools. Highly recommend!

Paul’s place was a wonderful get away for my family and me. We had a mixture of children ranging from infant to school age. Paul met us at the property upon arrival to go over some instructions regarding using the hot tub as well as a small tour from the house. He also owns a Thai restaurant and provide a $50 gift card along with other goodies in his welcome basket. The view is amazing, the place is very clean, grill functional and stocked with propane, plenty of clean towels, and beach gear. Beach gear includes: snorkel/fins, beach chairs, boogie board, football, beach umbrellas, and wagon. Paul was also kind enough to set up 2 portable pack n plays, and I high chair for us. He also has a recommendation for baby rental gear if needed. I would recommend/stay at Paul’s place again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Nurul’s place. It was a convenient location and not too far from shopping centers and restaurants. I highly recommend his place to anymore looking for a place to stay.

What a fantastic spot. We stayed there for 3 weeks with my folks and our newborn and it was the perfect accommodation. Only 5 mins to downtown Kona via car and a good area to walk around without the hustle and bustle of the city. Highly recommended for those looking to live like a local for an extended stay but also have the option to hop down and be a tourist for an evening.

The property was perfect for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids, with plenty of beds for the group , a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a fully screened balcony that is overlooking the ocean. The property is close to downtown Kona, the airport, and Costco which was a plus. Jenne was very responsive, provided clear guidance and included thoughtful touches, ensuring a welcoming and accommodating stay. We'd love to come back and stay here on a future vacation.

This was the perfect spot for us on the Big Island. We loved that the location was a bit removed from the busier Kona area, but still less than 10 min drive from great restaurants and shopping. Everything was clean and well equipped including plenty of beach supplies. Would definitely stay here again!

The attention to detail in this updated condo is apparent. It is appointed with guests in mind--USB charging stations, water play equipment, well stocked kitchen, cooler, containers and ice for picnics... The waterfront location was great even though this isn't an ocean-facing unit, it is in a location that other occupants aren't walking by the front door, which is nice. Although we didn't use the pool, it was a nice little feature and appeared very well-maintained. We used the AC both for cooling the bedroom and to blur the traffic noise from the busy street below. It did the trick for both!

We really enjoyed our stay . The place is everything we needed and more. Thomas is very responsive. It is exactly as advertise. Highly recommended. Will definitely come back.

Had a wonderful time in this place. Comfortable and in a great location. Some good restaurants nearby and just a couple minutes’ walk from the heart of downtown. I especially enjoyed the view of the ocean from the lanai. Kitty was a welcoming host and was also responsive whenever we had questions. The front desk staff were also helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Dan and Kristen were great! Everything looks exactly like the pictures and they thought of the little things like sunscreen and even a boogie board. The location is perfect too. Right off the Coconut Cove shopping center which has wonderful restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Would highly recommend!

Great base for traveling around Kona and the Big Island. Lots of space. Good lighting and comfortable living room. Host was responsive when we arrived and unit had not been cleaned. Second bedroom is in loft space so sounds from whole unit can be heard (not great for light sleepers). Appreciated beach chairs etc but they could use an update. Has a/c in all rooms but temperature regulation in various spaces was somewhat difficult.

This was a great place to stay! The location is good, and the space and layout are quite nice. My only compliant would be that the A/C unit in the living room wasn’t quite strong enough to cool the upstairs bedroom, but they do have fans to help with that. I would definitely recommend.
