Le petit appartement était propre et correspondait à la description. L'espace était suffisant pour notre petite famille de 3, mais un lit supplémentaire ou un lit plus large aurait été mieux. L'hôte nous avait proposé d'ajouter un lit, mais nous avons préféré rester ainsi. L'accès à la mer est facile (moins à marée basse par contre). Le corail semble en bonne santé et une grande variété de vie marine nous attend directement devant la maison, c'est fantastique. La douche, par contre, ne fonctionnait pas très bien et l'eau chaude ne durait même pas 2 minutes avant de devenir froide. La pression d'eau était très faible et la pomme de douche avait un sérieux besoin de nettoyage au vinaigre ou bien d'être changée. Le restaurant tout près (à 2 maisons) est très bon, mais à prix nord américain, pas d'Amérique centrale. Sa proximité a des pours et des contres. Je recommande fortement le lieu et nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

This is the perfect place for easy going travelers, it's well located very close to the main part of the town (around 15 minutes walk and 3 minutes tuk tuk). We walked a few times just to enjoy the view. This means is also quiet. You'll have the sea right in front of the house as a front yard, with one of the best diving / snorkeling spots in the island. Tony and Jo will pick you up from the ferry as an additional touch, I felt so important when I saw my name on the air. House is amazingly clean, even smells like you're in the US. The hosts prepared a pamphlet with all the useful information and a cellphone with all the important numbers, we used the tuk tuks they recommended at all times, they give you a better fare! Tony and Jo gave us the best recommendation for restaurants, I didn't even think there was such a delicious place like Mango Tango - PLEASE DO GO! Thank you for everything, guys, we felt like home at all times!

Mark is an amazing host. Always responded very quickly and took care of our requests promptly. Although the main portion of the house is not air conditioned, the bedrooms have individual ac units. Super comfortable beds, and quiet surroundings. Many windows and an ocean front view. Last day I woke up to a beautiful full moon reflecting on the water and a cruise ship coming to port well off into the distance. There are many extras not listed. The home is a bit away from the West End village but a short $10 cab ride away. Several restaurants and dive shops within walking distance. We loved the place and would stay again.

Marcia is a wonderful host and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay. She was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I was hoping to be able to hangout at the beach down the street more but after one walk there decided it wasn't safe to do so again. We took taxi to Corozal and spent time there instead. Marcia is a great host and I highly recommend her.

We had a wonderful week at this AirBNB! Tanya and Boris were wonderful hosts - extremely kind, responsive and helpful with recommendations. We saw them multiple times and they were always so friendly. The condo is right across from the beach, even closer than it looks on a map. You can rent beach chairs during the day if you’d like, or it’s public beach so we just chose to lay on our towels directly on the sand. The beach is gorgeous, and this condo is close to both local and resort restaurants, so there were plenty of food options. The condo was clean, spacious, kitchen was stocked, and we paid for the A/C which kept it nice and cool! They provide clean water in a jug which was great, and we also loved the fresh market right next door! The stay was wonderful, beach was beautiful and it’s a nice area! Great trip! I came to Utila to dive and little did I known that most divecentres on this island offers free accommodation with their diving packages. So keep this in mind if your primary reason is diving. I was too late to cancel and get a refund. Never the less I am satisfied with my stay and location was perfect for my needs. Literally across my diving center and there's a mini supermarket next door. The walk to Ferry port is literally 5min which was really easy to do. Keep in mind that on Utila you share the road with scooters, ATV's and golfcarts as there isn't a sidewalk. Plenty of places to eat that fits all budgets and with the supermarket next door I was able to prepare my (cooked) late lunches after diving the whole day. Basic kitchen appliances yet sufficient to prepare your meals. The host(s) provided 1/3 filled bottle water dispenser to use, since you can't drink the tapwater. Which was appreciated. WiFi was fast & steady. Never met the host(s) nor was it necessary

We stayed here for about a week and loved it! The apartment is very cosy and clean, and we felt right at home. Albert and Patty were extremely friendly and kind. They took us from and to the ferry, and gave great recommendations for things to go see, do, and eat. The neighborhood was really walkable and we could easily reach restaurants and the beach within 10-20 minutes depending on the place. we never had wifi or electricity problems. everything was great

We had a wonderful vacation at Coral Shores. Bob and Mariola are kind and wonderful hosts. Their place has a magnificent view of the Caribbean Sea, and the sound of the waves lapping at the shore was peaceful and calming. It was also very private. We enjoyed staying in the Eastern end of Roatan away from the crowds on the west side of the island. We plan on staying with them again and highly recommend their Villa.

Muy bonita casa La pasamos muy bien Las personas que cuidaban la casa son muy amables y no me hizo falta nada. 10/10 La playa y las casas están cerca y es un gusto saber que no hay que caminar tanto para llegar y con los toldos de playa es simplemente el éxito. Lo recomiendo Gracias.

Luke is a great!!!. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. He not only sent a driver to pick us up from the airport, but he also kept an eye on my flight (I wasn’t sure I was going to make the connection to Roatan). The tv in the living room went out, so Luke went and bought a brand new one. Although Checkout was kind of early 10am, He offered to store our luggage for as long as we needed. The house is as described in the photos and very spacious! Luke is warm and friendly. Overall great host and I highly recommend staying at his place!

La casa es muy Linda! Hector fue muy amable y atentivo con nosotros. Cualquier pregunta y duda, el siempre estuvo disponible para contestar. Recomiendo a todos que esten en La Ceiba que se queden en esta casa...Quedaran encantados!

Overall stay was great! Amazing deck, stellar view (especially sunset) & good location- not touristy but not isolated. Good communication from prop. mgnt. Beach is too shallow to swim from shore -bring water shoes to walk to deeper water. It's a local neighborhood so can occasionally be lots of dogs barking (2 hours 1 night-earplugs would have been nice). For hot water in shower, turn handle clockwise. After 3-5 minutes of running hot, it will turn very very cold for just a bit, then gets hot again. 2 great bars/restaurants and a dive shop within easy walking. Electric costs: We were there 7 nights. Used AC in 1 bedroom 4 nights all night long, plus 2nd bedroom for a few hours on 2 nights. Our total electric bill was $32. Electric goes out often (lanterns are in house), but also means there is no water. Keep the water cooler bottle filled to use for backup. Had a local cell phone for us to use, plus sunscreen, bug spray, lots of spices. Books, games & local info there too.

Mauricio was an excellent host. He made sure we were comfortable at all times. He was minutes away and was eager to help us as best as he could.

We had a great time at Tres Hermanas. It is so close to everything you'd want/need. It's a 2 minute walk to one of the best spots to snorkel in West Bay (just past the pier when you walk onto the beach). The place was clean and looks like the pictures. There are beach chairs and loungers that you can use at the beach, and there is private security for the area 24/7. It feels safe and well taken care of. They rake the sand and we didn't get any no-see-um bites even at sunset.

Loved the property. Felt like home. We live in an older home. This was perfect for us. Easy walk to the beach. There are some shade structures on the beach that may belong to a neighbor but he left us enjoy it. The neighborhood was a little noisy in the evening but everything got quiet at a reasonable time and was quiet all night. Excellent value for what's there. I recommend the property.

Mi estadía en este Airbnb fue excelente. El apartamento es tal como se muestra en las fotos, súper limpio y con todas las comodidades necesarias. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de muchos restaurantes y lugares para comprar, lo que hizo mi estancia aún más conveniente. Además, el área es segura, lo que me dio mucha tranquilidad. I’ve been to Roatan many times but this was my first time staying at Jessica’s place. It was fantastic! Lovely and secluded, but a very short walk from the shops, restaurants, beach, and dive shops of the West End. The place is bright and airy, very new, and well equipped. The beds are fantastic. The view is stunning! We truly hope to come back and would stay in this home again in a heartbeat. Great value!

2 couples stayed for 2 weeks at this Great Place. This property is in a very safe area with other buildings and very friendly people in the next buildings. It has very close beach and pier access for snorkelling and to view the awsome sunsets. The building is very well kept clean and tidy. All the needed items were there in the kitchen and throughout the rest of the property, and having the washer and drier made our stay. The heated pool with the pool goodies, the comfortable beds, decks chairs, loungers by the pool, all made for a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy. The building manager lives close by and is a great asset to this property, giving advice and allowing us to use his knowledge of the area to get the most out of our time spent in Roatan. In our opinion this should be everyone's destination vacation home as we thoroughly enjoyed this property.

We had a great time. Easy to communicate and helpful team. The location was great. We felt very safe. Walkable to all of west end and we did walk to west bay also. Great dive shop nearby. Water and amenities were enough to get us through a few days and then we had great advice on replenishing for the rest of our trip. The pool was great for some downtime. Would definitely stay again and stay longer. Great place for 2 couples.

Fantastic place. Walking distance to many bars, stores, restaurants, and the beach. You can snorkel right off the back, which my wife and I did everyday. We saw cool fish less than 20 yards from the back patio. Anything you need, Ada will arrange. She is very helpful! This is a place where you can chill at for a week, and never leave a quarter mile radius if you don’t want to. Most excursions have pickup points extremely close to Ada’s.

This condo lived up to our high expectations, having admired it from the beach on previous visits. Comfortable inside and out, with supplies for everything from coffee to sunscreen. The patio furniture was comfortable for shade and cocktails, while there were plenty of loungers for time on the sand. The staff (Gustavo: manager, and Jerry in security) were friendly, efficient, and supported us in every way. The WiFi in the area was inconsistent for a day or two, and Gustavo was quick and persistent in contacting the company until everything was functional again. Colleen was incredibly responsive to any questions or requests that came up, and always followed up to be sure any issue was resolved to our satisfaction. It is very clear she lives up to the title of “Super Host”. We also loved that this stretch of beach was hardly impacted by crowds even when there were several large cruise ships in port. Location is convenient to the best snorkeling, the boat dock, and favorite restaurants.

when we come back we will hunt down martin and krys for a place to stay. Heather & Doug
