We spent a week at Dos Palapas. Our entire trip was made better knowing we had such a tremendous place to come back to. Carolina was amazing and indispensable, she assisted us with everything we needed. Carolina, Zach, and Natasha were all very responsive and helpful, from the time we booked all the way through the end of our trip. The house is spacious, clean, and has great views. Our entire family enjoyed the pool! The kitchen is large and well stocked. Palmetto Bay is a wonderful peaceful community, with great people. The location is nice, with lots activities around 20-25 mins away and not near the big crowds. The kids loved jumping off the pier and the swimming platform, playing on the beach, and hanging out in the hammocks. We ate several meals at The Cove, which has fantastic food, drinks, and fun entertainment. Our scuba / snorkeling trip with Scuba Roatan was incredible. We had a fabulous time at Dos Palapas and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Roatan.

Cheri’s place on Utila is a hidden gem! They are genuinely some of the nicest people I have met while traveling - we didn’t want to leave! The place is exactly as described but BETTER in person. Those picture windows in the front of the house are huge - photos don’t do them justice. Cheri was also so accommodating before our arrival, getting quotes for dives and even when all the dive shops were booked up, she contacted a friend and made she we got on a boat for a 2 tank dive! There are so many beautiful places in the world that it’s hard to justify going to the same place twice, but Cheri’s place/Utila will definitely be on my future travel list.

Tony and Jo make it possible to have a private home but with the communication and attention given by a resort concierge. They were excellent communicators both in the lead-up and during our stay - recommending a great fishing guide (Harlan) and places to visit. They met us at the ferry, arranging for a golf cart to be there for us on the dock and having secured some basic food supplies for us prior. The home itself is beautiful and comfortable - and right on the beach. I recommend renting this home for your stay on Utila!

The house was beautiful and fully equipped with everything we needed! We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and the terraces surrounded by trees! Would definitely come back! We had a great stay!

Jonathan es muy amable, la cocina muy bien equipada y el estar en un área abierta hace una experiencia bonita.Nuestra área favorita es la del grill y piscina muy bien diseñados para pasar un rato ameno. Las habitaciones amplías y con lo necesario.pasamos un 24 de Diciembre en familia muy alegre y bonito. Rigo muy atento y servicial. Lo único a considerar es un mejor control de los insectos, aparte de eso todo muy bien.

Pristine Bay is a wonderful hideaway. You’ll have (paid) access the The Beach Club which is a fun place to spend a day or however many you’d like. The Veranda has a nice restaurant and the 19th Hole is a fun spot with a nice happy hour. As far as the house goes it is one of the few places that lived up to the photos listed. It’s a very comfortable spot. The kitchen has everything you need. The outdoor space is perfect. Top to bottom we really enjoyed this place.

2nd time staying there and always have a great time. Beach is right there in eyes view and close to restaurants and shopping plaza.

We don't know where to start in singing the praises of this place. The house itself is wonderful. Spacious, well thought out, super comfortable bed, private pool, great outdoor spaces, and cozy furniture. The view was incredible. Sunrise, sunset, all day long the reef was sitting there like a jewel calling out to you. Dalia was sweet, attentive, and very helpful. Her cooking can not be adequately described. Well worth the price and convenience. Matt was a wealth of knowledge and on top of all things related to the house and amenities. We really enjoyed their dedication to making sure we were happy on the grounds. The dock, the close little reef, the kayaks, the far reef, the manicured landscape, all of it was spectacular and made it so you don't have to leave to have an amazing time. We couldn't have picked a better spot to enjoy a week of snorkeling and kayaking.

Wow! Great views with lots to do! We worked with a couple resorts to get 8 dives in four days. It is on the North East which is more chill than the west. The island is doing roadworks on the main road that will make a huge improvement to get to the property. We rented a truck and were glad we did, not for the property, but for access from airport and resorts. The main house is amazing. The kitchen is well appointed with new appliances. Beds are super soft, great air conditioning and the pool was amazing after a day in the animal reserves or diving. We made memories with our family of five, without being crowded.

La casa es simplemente espectacular tal cual se muestran las fotografías hay suficiente espacio para muchas personas, el lugar es tranquilo.. volvería encantada.!!

Amazing hosts, and Villa Topaz is a step above!! In addition to being very friendly, Chantalle and Paul were super accommodating, responsive, and provided guidance and recommendations around the island. The house is as pictured, thoughtfully laid out, and one of the most well-supplied houses (e.g. kitchen utensils, travel mugs, linens, etc.) we have ever stayed in. The amazing hosts and spectacular house really made our holidays great. We would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else coming to Roatan.

Literally felt like HOME! I definitely recommend Jose place. It was beyond peaceful, beautiful surroundings, so much view & the pool was amazing! My family and I were very happy and felt safe ❤️

Este lugar es maravilloso, relajante, ideal para desconectar, es muy tranquilo, justo en frente del mar, y con vista a atardeceres muy lindos. El encargado de la propriedad - Anibal - es una persona muy amable, siempre pendiente, y nos organizó un tour en lancha en el Golfo de Fonseca que fue super lindo. Estuve en la casa con mis padres 4 días, y lo aconsejo 100%! Un par de recomendaciones para mejora: verificar los baños, ya que sale un olor desagradable de los inodoros; y cambiar todos los mosquiteros, ya que tienen huecos y hay bastante mosquitos.

We absolutely loved this place and will 100% stay again when we return to Roatán. The home was exactly as described, perfectly stocked, and the property manager was always responsive and helpful the couple times we needed something. We loved the resort area, pool, and amenities - it was great to be able to walk to everything in town. Great deal for a great place. My only wish list items would be to put solid blinds on the door to the 2nd bedroom, and blinds on the 3rd window in the bedroom, but neither are things that would make us think twice about staying again! 10/10.

Palma Real is a stunning resort. You are surrounded by beauty everywhere you walk. The beach is wide and long. Great for a long morning walk. The closest pool is mere steps away from the front door and there is one pool right by the bar. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful and there’s always a large selection of food to choose from in the buffet restaurant at a good price. If you pay $75 a day, you get unlimited access to all amenities, three meals, and free drinks at the bar and in the restaurant. Palma Real is about 30 minutes away from downtown La Ceiba, a $40 taxi ride to get there. I would definitely recommend having a car if you are at all interested in sightseeing or having some groceries in your kitchen.
