Great place to stay! Perfect for 2-4 people, great location and communication. Would stay again!

Mark’s place was clean and roomy. Located very close to the campus. Everything we needed was provided. We would seek to stay there again. Walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the campus!

The place is exactly like the pictures and matched the description. The hosts are super nice and understanding. Loved staying at such nice place.

I’m so glad we were able to have such a nice spacious place for a getaway with our grandkids. Joan was quite accommodating and gracious about having the kids there. It was great to be so close to downtown Canandaigua; especially for the winter Fire & Ice Festival. Its a wonderful city and area. We felt right at home and Joan covered so many of the bases to make us feel comfortable and have all we need.

This was everything I needed on my long stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better place and better hosts. They made sure I had everything I needed and welcomed me like an old friend. Highly recommended this place especially for longer stays.

John and Maria were outstanding hosts. We had an extended stay while our new home was being completed. The location was fantastic with easy access to Main St and all the dining and shopping options. Their responsiveness to any questions was great and they made us feel right at home. We couldn't recommend John and Maria any higher.

We stayed at Brian’s place around this same time last year. The cottage has everything you need and Brian is a great host, hence why we came back! We have nothing but good things to say and could go on and on. Beautiful view, plenty of amenities offered such as the grill, fire pit, kayaks, plenty of kitchenware, washer and dryer access, etc. When we come here it’s like we never left. We cannot wait to be back next year! Thank you for your great hospitality and communication Brian!

12 of us woman gather every year to shake off the hustle of the holidays. We have visited a new site every year , and nothing has been as perfect for us as Josh’s Camp Run Location. This vacation home is exactly what it boasts . -Beautiful view of the lake from both floors - Clean, comfortable, durable furniture. - Great cellular reception - clean flooring and carpets - plenty of space to stow baggage and carried in items. -Within walking distance of eateries and craft beverages. - Quick and helpful service from the Hosts. The best part was was the company we kept and Josh’s place will brings us all back together! We all agreed, It was excellent!

This by far our favorite vacation spot! We have come here countless times because of how much we love it. Less than 15 minutes to strong museum! Neil is super responsive and listens to feedback! We asked for kids board games at the house and he was able to provide! Can’t wait to come back

Great cozy place! Hot tub was fabulous! Nice having convenience of stores nearby as we forgot a few things. Def would recommend!

Brennan was very responsive to our sudden need for a place to stay - and had the house available within a few hours of booking. The house has a great kitchen and living room area, and the bedrooms (3 bedrooms - 1 master w/ private bath, 1 queen bed, 1 with 2 twins) were all ready for anything we threw at them! The kitchen was stocked, the laundry availability was great - we came in the winter time (for work) and are already thinking about booking time this summer to do the lake experience correctly! Uber wasn’t readily available at this location, but there are private ride services available from the local bars, and it’s also easily walkable to the downtown Penn Yan area within about 15 minutes if you’re looking for some exercise! We loved the experience and will be back!

This property is beautiful with stunning views of Keuka Lake. With three bedrooms, each with its own full bath, it’s the ideal place to enjoy the area with family &/or friends. The kitchen was very well stocked and we enjoyed cooking a full meal. Everything was clean and comfortable. Casey was very responsive if we needed anything. It snowed overnight and someone was there bright & early to shovel snow and plow the driveway. We’re looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Kayla was great to communicate with throughout our stay. From checking in, trying to get a plow driver to the house (it was a snowy weekend!), to checking out, Kayla was polite, responsive and ready to help with recommendations for indoor activities if we needed them! The house itself was beautiful! Exactly what the pictures showed. It was a great space for us to hang out in, play games and rest up when needed. While we stayed in the winter time, looking outside, the yard really is rather large and would make for an awesome gathering place! The close proximity of various wineries, distilleries and breweries makes this a great place for an adults week or weekend stay for sure.

We had a wonderful stay and really loved the house. I really loved that all bedrooms were lake front and had large windows to enjoy the beautiful views. The house was also very clean and well maintained. Diana was a great host and provided information in advance. I had one question when we arrived and she responded almost immediately. It was a great experience.

This was the perfect house for a large group - great common area, large driveway for multiple cars, and great bedroom space. Everything was so easy to find and truthfully had everything you could need.

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

Lindsey's place was a wonderful location for a getaway with my friends! The condo was beautiful, clean, tidy, organized, well decorated, cute, and comfortable! And wow, the view of Canandaigua lake in the morning from the living room is stunning! So close to Canandaigua and Naples and cute places to visit! Lindsey was so communicative, making sure we had everything we needed ahead of time and during our stay, and was such a pleasure to talk to! I highly recommend Lindsey's condo and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

The condo was beautiful, well stocked and clean. Celeste and Breanna answered all our questions promptly, and did everything they could to enhance our stay. We’re very impressed.

Very nice, clean large space with lots of amenities and special little touches from fresh flowers to creamer in the fridge. Pictures look just like the space. Centrally located to everything.

This was an excellent fit for our family of four, with comfortable sleeping and hang-out space. Everything was extremely clean, and the environment welcoming and quiet. We enjoyed playing games at the kitchen table, having a well-equipped kitchen, laundry, and fitness room. We would love to be back when it's warmer to take advantage of the outdoor amenities and convenient walking location.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!

This home was beautiful, as described and shown in the photos. Amy, the owner, was superbly responsive and friendly. It was such a pleasure to stay there and she did everything to make my stay easy and comfortable. Thank you Amy!
