Great stay right on the water. Microwave, fridge, and toaster were nice. The Marketplace and restaurants were good and there is a walking/bike path that goes along the coast and you can access it right outside the unit.

Cathy’s place was awesome! Literally the most gorgeous view of the ocean right from your room. Open the glass sliding door and feel the ocean breeze and hear the waves crashing on the shore. You’re only steps to the beach and it’s like a private beach to yourself and the other guest only. You have a full pool and hot tub just steps away with a tiki bar right by it ! Majestic place, 10/10 recommend!

Fabulous unit in a great location. Everything was as described, and we so appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas provided. The kitchen was decently stocked with appliances and cookware, and Kauai Calls graciously provided a pack n play and booster seat for our toddler. So long as you realize that it's a condo with a fabulous pool/slide amenity plus beach access, and not a fully fledged resort, you should have a wonderful time. We'd be very happy to come back.

We have been to hotels, resorts, and condos all over the world, and this is one of my absolute favorites. The check in process with the host was smooth, the bar and restaurant on the grounds had absolutely delicious food and drinks, yoga on be beach is available, the spa was wonderful, and the hosts provided some great information on the island. We will absolutely come here again. If you go, check out street burger and book a helicopter tour with moana loa.

Jay’s place is a hidden gem!!!! Perfect location to visit the north shore. This place has everything you need and more! Jay has put so much thought into every details. I loved having a nice place to park, outdoor shower and hose to rinse off the sand. The sauna was amazing! Jay’s instructions and check in details were the best. And he was so responsive, this was extremely helpful when little question pop up. I highly recommend this place!!!

This was our second almost-month long stay and we want to return again and again. The four bedroom, two bath house is great for our extended family and we all love being able to walk to the beach. The house is also close to town, making shopping easy. We lived in HI for 7 years and staying here feels like coming home. This year we were joined by other family members who rented the cottage and studio on the same property and two one-bedroom units across the street. It was the perfect place for the 15 of us. People gathered at the house or in the courtyard. It was magical. If you want to understand what it is like to live in Hawaii, rent this place.

We spent about a week in this lovely modern apartment in Waikiki. We loved it, and would happily rent this place again. The pictures give a pretty accurate view of what is in store for you, so we will not dwell on appearance. We will mention a few things may not be obvious from the description: * The sliding glass doors to the lanai open so that most of the condo is open to the outside – we found that quite wonderful. * Because this condo is on the 11th floor, it is high enough that the noise and bustle of Waikiki is muted. * The bedroom area has full-size floor to ceiling shades (electrically operated, of course) that enable the bedroom area to be visually isolated from the rest of the apartment. * The ‘grill’ at the adjacent Outrigger Resort (143 feet away according to Google Maps, but not including vertical) had good food and local musician’s playing every night (you’ll generally need a reservations)… * Slightly farther away – at the next hotel beyond the Outrigger – we found the

We had a wonderful time! Neal, our greeter, made sure we understood where everything was and how to use the appliances. When he discovered that the range was not working properly, he contacted Sherry, who arranged for an appliance guy to come out immediately and replace the faulty part. Really, that kind of immediate service is rare! The place was well stocked and beautiful...just wish the cleaners had paid more attention to the master bathroom and floors. That wasn't a deal breaker; we'll be back!

Me and my family had an amazing stay at Rick’s airbnb. We will definitely come back in the future. Great location and very walkable!

We had a great stay in this Waikiki condo! we are a family of 5, so it was cozy, but we really appreciated the kitchen and included parking for our mini van rental. Facilities are a bit dated, but everything was functional, though like other reviews said, the A/c is loud, along with some elevator noise and weekend Street noise, even in the top floors of the high rise (but that's Waikiki). Easy to walk to the beach and shops, beautiful view from the lanai, Nick and Deanna were great hosts, very responsive and friendly, answering all my questions. Just an FYI, there is no dishwasher, so if you plan to cook, plan to wash dishes (make the kids help, lol).
