Our family of 4 adults and 2 children were very comfortable. One of us walked to the Grand Hyatt daily for a conference on the path between condo complexes, very convenient. The parking was easy, and the walk to the pool is beautiful. The apartment is large enough that we had space to be apart when we wanted. The big comfy couch was very relaxing, and we had enough space around the dinner table to eat together. The place is very clean, with fresh linens and towels. I really appreciate the beach toys, wagon, beach chairs, and boogie boards. We had great sleeps on the warmer nights with the central AC, and lots of fresh breeze on cooler nights with the windows open. Laundry was easy with both washer and dryer, and laundry detergent. The large fridge was very useful for all of our groceries and left overs from meals out. It was easy to cook, clean up, and make coffee/tea in the large kitchen space. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Bryan’s Air BnB in Princeville is splendid! We feel in love with the place as soon as we arrived. The kitchen is spacious, and very well stocked and equipped. The decor and furniture is set up in such a way that makes one feel instantly at home. The bedrooms have air conditioners and comfy beds as well as separate washrooms. Having a washer and dryer as well as access to lawn chairs, coolers, beach blankets and more was definitely a bonus! The condo is located in a quiet and secure gated community that is close to shopping and restaurants. Bryan was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. He also provided us with information about places to visit and activities to partake in. I would highly recommend Bryan’s Air BnB.

Great place to stay in Princeville! Great amenities in the Airbnb to make living there easier. The condo does stay comfortable and cool through breezes and fans. Note that a rental agreement and your personal e-mail address are required for rental. Nothing significant is in the agreement but it is not noted in the listing.

One of the cleaner airbnbs I have stayed at. Great location. We had friends staying at the Grand Hyatt. Was easily walkable 10-15 min. The grounds are beautiful. Comes with free parking. Washer and dryer were great. Even had some laundry pods to use. And loved how stocked the kitchen was made it very easy to cook. Beach chairs and gear were a plus too.

The property is fantastic. It is a quiet neighborhood of houses and condos super close to Poipu beach. There was plenty of nearby parking. A/C blows cold when we needed a break from the sun and heat. Amenities as described. The photos were accurate. The balcony is a pleasant place to have morning coffee and listen to the local birds.. We enjoyed the spacious layout of the property for my wife and I, and our three teenagers. Nathan was great as our host. We had a small issue getting the TV to work and Nathan was quick to respond and direct us how to use the cable tv app. (User error on our part). Nathan provided some good local recommendations. We had a great time! Thank you!!

My husband and I loved our stay; it exceeded all expectations. We really appreciated the excellent communication and wonderful hospitality. Beautiful condo; amazing setting. We hope to be back one day!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit is spacious and could easily accommodate up to 6 adults (we were two adults and 2 small children). Some of the furniture and art work is a bit out of date and could be modernized. The beds was clean and comfortable. There is a large outside deck and small grass area that my kids enjoyed. The unit is quite dark and there is not a lot of natural light, despite a large deck screen door. That may help to keep the unit cooler but I felt a bit out of sorts without the natural light. The kitchen could be better equipped - there were no large baking trays to reheat pizza. A few issues: access to the pool was an extra $150 for us (with the exchange rate). The pool and beach club was nice but for the price point, other similar listings had pool access included. We only used it 3 times during our stay for at $50 a visit, its a bit steep. The pool is not walkable as was described to us (especially with young kids). Parking was sometimes not open.

We loved Jamie’s home! It was in the perfect location in Princeville. The home had great energy and she is SO kind. We loved the north shore, the area of her home, being close to restaurants, views, beaches, etc. We had no problem walking through her kitchen to the separate apartment area. It’s very private and the beds are extremely comfortable. We can’t wait to come back! Mahalo 🤙🏽

This condo was great. Only two of us but could have comfortably fit many more. Great living space and kitchen, 2 min walk to the beach and a nice pool. We really enjoyed our time here. Only thing is no AC so we slept in the downstairs bedrooms and stuck all the fans in there and it was totally fine.

We loved staying at Toni’s home while getting to visit family. It’s nice to be able to have a full kitchen for some light meals and some privacy vs staying in hotel. The surrounding area feels safe, it’s quiet and is serenely landscaped with many accessible lagoons along the shore. It was an easy enough area to get to all the places we wanted to see, and she had all the things you could possibly need for our days at the beaches! We hope to come back again! ❤️ Mahalo

Beautiful town home. Clean, very spacious and conveniently next to the pool and trash room. Michael also had a lot of beach equipment for use which was very convenient.

The house was clean and had enough room for 2 adults and 3 children. The house is a short walk to Turtle Bay and is in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was as described we had an enjoyable stay

Jt and his home deserve an easy 10+ stars. His communication, kindness and thoughtfulness were stellar! Upon arrival you can see his home is located in a very nice part of Princeville. The amount of thoughtfulness he put into the items in the garage for guests to use is amazing! Bikes, scooters, beach chairs, coolers, beach bags, totes, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, pool toys and more…our grand kids were very happy! Upon entering the home, it is updated and pristine with tile floors and lovely furnishings. There is a nice patio with a couch and table for 6, the sound of the birds and the tropical foliage is nice. The kitchen was far above and beyond than any Airbnb we have stayed in worldwide. The amount of stocked condiments, small appliances, dish ware, bake ware, utensils and much more is more than the average person has at home…we were all blown away by the generosity of Jt!! The pool area is very nice, clean and you feel secluded. Jt’s place is a GEM Thank you Jt😊

Vela was an incredible host for our north shore getaway! The location is perfect and beautiful with its own uniqueness. Being in a gated area, it offers peace and quietness. Located also in an area with tons of beaches and activities within a short drive or walk right down to turtle cove. Eric, was incredibly responsive and the property had everything we needed plus the extras we didn’t even think we needed like snorkeling gear, towels, and sand toys. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful getaway.

Beautiful condo on the beach! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The host was so helpful and responsive. The location was perfect and the grounds were so peaceful. 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely outstanding week at Lisa’s place! It was so beautiful inside and out! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family dinners and all details were so thoughtfully laid out. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. It was well stocked, beds were super comfortable, AC worked like a charm! Parking right out front. Tons of great food all around. It was really just perfect. We stayed with my 85 year-old parents and my three teenagers. We were all very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much. Thomas was super helpful and it was always at the ready via messages when we had questions mid-stay! Hope to return someday!

Five days in Oahu and we covered the entire island. From our experience, David’s place was above and beyond what others had to offer in terms of a safe place to stay, great location, great access to the beach for snorkeling, boogie boarding, relaxing, and finding treasures. With the help of the friendly locals we were able to find pristine beaches with very few people (if you like crowds go to Waikiki), the best boogie boarding beaches, and the best snorkeling bays. All of the above were very private and had little to no congestion. One of the best parts of the stay was the fact we felt very safe, our kids played in the pool, we went for daily walks around the beautiful golf course and trails, and at no time did any of us feel like we were in any sort of danger. We loved our stay, we will be coming back.

This place was perfect for a group of 5 of us. The location was within walking distance of the beach, which we often had just to ourselves. There were paths all around the place if you wanted to walk elsewhere too. The unit itself was clean, comfortable and easy to relax in. It was for sure voted on as a place all would stay again in the future! Overall highly recommended for North Shore home away from home!

Fell in love with the first photo view with this townhouse. Same as description. The view is beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Maylene is a nice and responsible hostess. She is easy to communicate and always responded. Highly recommended!

I traveled with a group of 10 and this home accommodated all of our needs. I can’t say enough good things about the space, management, and location of this home. I will absolutely stay here again. I recommend this home to all families. We especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen and beach accessories in the garage. This is by far the best rental I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. Thank you!!
