The location, the views, the amenities, and everything about this property was satisfying for my family and I. Perfect for our 2 year old daughter to walk to the beach with calm shores in the lagoon. Definitely will be coming back here for future Hawaii trips!

This was our second stay at Hanalei Bay Villas, first time in this particular unit. It was perfectly clean, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Welcome treats were nice as well as the music that was already playing as we entered the unit. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. The views of the mountains cannot be beat. This is my favorite part of the island to stay. A short hike to Hideways and Puu Poa Beach appreciated. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

This place was AMAZING!! The pictures did not do justice. The location of this unit is Perfect! It was very clean, had everything you need and more! Supplied the basics for cooking, bathroom, and kitchen but also supplies items for beach days. ( Chairs, ice chest, and towels. ) Also had amenities for families with your children like a pack and play! So very helpful. But the views are stunning!! People walk from up and down the street to catch the sunset opportunities from right across the street from this unit!! The patio view feels like your sitting in a jungle and views of the mountains. The beds were very nice and we enjoyed our stay so much! The neighborhood is in a very nice area with golfing opportunities but you are within walking distance to "Queens Bath" which is one of the most beautiful places to hike down to. Look it up! This is THE PLACE!!

Anna had good communication. It was centrally located in Princeville. It was a comfortable and clean place. Additionally it rained a lot 3 out of 4 days, so it was great they kept the pool very warm so the kids were able to swim for hours even though it was pouring. Otherwise they would have been stuck inside for most of the day. For the price it was a good deal too.

Anna’s condo was perfect for our family of 5. It was spacious, clean, and in a great location for the family wedding we were attending in Hanalei!

Fantastic treehouse! My two buddies and I stayed here on a recent hiking, snorkeling, beaching trip and found it to be perfect for us. This house is cozy but also provides a good amount of space, up and downstairs. Everything we needed was provided -- linens, beach towels, beech chairs, coolers, bathroom stuff, coffee pods, etc. We really appreciated all that. The parking space right out front was big enough for our rental SUV. We also had several questions we asked of M & I about the area, etc. and they got right back to us. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Princeville! Highly recommend.

Wonderful view, location, and amenities. We stayed here with another couple, and it was the perfect amount of space for the 4 of us. We appreciated the gorgeous view, seating accommodations, and the ability to do laundry and cook in the kitchen. The grounds people were very polite and friendly, and the grounds themselves were beautiful and well-maintained. The mattresses could be updated, but we'd stay here again without hesitation.

We loved our stay at the Wyndham Bali Hai Villas, the location is amazing! The resort is beautiful, quiet, and very spacious. We definitely will consider this place for future trips to Kauai!

We’re usually a bit cautious when it comes to renting through Airbnb or similar sites, but I can confidently say this rental is totally worth it. The owner was incredibly kind, responsive, and communicative—which I really appreciated. He followed through on everything he said he would, which made the whole experience feel even more seamless. The home looked exactly like the photos. While the exterior is a bit dated, the inside has been beautifully renovated—super clean, comfortable, and a great place to relax after a day in the sun. There were plenty of walking paths nearby, and it was only about a 10-minute drive to Hanalei, where we ended up spending most of our time. If I had to mention one potential downside, it would be the beach access. While the listing mentions public access, it actually involves a fairly steep downhill walk—which, of course, means a steep climb on the way back. I would still come back to this rental in a heartbeat!

Thank you, Gary! We had an incredible stay at your beautiful condo. The ocean views were stunning. The condo was very comfortable. We’re picky about beds - they were very comfy. Gary has provided every utensil you could need and everything is good quality. With being on the top floor no one is above you including on the balcony. It was incredibly quiet and private. Main noise once in a while was the crow of a rooster which we didn’t mind at all. In case you haven’t been to Kauai, wild chickens are everywhere, they even greeted us at the airport. Between the Princeville shopping center and Hanalei you will find groceries and great restaurants. Don’t miss the Princeville Farmers Market on Saturday mornings. Disability note: I have a knee injury and didn’t realize that there were stairs up to the condo when we booked. I managed the stairs with the help of a very sturdy railing and my cane. I was concerned about the stairs before going but it worked out well. I came home stronger! Enjoy.

We had an issue with TV and response was very timely. It was actually our not understanding the system. They were very quick to respond. We also asked for an 8 hour later checkout and provided a fair charge for the extra hours. We recommend staying her for a relaxing time. Thank you for hosting us.

We loved staying in the crater! It was the perfect little oasis in Kauai with access to local beaches, great shopping malls with awesome food / markets, etc. The home itself was beautiful - everything was considered in the process. From the coffee pods to the laundry - it felt like a little home away from home. We would absolutely stay there again! Thank you so much to Cattarina for so thoughtfully curating a space like this.

My family really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The interior was warmly decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with whatever implements one might need. There were a few beach chairs, a cart, and pool/beach toys on the lanai. There was an insulated cooler bag available for our use. Overall, it really felt like coming into a home vs just a place to sleep. The location was an easy walk to the beach. We never had an issue finding parking next to the villas. The pool and hot tub were lovely. We didn't take advantage of the community grills on the pool area, but they looked to be very good size and of good quality. Our host was responsive and helpful. We were greeted upon arrival with sweet welcoming touches. We absolutely would stay here again. Thank you, Love Rentals!

Wonderful, large 2 bedroom / 2 bath place a short walk from Poipu beach! The condo/townhouse is super nice - felt recently renovated. We easily settled in and felt comfortable lounging around in the space. Good privacy for groups because the bedrooms are on the lower level and on opposite sides. En-suite bathrooms for both (though one has a door to the hallway). A/C units and fans throughout for great climate control. Four outdoor seating areas + large living/dining space = lots of places to hangout. WiFi was fast and reliable. Main TV is huge! The pool on the property is solid - nice view of the ocean (and nice spot to hangout for the sunset). We liked that there were included beach chairs (though would have been nice to have an umbrella too). Also includes three hard-sided coolers! Would certainly go back!

Beautiful and comfortable home. Very peaceful and quiet. The ocean is right there along with some really great restaurants. We will definitely be back!

We were not disappointed with the condo. The location was better than we expected and the condo interior was very nice. We loved the views from our deck and enjoyed coffee there every morning. We would highly recommend Nihi Kai #803. When ever we come to Poipu Beach, we would stay there again.

We felt quite at home. We had a little one with us & felt the beaches, grounds & home were very toddler friendly. We loved sitting on the front lawn & watching all the sea life with good snorkeling and kiddie beaches within an easy walk

Absolutely fantastic place for our group of 7 to stay. Perfect location walking distance to 2 different beaches. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The place is fully stocked with essentials. This is easily one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. We would definitely book again if we're back on Kauai.

This villa is breathtaking! The inside is gorgeous and spacious, we were pleasantly surprised at how nice and roomy the place was as it is hard to portray that accurately in photos. The neighborhood is stunning with wonderful walking paths to the beach. We took a sunset walk almost every evening. The host shared tons of food recommendations near the villa which was helpful. The location is ideal and we had an incredible time!!

This is one of our favorite places to stay. It is decorated so beautifully, in an ideal location, and was so peaceful to come back to at night. We came in late on Christmas Eve and I was grateful the kitchen was so well stocked because I made my family a Christmas dinner. My kids were excited about the hammocks and the games. Little details really so make a difference.
