Everything was fine. Best to communicate what time you arrive so you can enter easily. Host is responsive but can take time. Really walkable. Awesome location

The simple answer is you must stay here. The beds were comfortable, and the location was great. This place overdelivered for its price! It had all the equipment we needed for the beach and an ice chest for all the drinks and snacks we brought there. As the description said, it is an older building, but the rooms are all clean! The host was very responsive and answered all our questions right away. If I had to choose any cons for this place, it would not be the place's fault, but Waikiki can get crowded on the weekend and loud with people and ambulances. We were so tired by the night's end that we slept through all the sounds of the city! If you have a car, parking is tricky, but we could park at the hotel just one block away for $45/night. We had a 5/5 stay!

We had a great stay. There are lot of places easily visited from the apartment. There good transportation options. It’s not fancy, but it’s good value and great lodgings for the location. The room was as described. The bed was comfortable. As an Airbnb super host myself, I can recommend it.

Perfect place if you want to save money and not be in the beach side resorts. Even has a kitchen. This place is right behind the resorts. 2 min walk to beach. So much food and stores close by. Place was clean and spacious.

Place was great and so was the host, always quick to respond and provide you with whatever you needed. Location was very calm and easy to get to the beach and/or other common attractions. The views were very nice also, the Airbnb was just as described. Would definitely consider coming right back to this place if I were to ever return to Honolulu. Thank you!

Great place to stay with groups or families. Walkable to the shops, beach and eateries downstairs. Very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom location. The responsiveness of Vince was excellent to any questions and help we needed. I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Waikiki for a vacation.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Auch wenn sie für vier Erwachsene etwas klein ist, haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass das Badezimmer an das Schlafzimmer grenzt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war außerordentlich freundlich und wir würden wieder dort übernachten!

Stanley is so responsive. Instructions were clear. We went out of garbage bags and he brought extras to us the same day. He even prepared a red disposable table cloth for our Christmas dinner. The only not-so-perfect thing is the elevators of the building. In the mornings, we took the stairs down as the wait was long. Our work around was to park the car at the 5th level of the parking garage, and we walked from 9th to 5th to get the car in the am to get out. This is out of Stanley’s control. Also the unit has almost everything for us to use. Grateful to have found this place for our family vacation. Take care, Stanley!

Had a great stay and everything was as expected. Comfortable bed and climate control. Nice to have access to laundry machines. Walking distance to a great beach, the Lanikai Pillboxes hike and Buzz’s Steakhouse.

We stayed for 10 days. This unit was located between the resort community of Princeville and Hanalei on an easily accessible road. It turns out the location was very convenient to Hanalei (where we spent much of our beach and surf time) and the local Foodland ($$ but well stocked with local produce, Poke, etc). Princeville proper is a resort community and if one wants access to beaches there, parking is available at the golf course ($) or a few very small public parking areas. The unit is quite comfortable with ceiling fans and screened windows, two comfortable bedrooms and a nice bathroom. The kitchen is great for eating in with excellent stove, refrigerator, quality cookware, flatware, and utensils including wood ladles and spatulas for stir fry, etc. Parking is right outside. We spent our time surfing in Hanalei Bay, bird watching (Kilauea Lighthouse), and hiking (Napali coast Kalalau trail, and upper Waimea Canyon). Limahuli Botanical Garden near Haena State Park is really special.

Overall great stay and Brandon was very nice and responsive. The access to the private athletic club was nice to get a workout in (gym, basketball, pickleball) / go in the pool. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful too. I thought the place would be a little bigger based on the pictures but not a big deal. Was central to poipu and great if you want to be in the south but I’d likely consider east and north area for my next visit as it’s closer to more things. Not a knock of the property but just FYI for new Kauai visitors. Appreciate the hospitality Brandon!

子連れ二家族8人で利用しました。 子供達は広いお家で大喜びで、特に2段ベッドがあるお部屋を子供部屋にして楽しんでいました。 裏庭で絶景を見ながらのBBQも最高でした。ホストのKristineさんはいつでも親切に対応して下さり安心して過ごすことがでしました。 ファミリーにオススメです！！

We thoroughly enjoyed 10 wonderful days in their well-appointed clean condo. It is nice that both bedrooms had their own TV’s, both beds were very comfortable, and each bedroom also had a nice size walk-in closet. The master bath soaking tub was a well utilized bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and more including a crock pot. We also took advantage of the gorgeous community pool, hot tub, and clean community grill just steps away from their beautifully furnished lanai. Our beach days were enhanced with use of their cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. The location of the condo was perfect for our early morning walks along the golf course and the Princeville farmers market. Check in/out was a breeze along with exceptional communication with the local on-island manager, Michelle, and host, Andrea. Thank you!

Our second time staying in Naomi’s home and it was just perfect once again. It’s the best spot for our family. We like to go around the island and it’s pretty central to getting to both Hanalei side and also, the other way to Poipu and Hanapēpē. This home is so so cute! Clean! Sweetly decorated. Easy to use with a family. Close to the beach and shops. All the little touches inside make it home for us while on island. Thank you again!

Loved how this sweet little cottage was snuggled into a neighborhood away from the busy touristy areas. Close drive to anywhere on the island. Loved it!

Incredible spot for a family location. We were able to watch our kids swimming in the pool from our own lanai, and saw a whale breaching one night while sitting out eating dinner. I truly think there is no better location in Kapa'a - right on the beach but quiet and secluded. We loved being close to the Kauai Shared-Use Path (Ke Ala Hele Makalae) which we ran on every morning at sunrise. Having the Safeway/ABC Store/Wailua Shave Ice only a 5 minute walk away was fantastic! The condo and surrounding building is clean and well-maintained. The pool is cleaned every morning. The kids enjoyed playing ping-pong in the common area while we used the Barbecues. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that the beach is not swimmable due to the reef - but it was just a 6-minute drive to Lydgate beach for swimming and snorkeling.

This home was perfect for our stay. Location!!!! Amenities at the resort (pools, restaurants, beach access, views.....). The access to all of the shopping, restaurants and activities in Wikiki was everything we needed and wanted for our vacation!!! (We even saw whales from the lanai.)

We had an incredible stay! It’s in a perfect location that is quiet and relaxing with so much to do. You are about an hour from anything you’d want to do anywhere on the island but there is plenty to do right there on North Shore. Getting there was easy. Check in was so incredibly simple. The place is stocked well with EVERYTHING you’d need you can walk right down to Turtle Bay. Truly, just a great place!

We had a long flight and were having a hard time finding a store to get distilled water for my oxygen machine and were tired and frustrated at the problem with parking in the area and she actually walked to a store a purchased it for us. Also because I got sick at the end of our trip we were supposed to be out by 11 am but our flight wasn’t till 6pm so we wanted to just hang out at place and she actually offered us I night free if we needed it which I thought was wonderful we didn’t accept cause would have had to change flights but we didn’t leave till around 1:30 no charge she was a wonderful host

This was by far one of the best air B&B’s I’ve stayed at, and the host was amazing with everything from instructions & even texting several times to let us know of events happening in the area we may want to check out.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nathan’s place! It was very conveniently located and the views are spectacular. We loved being able to see the ocean and Diamond Head every time we walked out the front door. Nathan was really communicative as there was an issue with the dishwasher before our arrival. He was upfront about it and provided us updates throughout our stay. The home itself was very comfortable and clean. The shower water gets hot immediately and bonus points- there’s a bidet! Heads up to everyone, the parking situation is very tight getting up and down the ramps- but that doesn’t mean it’s not possible! Use the mirrors and drive slowly. For reference, we drove a Chevy Malibu with no issues. Thanks again for the stay- we’d definitely come back and stay again. :)

The condo itself, the pool, and the beach outside the condo are wonderful. Spectacular sunsets and a pristine beach. The condo is very nice with everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The only downside is the large homeless population in the area. Very sad. We drove each day to other parts of the island and then returned in the afternoon to walk the beach and lay by the pool. Charmaine is a wonderful host.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay in this spacious, well-furnished and tastefully decorated condo. The three-bedroom set-up was perfect for our family: parents downstairs in the master, and kids upstairs, each with their own room. Morning coffee and breakfasts on the lanai were peaceful. The large island in the kitchen was perfect for prepping family meals. Pool and workout facilities were nice. We appreciated being able to use the beach chairs and boogie boards stored in the garage. Communication with the owner was clear, detailed and timely. Overall, we loved this condo and enjoyed its close proximity to amenities and activities in Poipu and Koloa.
