The place feels like home and Kazushi is very accomodating. I feel like he's my father in Japan who's very kind to show and tell you everything and made your stay comfortable. Their airBNB is very cozy and you get to feel a modern traditional ryokan. I felt safe and haooy about my stay. I would've booked all my days here but I booked late so there's not much day/availability anymore. I will definitely stay here again once I'm in Tokyo. It feels suburb but still very accessible. We really enjoyed our stay here. Jiji was a great host and was always there to help us with our needs. He is a great guide and does his utmost to help. The location is also really beautiful and there are many exciting attractions in the area which can be visited. Near the home there is also a train station, library and coffee shop (although we did not manage to test it). We also felt at home the moment we entered. His family is also very friendly and nice. We look forward to coming here again and spending more time there!

Das Haus liegt unweit von Bus- und Bahnstation und sieht wunderschön aus. Das Haupthaus, sowie der Anbau, sind im alten japanischen Stil eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

My partner and I stayed for 1 night and once we arrived from Tokyo we immediately felt fully indulged in its calming surroundings. We enjoyed watching the goat grazing in the garden and the community harvesting the fields. They really promote sustainability and make you experience how it is like to live an organic lifestyle, which I found very good and interesting. The Airbnb building is spacious and the lighting makes it very cosy. The only thing is that some air comes through the door (there are some gaps), so better use the extra blanket if you easily feel cold. Next to the main Airbnb is a small house, where you will find the toilet and have a bath. It looks quite simple, but everything was really clean and thought-through. All in all it was truly a special experience that I would definitely recommend!

Had an amazing stay! The place was quiet, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. Great location with easy access to subway. Would definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful house, with the most amazing hosts (and the view just cannot be beat!). We absolutely loved our week at Shigeo’s house. It’s very well located, and the house had everything we needed. Shigeo has been so helpful our entire stay and goes above and beyond for his guests. We can’t wait to visit again!

Five stars isn’t enough, the perfect relaxing location! Surrounds are so beautiful and peaceful and the sauna/spa was the best part of our Japan trip. Muto was so helpful and made sure we had everything we needed, from collecting us at the train station to taking us to the beach, as well as cooking delicious breakfasts and some of the best cakes we have ever eaten. The accomodation is of a luxury standard, but feels very intimate and cozy. Lying in the bath looking out into nature is a truly special experience that we will not forget.

Lovely place, well equipped, very clean and well set up. Often places are poorly designed/set up. This place was excellent.

軽井沢の静かな森に囲まれたヴィラで、プライベート感が抜群でした。キッチン設備が充実していたので、地元の食材を買い込んで家族みんなで料理を楽しめたのが特に思い出に残っています。薪ストーブを使うのは初めてでしたが、スタッフの説明が丁寧で安心して利用でき、炎のゆらぎに癒されながらのんびりと過ごしました。バスルームも清潔で広々としており、アメニティも充実していたのが嬉しかったです。静かな環境の中で、心も体もゆっくりと休まる滞在になりました

Very cool and cozy place to stay!

Yukiko nous a excellemment accueilli. Elle est à la fois très prévenante et discrète également. Bien que j’ai l’habitant vous êtes en parfaite autonomie. Commode pour rayonner dans Kyoto avec une station de métro à 5 mins à pied un temple agréable à traverser le matin en partant en ballade. Quartier résidentiel très tranquille. Merci encore pour cet accueil et les délicieux petits déjeuners !!!

very spacious place, we were surprised by the space when we came in. the location is fantastic, right in the heart of Gion and everything was very accessible. Our host was gracious to show us everything we needed to know about the place. Finally, it's on the 2nd floor with a staircase to get up and there are two keypadded doors to get through. This can be a little bit of extra work compared to staying at a hotel but worth the trade off.

Tinia and the HASU team have created a beautiful and peaceful space in a charming and well located neighborhood in Kyoto. The interior is beautifully finished m, comfortable and very spacious! The local guide was also fantastic - definitely don’t miss the rock bar down at the end of the street!

他の方のレビューと同様本当に至れり尽くせりで、ホスピタリティに溢れているお宿でした。 古民家なため、寒いですが至る所に暖房があり快適に過ごせました。寝る前にホストの方が持ってきてくださった湯たんぽがとても嬉しかったです！お布団も気持ちもあったかくなりました。 うどん教室も本格的でしたが、初心者でも楽しめました！お揚げも出汁も麺も全部美味しかったです。 愛犬とも祖母とも素敵な時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました！

in a remote location, only accessible by rental car. beautiful scenery. you MUST visit the Tairyuzi Ropeway and the temple in the mountains that it takes you to. allow 4 to 5 hours.
