This is a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Sarah was so easy to communicate with and super responsive. Their home is cozy and luxurious, the perfect spot for a getaway. We had 2 families with our adult kids and the house layout is perfect for spreading out AND spending time together cooking meals and playing games. The hot tub and sauna were perfect additions to our rainy early spring weekend, and especially nice after hiking Beacon Rock. Keys to the Gorge was spotless and the hosts have thought of everything you need. We would love to stay here again in the future.

We loved this place. The house was clean, with a great layout and plenty of room. Everything was just as expected and we really enjoyed our stay.

Our favorite feature of the property was the beautiful, tranquil rainforest. The lush greenery, with moss covering the ground and hanging from the trees, created a truly magical atmosphere. We loved the architecture surrounding the hot tub and sauna. The natural stonework of the sauna, paired with the winding, moss-covered paths and branches, enhanced the overall ambiance. The game house was a fun bonus that kept everyone entertained. The main house was spacious, offering plenty of cozy spaces to gather and relax. The large dining table was ideal for family meals and games. The kitchen was well-equipped and easy to navigate, and we particularly appreciated the heated tile floors in the bathrooms. One suggestion is to update the household electronics. We would have appreciated being able to cast specific streamed media content onto the television with surround sound for movie night. Nonetheless, the property was fantastic, and we had an unforgettable stay.

Loved this place! Lovely wood cabin set back in the trees. Peaceful and calming. Beautiful hike just up the road a few minutes walk from the front door. Beds are super comfortable and we all slept very well here. Thank you 🙏🏻 Anthony

We had a fantastic stay. What a location and VIEW! We spent each morning sitting on the deck drinking our coffee and each evening sitting on the deck just looking at the view. We spent the last night lying on the deck looking at the millions of stars. Amy's home is a highly functional, well-laid-out living space. It offers privacy for those who want to chill and read, a spot for those who want to chill and chat, and a HUGE yard for those who want to wander. So many things to look at in the yard. The kitchen offers anything you might need to make a meal. We would (and hopefully will) stay again.

We had a great stay at Betty’s. I did not realize how convenient it would be to get to the main strip in town- very walkable! There were two queen bedrooms, a queen bunk room, and a primary bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom- plenty of room for our group of eight adults plus kids. I also appreciated that the primary bedroom was on the other end of the house from the other rooms. The rooms seemed well insulated from noise. We look forward to visiting again!

Wonderful home with unbeatable views of the river. Can’t beat the sound of the rushing river while sleeping and reading a book upstairs. Beautiful surroundings and great amenities. We would stay again!

I would highly recommend this lovely home. We stayed there with our daughter, son in law and 4 teenage grandchildren. There was plenty of space. The house was well stocked with everything. My grandsons loved playing air hockey. The hot tub was enjoyed after a long day of skiing !! We were able to walk to restaurants and had a short drive to the ski slopes. We had a wonderful time!!!

Great spot! Beautiful property that feels rustic but has modern technology (central heating/air, smart TV, plumbing, well functioning kitchen appliances). Neighbors are close by but it still felt secluded surrounded by the forest. Hot tub was the main reason we booked- couldn’t have lived up to the hype any better. Host Brad was super communicative ahead of check in and let us arrive quite early at no additional charge. Just a heads up that the bathrooms have some accessibility issues (downstairs toilet is quite cramped in a corner between a pedestal sink and the shower- the other bathroom/toilet is roomier but up a flight of beautiful but uneven log stairs with a partial handrail). We found this to be manageable for our needs but worth noting to anyone larger bodied or with mobility issues to double check whether it will work for yours. Hope to stay here again! Thanks Brad!

This was the perfect peaceful getaway for our two families. A gorgeous home to enjoy cooking, movies, games and hot tub. Convenient to shops and restaurants. We were within 20-30 min of all the major skiing Mt Hood has to offer. The view was stunning and the house was immaculate. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

This is such a great spot for a big group, kids especially! Direct access to glade trail, less than 5 minutes to summit ski area. Lots and lots of sleeping areas- was perfect for 4 families. Like everywhere in government camp, parking is limited but that wasn't an issue for us. 10/10, will be back. Thank you!

We loved this home! It was cozy and well-appointed. We particularly appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. We cooked multiple meals with ease. We also loved the walking trails right outside the house. Absolutely perfect for our dog. I can't wait to return!

There were issues that stemmed from the rental party before me. But I can't say enough great things about Briar and how excellent he was in handling it. He even reached out to me before I arrived to let me know and he went above and beyond to accommodate and make up for this. The 3/5 cleaning rating I think was just due to unfortunate timing with the prior renters leaving the place a mess and not having much turnaround time. I would expect his place to be 5/5 on any other occasion. Despite the hiccups, still a 10/10 experience, at this wonderful little cabin with a great hot tub. Couches and bed are very comfy. The location and space are great. Cabin is well equipped with anything you need. You can tell how much pride the owners take in this cabin! Just an FYI for those with dogs, no fenced in area but lots of really pretty forrest area and back roads for dogs to run around and explore on leash. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your cabin !

My husband, dog, and I loved Chad's place. We felt it was a perfect size for the three of us. It was clean, very quiet, and had everything we needed to cook meals at home. It was about a 30 minute drive to Timberline, which was great for our ski trip. I also really enjoyed the decor and look of the home - I felt like I had stepped back into my childhood! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
