Hopetoun : locations de vacances

It was a 42-degree day when we arrived. Trish had the air conditioners running from the morning of our arrival and the place was very comfortable when we arrived. The cabin itself was extremely clean - she does the cleaning herself, and it's obvious she prides herself on this. Not a single thing was the slightest bit unclean or untidy. The beds and couch were comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped. There was ample parking right outside the door. We needed to work nights (it's easier to work outside at night when day time temperatures are in the 40s). Trish was more than happy for us to come and go at whatever time suited us. We were sleeping during the day, and the immediate area was very quiet. At one point we needed a small jewellers' screwdriver in order to change the battery in some equipment - ours was inconveniently several hours drive away. Trish very kindly loaned us her set until we finished our work and left. We highly recommend staying here. It's perfect! Thanks!

Great central location in a unique historical building. Very easy to get to supermarket, shops and cafes. Short walk to the lake to stretch the legs. I found the large open space for the living area very relaxing. Only having an upstairs bathroom could prove challenging for elderly travellers. Very clean and tidy premises with comfortable beds

A great little place tucked away in a great little community. Our stay was pleasant and made better for staying at Grace’s place. You can see the house has undergone some renovations recently and it has certainly paid off. Would stay here again if in the area. Super responsive host and highly recommend!

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay longer. The property was clean, comfortable and a perfect place to stay if doing the Silo Art Trail. Cannot recommend highly enough. The Royal Hotel is excellent for dinner and bar staff sure friendly. Thank you Rohan and Jacqui, we will be staying again when in the area.

My son stayed here for a week while working in Hopetoun.

We had an absolutely amazing time! We felt like we were in a museum, so much to see, indescribable. We loved the bird life while having a bbq. We saw lots of Silo Art and were amazed how dry and quiet it was everywhere. Absolutely peaceful. Thank you Danny!

Luved Helenas place would definitely stay there again.
