Natalie and Chris are the BEST! My husband and I got married at the Hopkin County Courthouse on Friday afternoon. After another booking was canceled last minute due to a booking error on that host’s end, I reached out to Natalie in a panic. She was able to accommodate our need for an early check-in. We primarily needed the booking for my husband and his kids to get ready the day of, but didn’t need it overnight. We offered it to a wedding guest who was driving in from AR. Unfortunately, their family got sick last minute. After calling all our guests the day of the wedding, there were no takers to use the house that night. I informed Natalie that it would be empty after we left at 3:30. She congratulated us and life went on. She reached out on Sunday and said she and her husband decided to refund us $50 since we didn't stay overnight. That was not expected, but was much appreciated! Natalie and Chris were great to work with. We'll be back to celebrate a future wedding anniversary!

Thank you for opening your house to us. The home was just as described and very welcoming. The location was close to the longhorn show we attended this weekend which was perfect.

I don’t have the words to describe how welcoming and wonderful our stay was at Auntie Anna’s! Felicia was the absolute best host we’ve ever had and greatly impacted the experience. The property description does not do the home justice! It was a beautiful peaceful retreat that we cannot wait to go back to! Felicia was very attentive to any questions we had and provided solutions or recommendations right away. We were able to soak in the peace while watching the chickens stroll the yard in the evenings and drive the short distance into town to Sulfur Springs for restaurants and shopping during the day! If you ever have the chance to stay at Auntie Anna’s PLEASE DO, you will not regret it! The icing on the cake were her amazing cinnamon rolls we received on Tuesday morning of our stay! From the moment we walked it we felt at home, thank you so much Felicia!

Gran's Getaway was a fantastic experience for my entire family. We had my parents and sibilings come in town for Christmas and decided we wanted a bigger space to host our get together. It was such a great decision and we couldn't be more pleased. The farmhouse was immaculate and homey. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils and cookware (would recommend throwing a blender in there though lol). However, this was communicated to me ahead of our stay. The host was responsive and friendly. All in all, my family and I left feeling super connected and happy after our time at Gran's. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat to make lasting memories, this is an excellent choice. And finally, the views from the sunroom and back porch were incredible!! Thank you for hosting or Christmas celebration!

Kareli was very fast at replying and answered my questions prior to booking. During my stay I had trouble finding the location due to me arriving late at night. However, I messaged Kareli (at night) and she replied in no time. I would definitely stay again if needed and I recommend this place if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay.

Our stay was quiet and peaceful. Very scenic and lots of wildlife, dear, birds, squirrels. The cranes at the pond were lots of fun watching. Let and was very responsive with communication and directions. Had a blast and napped a ton, great break from big city hustle and bustle!! Best equipped kitchen yet!

We loved staying in this adorable little house with a history! It's perfect for two people and within walking distance to the local grocery store, several local eateries (great Mexican restaurant!) and a couple nice bar/grills. The bed & linens were very comfortable and everything worked just as it should. As always, nice to have a washer and dryer so we don't move on to our next destination or head home with laundry to do! We brought our own small charcoal grill and plenty of space to use it while sitting on the back porch. I didn't use the kitchen much but the coffee pot and microwave worked well. We will definitely stay here again if we're ever back in the area. It's a small town but larger towns are short drives away and Dallas is only about an hour and half. Best of both worlds!
