we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

Kathie gave really clear check in instructions and her apartment is beautiful and presented in fantastic condition! I appreciated that she let us know the cleaner would later so we did not have to rush to check out.

We met Peter on arrival who was friendly and warmly welcoming. The accommodation is new and has been well planned with a focus on attention to detail. It was comfortable, secure and spotlessly clean. All basic needs were provided for with a perfect balance of considerate provisions, including breakfast items which was a lovely touch. We enjoyed the rural location and watched the wildlife across the fields; Hares and a Sparrow Hawk were spotted. We would definitely use Peters accommodation again if returning to the area, it was a short drive to coastal walks, National Trust sites and RSPB reserves which is why we chose this location. 5 stars from us !

Lime tree was amazing, great location for taking dogs for a walk, hot tub was really nice and warm for a relaxing evening. Suzanne was very friendly and helpful, Will definitely recommend to friends and family. 5*

We had a wonderful little break here. The chalet is so lovely and clean and a good size for our family of 4 & pooch. It’s well situated with the marina, broads and marshes no on the doorstep. Thank you for having us and we hope to visit again.

Our second stay at T&T’s beautiful home. Myself and my partner John could not fault the hosts in any way, the property is beautiful and even some added extras since our last stay and our suggestion listened to from before. Hosts were amazing when we had issues with heating and hot water and their handy man was very friendly and fixed the issue as quickly as possible. Such generous and amazing hosts. We look forward to hopefully returning in the future.

We had a lovely stay in this quirky, characterful house. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was easy on-street parking. The really good thing was that the owner went above and beyond to sort out an issue we had. Many thanks for that David. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The property was exactly as described. Tony made the effort to get in touch to ensure we knew exactly what we needed to do. The place is really comfortable and easy to stay in. I would definitely look to book it again. The pub next door has a really nice atmosphere and was not too noisy. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to eat there as we were only staying for one night and by the time we had seen family it was too late. The kitchen closes at 8pm. It was still nice to sit outside and have a drink. Overall very happy.

Absolutely perfect location to celebrate a 70th Birthday weekend with family. Property had everything required and the hosts really had thought of everything. Would definitely visit again.

Leza is very responsive and friendly, the apartment is trendy and spotless, beds are comfy, two bathrooms. It’s a short walk to town centre yet it’s very quiet and private, the Namaste Indian over on Queens Road is a must. It’s a great base for everything, thank Leza for being a great host.

A beautiful place next to the water in such a peaceful, calm location in Norfolk. A lovely place to relax and take a break. The property was clean and easy to find with the clear instructions received prior to arrival. The pub at the end of the drive is great and the coast wasn't far away by car. Verity communicated well and responded to any messages I had. Thank you again!

Beautiful setting within easy reach of UAE which was our reason for visiting. It was very clean and well kept. Guy and Diane were friendly and welcoming hosts.

Jemma's flat is in the most perfect location situated in the Norwich Lanes surrounded by cafes, restaurants and quirky shops just round the corner from the famous Norwich market. The flat itself was spotlessly clean and the beds really comfortable. Any questions I had Jemma was quick to answer them and was really friendly and helpful. I hope to be back soon!

A lovely flat designed with care and beautiful taste. Everything was as described and we were directed to a fab local pub for dinner. Chris and Peter were very responsive and helpful. Will absolutely book again! Especially brilliant if you're in Norwich to visit the Norwich University of the Arts!

Very nicely appointed apartment occupying the entire ground floor of a terraced house in the trendiest part of Norwich. The apartment features fast wifi, good central heating, original art and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a small back yard (probably only for the summer) and the house is very private. There is a good shopping centre about 5 mins walk up the hill, good eating options in the close neighbourhood along with a couple of spectacular pubs! There are frequent buses into the city centre or it's possible to walk (I'd guess in around 30 minutes). This is one of the best AirBNB's we've ever stayed in.

Our stay was wonderful, really helpful show around the property and so close to the centre of town, the property had everything we would need!
