Wir haben uns in dem steinernen, kleinen Sommerhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der von einem alten Weinstock überdachte Innenhof hat uns begeistert. Abends konnte man ihn gemütlich und schön beleuchteten. Gefreut hat uns, dass in der Küche alle notwendigen Gewürze vorhanden waren und zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Rotwein auf dem Tisch stand. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße aber dennoch nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand und vom alten Dorfkern Kolumbarys ist ideal. Die Übergabe und die Kommunikation mit Dimitrios war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter! We felt very comfortable in the small stone summer house. The courtyard covered by an old vine was very charming. In the evening, it was cozy and beautifully lit. We were pleased that all the necessary spices were available in the kitchen and a bottle of red wine was on the table to welcome us. Amazing people, very helpful and great to be around with. Mixalis and his wife were very kind and caring and we had a great time getting to know them. Evelina was the source of all information, very responsive and friendly. When things came up she was very quick to respond and assisted us as much as possible, she also provided various tips on what to see and how to get around this beautiful place. The place itself was clean and beautiful, close to local cafes, shops and the old town. This will definitely be our go to place when we come back to Chania!

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. A really great apartment, super close to the beach (aprox 50m), close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars. Everything you need is a few min away. The apartment was delivered super clean, in the fridge I had a cold bottle of water and a bottle of apple juice, fruits on the table and butter&honey. Christos was very proactive, I locked myself out of the apartment (closed the door with the key inside 🤦🏻), I wrote him on airbnb and he was there in 10 min to help me out. Overall, a great place to stay in Rethymno and a super host !!!

PARFAIT!!! Endroit exceptionnel…. maison vraiment les pieds dans l’eau, seuls au monde, soleil du matin au soir, plein de spots différents pour profiter de l’ombre ou du soleil / des vues… l’extérieur est à tomber!!! L’intérieur est spartiate (si on devait dire un point négatif c’est peut être la qualité de la literie) mais on s’en satisfait très bien, surtout si on passe son temps à l’extérieur ! Et l’hôte est particulièrement gentil et accueillant, avec des délicieux gâteaux maison, venu nous chercher à un point de rencontre au cas où le gps ne trouvait pas… merci encore pour cette parenthèse merveilleuse !!!

Tämä kohde on todellinen aarre: terassi ja piha, avarat näkymät merelle ja erityisesti Nikoksen kädenjälki rinteen puutarhassa aina rantaan asti. Jos nautit omasta rauhasta ja luonnosta, tämä paikka on sinun. Kaikessa henkii kreeetalainen, paikallinen kulttuuri. Nikos ja hänen tyttärensä Eleni olivat hyvin avuliaita, jos heräsi jokin kysymys tai tarve. Läheistä kalaravintolaa pitää kalastajan perhe, nautimme kovasti hyvästä, tuoreesta kalaruoasta.

Είχαμε μια υπέροχη διαμονή σε αυτό το ιδιαίτερο και μαγευτικό σπίτι. Ειναι ενα αναπαλαιώμενο ελαιοτριβείο που ;έχει φτιαχτει για φιλοξενία με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του χωριού και είναι πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμο. Μακάρι να είχαμε περισσότερες ημέρες στη διάθεσή μας. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε ξανά! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για τη φιλοξενία!!!

We had a wonderful stay at the earthouse! The house was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The location was great, and we truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere. Our host was incredibly kind, responsive, and always available to answer any questions, which made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back in the future!

Απίστευτο σπίτι,πλήρες εξοπλισμένο, πολύ όμορφος χώρος, άνετο καθιστικό και υπνοδωμάτιο, πολύ μεγάλη κουζίνα,εξαιρετικό μπάνιο. Η τοποθεσία του άψογη, πέντε λεπτά μακριά με τα πόδια από την λίμνη και την κεντρική πλατεία. Ο κύριος Σταύρος πάρα πολύ φιλόξενος και φιλικός, μας έδωσε οδηγίες για τις μέρες μας εκεί, μας πρότεινε επίσης ένα πολύ ωραίο εστιατόριο με την καλύτερη θέα του αγίου νικολαου πάνω από την λίμνη που το συστήνουμε σε όλους ανεπιφύλακτα. Μείναμε παρά πολύ ικανοποιημένοι με όλα, σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!!!

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Nikos war einfach fantastisch. Das Apartment war nicht nur leicht zu finden, sondern auch äusserst geräumig und komfortabel für zwei Personen. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, ob zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto, man ist schnell in der Nähe von Restaurants, Cafés und einem kleinen Supermarkt, der alles bietet, was man braucht. Besonders haben wir den Garten geschätzt, der jedoch temporär durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt war, was aber bald vorbei sein wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Alles war sauber, die Unterkunft war grösser als erwartet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit einem Willkommensraki und Biscuits. Restaurants, Cafés und eine Bäckerei sind in der Nähe, der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirm und Spielsachen für Kinder gibt, eine Kaffeemaschine mit feinem Kaffe und zwei Balkone. Die aufgehängten Bilder sind ausserordentlich schön und geben der Wohnung einen authentischen Stil. Vielen Dank!!

Amazing stay in this beautiful apartment. The huge balcony has the most amazing view over the beautiful bay! You can watch the sunrise while eating a home cooked meal from up there😊! The bed is comfortable and big, the bathroom was nice and water pressure was great in the shower. A really lovely place. It’s a great base for exploring since parking is free on the street. It took us 20-25 minutes to walk to the city from the apartment. I would definitely stay here again in the future 👌🏼

Ein super schönes Apartment für einen Urlaub auf Kreta! Der Ausblick auf der riesigen Terrasse ist einzigartig, hier lässt es Sicht gut Entspannen. Almyrida ist fußläufig in 8 min zu erreichen, jedoch ist der Fußweg etwas steil. Das Apartment hat direkt davor einen zugewiesen Parkplatz. Alles super, gerne wieder!

Vi leide leiligheten for første gang i 2023 på samme tid. Vi var meget tilfredse dengang med såvel utleiers instrukser, leilighetens tilstand, beliggenhet og kontakten med utleier, Tim. Vi opplevde ingen negative endringer fra i fjor, og kontakten med Tim var utmerket - meget responsiv på en vennlig og informativ måte. Vi vil nok sterkt vurdere å forsøke en gjentakelse av leieforholdet neste år.

The apartment unit is beautiful, very modern, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. We felt safe walking around. We rented a car and there were lots of free street parking available. John and Anastasia were very helpful and answered all our questions promptly which we appreciated very much. We had a wonderful stay in Chania and would highly recommend.

What a great spacious apartment and even better location,.. and with a panoramic sea view from the spacious balcony/terrace. What more do you need? And chose Kalamaki over Matala (just visit) if you want to relax.

Effie was the kindest most loveliest hostess imaginable. She backed for us, she gave us brilliant restaurant recommendations, gave us olive oil from her family, made us homemade lemonade and treated us like family. The apartment is immaculate and so well appointed. We loved our time. Thank you Effie ❤️☺️🥰

We had an amazing stay at Gabriella's! The airbnb was stocked with everything we needed and more. She has thought of it all. We were welcomed with a friendly face, fresh fruit, juice, and water. Gabriella had the best recommendations. Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The photos were accurate with the listing. The beds were comfortable. Jacuzzi was tended to daily. Very relaxing patio area. zero complaints. 10/10 would recommend!

Die Unterkunft war nicht so leicht zu finden. Der Gastgeber hat uns kontaktiert und uns abgeholt, sodass wir hinterher fahren konnten und gemeinsam die Unterkunft gefunden haben. Die Unterkunft ist generell sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht, es lagen sogar ein paar Leckerein und frisches Obst bereit für uns. Als wir etwas benötigten hat es keine 4 Minuten gedauert bis wir uns gemeldet hatten und er mit den Sachen vor unserer Tür stand. Also sehr hilfsbereit und man hat sich total zuhause gefühlt! Absolutes Highlight und der ausschlaggebende Grund die Unterkunft zu buchen war natürlich auch der Jaccuzi. dir Bedienung ist easy und man hat tagsüber einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Auch der Checkout war super flexibel. Alles wunderbar! :-)

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Dachterrasse mit Meerblick. Super Ausstattung, die Einrichtung ist individuell, geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Alles top, einfach zum Wohlfühlen! Perfekte Lage, um Chania zu Fuß zu erkunden. Gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen zum Relaxen und die tollen Ausblicke zu genießen. Zum Venezianischen Hafen bzw. in die Altstadt ist es ein schöner kleiner Spaziergang über die Uferpromenade an zahlreichen Restaurants vorbei. Persönlicher und sehr freundlicher Empfang durch die Gastgeberin, die Kommunikation ist top. Liebe Christina, vielen Dank, wir haben uns in deiner Wohnung und in Chania sehr wohlgefühlt und möchten unbedingt wiederkommen!

Мы проживали в данных апартаментах около 2 недель. Никос был очень дружелюбным, отзывчивым и гостеприимным хозяином! По прилету он организовал нам трансфер с аэропорта. Мы почувствовали себя долгожданными гостями! Квартира находится в 10 минутах от пляжа и 15 минутах от старого города , и полностью соответствует указанным фотографиям. При заселении нас ждали приветственные сладости и фрукты, что было очень приятно! Рядом есть многочисленные кафе, пекарни, супермаркеты и прочее. В каждой комнате установлен кондиционер, что очень важно при таком жарком климате. На балконе стоит гриль, но мы им не пользовались. Квартира чистая и места достаточно. При возникновении вопросов, Никос всегда был на связи и решал их очень быстро. Мы чувствовали себя очень комфортно в данных апартаментах. Очень рекомендуем данное жилье!
