I would recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a relaxing stay in the new forest. We had a warm welcome from the owners at the front gate. The garden is amazing, we decided to pay extra to have the hot tub which was a nice bonus to have the use of in the evening. The games room was great, we had some nice family time in there throughout our stay. We would definitely stay again

We had a beautiful stay here! The lodge was lovely and clean with a great view. The hot tub was a perfect addition and we had a great time relaxing here. It is also a great location for getting to Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and other stunning places.

The hosts were helpful from the moment we booked our stay. We were given clear instructions on where to arrive and were greeted as soon as we pulled into the carpark. They explained all the necessary information and answered all of our questions and were very helpful. They were always available if we had any queries and gave plenty of local recommendations for food and activities. We would 100% recommend and would be more than happy to book again.

Lovely peaceful setting and an excellent place to stay in; spacious and cosy. Super hosts too, thank you for a lovely stay.

The cottage was a lovely private space to spend some cozy days with friends. The hosts had prepared everything we needed, and included clear instruction cards around the property.

Robert was a wonderful host, the hot tub was secluded and although in their garden you wouldn’t have known it . Useful suggestions and money off for the nearest pub. The local one is currently shut but the vineyard is only a short walk and offers good value for food and drinks. Robert kindly drove us there which was an added bonus . We will definitely return when we can . Thank you Robert and Sue.

The bothy didn’t disappoint. Beautiful and peaceful. The cottage had everything you needed with a wood burner and hot tub which we enjoyed using . Chrissy was a great host , checking in to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay . I would recommend having breakfast at the potting shed and there also a lovely pub which is in walking distance. We had a lovely relaxing few days and wouldn’t hesitate recommending this beautiful place . We will be back !!!.

Neil was a great and flexible host. We based ourselves in the Airbnb over Christmas and he made a special effort to make it feel festive, with a Christmas tree and decorations. On arrival he came to welcome us and show us how the stove and hot tub worked. The house was spotlessly clean and comfortable and everything done to a high standard. Directions to the cottage were 100 % easy to follow. Highly recommend.

This was the 5th time visiting Kim and Marc’s place and as always very nice and cosy/homely. Are looking to come back soon. Thank you

we loved our stay at manor farm. the house was a treasure trove of beautiful old beams, and architectural features and fun stuff for kids and adults alike. I loved cooking on the aga and playing the piano! way bigger than expected and such a lovely peaceful location. we didn't want to leave

We had a very pleasant couple of days in Gardener’s Cottage. It was just right for a couple and the enclosed garden area was great for our dog. The log burner was really good, warming us up nicely and a plentiful store of logs. It’s set in beautiful surroundings with plenty of walks nearby in the beautiful forest, there was a pub next door which we didn’t try, but it was very quiet and peaceful. it is situated perfectly to visit more of the New Forest and Hampshire, we also went to Winchester which has a very efficient park and ride. Really enjoyed our stay.

Just returned from a few nights stay with my husband and my dog. The cottage is lovely and in a beautiful area. We enjoyed a long walk at Studland beach, would highly recommend. Ian was a great host and very responsive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the use of the coal fire after a long and wet walk on the South Coast path right from the doorstep. The village is very quiet and peaceful. We also had a great meal at the Black Swan Inn in Swanage, which is recommended in Ian's welcome book. Biscuits and dog treats were a lovely gesture too!

Such a lovely, cozy cottage. Everything from start to finish was great. It was all decorated and furnished very nicely, with everything you need. The cottage was spotless and were delighted & grateful with our welcome basket and fridge goodies. We were left to our privacy to enjoy our break and self check in which we prefer but, we also bumped into Ruth returning from her dog walk which was nice. Ruth was very warm, friendly and happy to have a chat. We would love to come back some time and have recommended to friends/family. Thank you Ruth x

This is a lovely place in the middle of the Isle of Wight making it handy for whenever the day takes you. It has beautiful views over the adjacent field of wild flowers and sheep. What a beautiful sight to wake up to!

Absolutely loved this cottage. Homely, comfy beautiful, simple and straight forward. Loved the fact it has an enclosed garden so we could let the dogs out without having to escort them. Fantastic walking areas either from the front door, or the back garden gate. The castle is practically in the garden and is a magnificent sight. Bedrooms are cozy and quaint - kitchen is clean and easy. We all snuggled nicely in the living room and the cottage was warm even despite the weather outside. Very much recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Casa molto bella, ben accessoriata. Tutto molto pulito e comodo. Sandra è stata super gentile e sempre pronta a fornire supporto, quando richiesto. Il cottage è inserito in un contesto favoloso, pieno di verde, animali e tanta tranquillità. Vicino comunque si trova tutto quello che serve (pub, negozi, farmacia…). Dintorni bellissimi. Molto consigliato a tutti!

Lucy is a brilliant host, very responsive and friendly too. The cottage is in a great location and it's easy to get to the local shops and restaurants. Parking is easy and the cottage has everything you need and more. It's a lovely place to stay.

Lyn created a really special time for me and my lady. It was a very romantic setting and Airbnb, with a beautifully furnished interior, private sauna, fireplace and extra touches like freshly baked pastries dropped off in the mornings. All this culminated a homely touch. It was a picturesque setting with a lovely private patio equipped with a heater, blankets and more. Might I mention the incredible sauna. The place was simply gorgeous. Lyn was very welcoming and kind which made us feel really comfortable and accommodated. Big love
