We had a great stay at The Fern with our two dogs. The secure garden with hot tub was very private and the fields on the site were perfect for our dogs to run around. We loved the puzzle box! Having an EV charger on site was a great feature too, that we made good use of. The space downstairs was very generous and well equipped. The bed upstairs was huge and the view from the window across the site was fantastic, especially at sunrise. Nigel was very friendly and responsive, providing lots of local info for things to do. Thank you for a fab stay!

We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

Hope Cottage was the perfect base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast. We spent 4 nights with our 2 children and had a wonderful holiday. We loved the hot tub and the wood burner as well as all the other essentials provided for a family break during a cold, wet, winter holiday! The cottage is not overlooked and wonderfully peaceful- a real feeling of quiet, space and calm. Amelia was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!!

It was perfect for a weekend away with two little boys. the hot tub, board games and great selection of TV channels kept them well occupied, and we managed to get some couple time in too as the place was organised with a bedroom and living space upstairs, so they could do their thing, while we did ours downstairs! Thank you for a lovely stay.

We’ve just got home from Merlin’s Lodge, and what a place it was! Super clean and as described. Really private location, peaceful and relaxing with the hot tub. I’ve already had friends ask me for the links based on the pictures they’ve seen. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great base to explore Lincoln, Newark and Sherwood Forest. Lots of walks and history in the area. Philip recommended 2 great pubs, Prince Rupert in Newark and Hare & Hounds in Fulbeck. We also really enjoyed the Alpacca Farm and Doddington House. Philip lives close by and came to greet us on arrival. He is very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and accommodation very clean.

Oh my goodness, what a beautiful home you have. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The cinema room sold this property to us and it was even better in person. The whole house was beautifully decorated. Felt like a cottage out of a movie. Everything you could need and more... welcome hamper, dressing gown and slippers, blankets, netflix, prime tv, games, books galore, enough dvds to reopen a local blockbusters! Hot tub was spotless, and not overlooked. The sofas and beds were comfortable. My daughter had an accident and the hosts washed her onesie and hung on line for us. Left us alone but text on first night to check we didnt need anything. Recommending this place to everyone I know. One of the best cottages we have stayed in. Probably more expensive than we normally look at but this was definitely worth every penny. They even left a birthday banner and cake for my little boy. Not one negative thing about this place. Super Airbnb in a very friendly village with lots of amenities - we’d highly recommend The Plough . Easy access into Lincoln city too with lots to explore. Property was immaculately clean and very well appointed . Louise has taken a lot of time in considering guests needs . Her communication prior and throughout was excellent and friendly . Property has private sunny courtyard with super hot tub - very welcome after long country walks .

We had a little getaway from the Lake District for two nights. Great little cosy place in a great location, surrounded by walks and not far from the beach’s. We visited the local pud and had a great meal. Melanie was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas on what to do and where to visit. Would definitely recommend!

Had the most peaceful and lovely stay at Camilla’s cottage. Really private, cottage is directly onto a public footpath and access to their paddock so ideal for the dogs. Cottage was exactly as advertised, super clean and tidy and had everything you could need and the Breakfast supplies were amazing. 100% recommend and will 100% return 🤍

The cottage is a fantastic retreat in a great location with easy access to the Norfolk coast. The village has great cafes and pubs. The cottage is fully equipped, lovingly decorated and the welcome pack and goodies were a lovely surprise! Fiona was a great, attentive host. I would highly recommend.

Really lovely cottage. Fantastic location 2 minutes from the high street, 5 minutes from the beach. Off street parking. Comfy beds, super clean, recently redecorated which was noticeable.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Communication with Paula was brilliant and we really appreciated her message asking how we were getting on during our stay. Everything we could have needed was provided. The cottage was so clean and comfortable and the outside area was beautiful. The location was lovely with great cycling routes nearby and we visited Mablethorpe Beach which was a short drive away. I cannot fault anything and would highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time and we will absolutely be visiting again!

Mollys Cottage was an absolute pleasure to visit. We arrived after a long trip due to traffic and was welcomed by Linda and instantly made to feel welcome. When we entered the cottage was very clean and everything we needed was available. We was greeted with fresh eggs from the chicken coop along with tea & coffee, fresh milk and the biscuits was a great added gift. Local to everything you need and far enough away should you want peace and space. Amber communicated everything we needed for check in and responded rapidly to any questions we had. Looking forward to our next visit in 2026 as we attend the Skegness Rugby Tournament with my young team. UTB 💚 Thank You Amber

Jill’s place was lovely. We had such a cosy, peaceful weekend. The property was super clean. It had everything you’d need. Every room was interesting and comfortable. We’d definitely come back.

Little Walk Cottage is perfect for a relaxing break. The views from the conservatory are lovely. The house is warm and cosy even on the coldest nights. The bedrooms are spacious. The lounge and kitchen are well equipped and comfortable. Very highly recommended.

Sarah was a wonderful host- the cottage was gorgeous with everything you could possibly need for a cosy and comfortable stay. She even left thoughtful extras to make us feel welcome. Our dog Frida hardly moved from the lovely dog bed she left for us too! We would definitely stay again ♥️

An absolute BEAUT of a place to stay with everything required for an easy and pleasant few days away from home. I was staying for work reasons but it would also be a PERFECT romantic getaway spot - just lovely! And walking distance to the canal and lovely scenery too...

Excellent place to stay. Very spacious with all modern amenities and utensils in the kitchen. The bungalow layout was exemplary. Very clean and spotless. Lots of complimentary items, felt very welcoming. Tracey was a super host with very good instructions and very responsive. Was very flexible with check out times. One of the best places we have stayed in terms of facilities, decor & cleanliness. Would easily and wholeheartedly recommend to anyone
