Positioned in a sleepy beach cul de sac you will find 'The Smurf Shack' - This is a complete property and not a Bach on someone's back section. A perfect escape back to those sepia memories of yesteryear. Consists of 2 bedrooms inside, a sleep-out, boardwalk, covered outside lounge (with lighting and heater), alfresco dining deck with Weber BBQ and outside games, a garage w fridge, outside tiki bar, all on a large fully fenced section perfect for kids and the dog.

A bach with an acre of space at Waikawa Beach

If you are after a relaxing and warm holiday home close to the beach, you'll find it here. The bach at Waikawa is a new semi-rural property located just a short walk (10 minutes) from the the beach. Set on an acre of flat land, there is plenty of space for games, for kids to run around, or just relaxing on the large deck in the sun. This home has all the essentials including, air conditioning or heat pump, a Smart TV, and unlimited Wifi (Fibre).

Harakeke Cottage

We'd love to host you in our cute, fully self-contained guest cottage in rural Tokomaru. This little (but spacious) house has everything you need including full cooking facilities (stove, oven/ microwave, dishwasher, fridge, utensils), all linen, washer/dryer, Sonos sound system to play your own music and free wifi. Less than 20 minutes to Palmerston North and 10 minutes to Massey University & Linton Army camp.

Welcome to your beach stay! This sunny four bedroom classic 1950’s bach sleeps up to 4 adults and 5 children and up to two doggos. The property is set one street back from popular Foxton Beach. Decked out in retro furniture, Axminster carpets and vintage furnishings, plus all the modern essentials for a classic kiwi holiday at the beach - look no further for a spot to call home.

A blend of mid century kiwiana and modern amenities. This holiday home is a short (50m) stroll to the beach. There's expansive decks, sheltered seating and a nook out back with a spa pool. Pile the kids into the bunk room (sleeps 3). You will enjoy a queen sized bedroom with ensuite. There's capacity for an additional queen sized bed in the media room.

South End Sanctuary (Family House)

South End Sanctuary is a modern (completed in 2023) 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, dog friendly, family house. Wonderfully located near the well-known South forest perfect for walking, biking, and home to the adventure playground. The house is approximately 200m from the south forest entrance and 250m from the Hydrabad Drive beach access.
