Tom & Desiree were beyond accommodating to our group after we had some scheduling changes due to family emergency. We thoroughly enjoyed the house, the kitchen is huge, the island is awesome, open concept floorplan, huge master suite, it was very nice overall!!

Fantastic place to stay with a family, extremely clean and everything seemed brand new. Easy check-in and instructions, and Alisa was quick to respond and accommodating on short notice. Beach and local restaurants in walking distance and just a couple blocks to the busy tourist area. 5 stars and highly recommended!

My daughter & I really enjoyed our stay. The house is gorgeous and had that clean, new construction smell. Very spacious and comfortable, with nice tall ceilings. Big windows allowed a lot of natural light. Fenced in back yard was great for our Doodle. Only issue was with our 2 small pups, both Pomeranians. They fit between the fence posts and got out so we had to improvise. Not a big deal. Just something to be aware of if you have small pups. The home being pet friendly was great for us. The bedrooms are nice, beds are comfortable and both bathrooms are gorgeous. The linens smelled amazing! So fresh & clean. So much so, that I need to find out what they use so I can start using it myself at home! Tankless water heater was a nice surprise! Neighbors are friendly. Across the street is wooded, which is nice. So quiet and peacful, which I appreciated. Lonnie was a great host. He always responded quickly. He was friendly, helpful, and accomodating. I look forward to staying here again!

Michael was so helpful and informative. The home is exactly as show and even better in person. The best home my family as stayed at thus far. 5 star rating cause I can't give them more. My family will be back often.

The location is a very short walk to the beach and it’s located at the end of the street which makes it feel safe and tucked away. The place looks bigger in pictures than it really is but it is very nice and it feels cozy. The kitchen is functional even though it could use a few cutting knives and a cutting board if you plan on cooking. It’s perfect for a family gathering or a gathering of family and friends. The pool is a very nice addition. All in all, my family and I had a great time at Clyde’s place.

Great place for our family while we were in town for a funeral. My nephew really enjoyed the game room. Had everything we needed. Host was easy to communicate with.

One of the best stays I’ve had in a while, very comfortable and clean. I’m definitely coming back to stay again. Great host with a great place!

Perfect place for my friends and I to stay for a golf trip in Myrtle Beach! We enjoyed the quick walk to the beach.

John always responded very quickly when I had questions. The condo was super nice and right on the beach! It was clean, we were able to check in early and we were sad to leave! We will definitely stay here again!!

This place was great! It is very quiet and peaceful and the perfect beach getaway. The neighborhood makes you feel like a local, as it's not very touristy. The walk to the beach is easy and so close, and they had beach items we could borrow ready for us. It was also very convenient to get to Barefoot Landing, which was great for a concert we went to at the House of Blues. Tammy was very helpful upon arrival and communicated with our group all we needed to know and even baked us brownies! We would love to stay again if ever back in the area.

Our stay with Alicia was amazing!!! She provided me with great directions straight to her condo. The condo was decorated very cute and the kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. The kitchen was equipped with a toaster, microwave, Blender and electric can opener. She provided us with plenty of beach towels, even a small cooler to use at the beach. Her little touches were awesome she provided sample shampoos conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Which I thought was lovely. The use of her beach wagon and chairs was super !!! She even had a small clothes line on the deck with clothes pins to hang out our suits and towels. We will definitely be back !!!

We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed every minute. The Airbnb is so beautiful and offers lots of opportunities from doing your work outs to playing ping pong and enjoying a beautiful outside seating area. Very close to the beach. Ervisa is a very very nice host, was happy that I got to meet her in person.

Place was amazing as well as the host. Alyssa was always responsive and very friendly. The condo was just as described if not better. very peaceful and extremely clean. Thank you again Alyssa for the stay and your helpfulness. would definitely recommend staying here at Alyssa's couple's retreat..

loved the vibe of the place, super cute environment/home decor and exterior space + my dad came to fish so we were looking for a good spot close enough to the pier/clean and quality/affordable and this truly checked off all boxes + all around perfect spot I would say my only thing I wasn't super happy about (but that we did find a solution to) was the bathroom situation: the locks are on the bedroom side and not on the doorknob itself, which is fine if both doors shut completely but the master/larger bedroom bathroom door does not shut completely and my dad was in that room so if I had to use the toilet and avoid being seen it would have been awkward since the door opens towards the larger space of the room/bedroom entrance door -> BUT we did solve this with stuffing a towel in between the door to keep it shut, I didn't have time to read all the other reviews so don't know if others mentioned this, but yeah solution works :) all-in-all, highly recommend

Would definitely return. Really was home away from home, everything we need was there. First time kitchen was properly stocked. Since we always eat in the kitchen was perfect!

Great stay looked exactly like the pictures entry was easy and find the hotel was easy due to the pics and info the host left. Will be back again.

beautiful place. relaxing. no crazy noise. wish gym had better hours but host has no control over that. so walking around beach was exercise! toaster sets off fire alarm too so definitely put stove fan on for anything cooking! overall fantastic place and would visit again! thanks for sharing your place with us and thoughtful anniversary gift 💜

Shane’s condo was wonderful. It was very clean and well decorated. One of the best things was how much he provided in the kitchen. Plenty of spices and other staples. He provided all the every day necessities. The bed and furniture were very comfortable. We would definitely rent this condo again.

Great location! Year round outdoor pool was perfect for our trip. The community is very safe and has a ton of amenities. The unit itself could use some updates to furniture/bed, but regardless, it was perfect for what we needed, and was ideal for our dog. There’s walking trails in the community, and only 10-15 minute drive away from beaches.

What a great find! We loved the condo! We stayed for a month during winter and loved it. Just a few steps to the beach. We really enjoyed our walks with our dog on the beach. Very secluded and peaceful location, but at the same time close to all the amenities North Myrtle beach has to offer. Just what we were looking for. The condo is just like the photos, very comfortable and spacious, with a newly remodeled kitchen that had everything you need for cooking. Great for long stays. The balcony faces a natural reserve which makes the place very private. It was so convenient having direct access to the parking lot, with no steps, so we could bring our groceries straight from the car to the unit, using the carts the condo provided. Cristina is a great host, very responsive and friendly! Highly recommend renting from her. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Hope to come back next year!

This was a lovely condo in a gated community so that gave a sense of security. The place was like the photos: beautiful, well kept, clean and included all the amenities listed! Elizabeth was great! Very friendly and informative. Will be staying again in the future!!

Such a great place! Very clean and exactly like the pictures! A great place to spend a beach vacation! The beach is so close! There were lots of things to do nearby, and the boardwalk is also a close drive! Loved staying here!

Beautiful home, exactly like the pictures. We were there in the off season so made use of the lovely screened in balcony. The whole place was very clean and the host was very responsive. I would encourage anyone to stay here. One caution (which is clearly noted on the listing) is that there is no elevator. Guests must be able to climb several flights of stairs.
