Very comfortable and cozy, in a great part of the Cape. Kitchen has all you need, good set up for a couple or even small family. One note, not a huge problem: the fireplace is only ornamental. Bed is comfortable, might be too soft for some. Very helpful and friendly host, gave clear instructions but respected privacy. Thanks so much!

This house is an absolute gem. Spacious and well stocked and extremely clean. Perfect cozy oasis to relax in with lots of room. The back yard is huge with a great deck and play area. Lovely area and accessible to everything. Would love to stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend!

Beautiful Cape Cod home with pool and hot spa

We enjoyed our stay in Cape cod at Helinton’s house. Helinton was a very responsive host. He was always available for any questions or issues that arose. He quickly replaced umbrellas for the beach that we couldn’t find initially find. We all enjoyed the wonderful backyard including the pool with lots of fun inflatables and the grill/ outdoor kitchen. The outdoor fire pit was a big hit with my kids when making smores in the evenings. The home itself was clean and had enough space for everyone.

Ariana was a super responsive and lovely host! The house was perfect for my family and I as a place to celebrate my brother’s birthday over the long weekend. I would definitely recommend to a friend!

The house is lovely! The yard is the real star here, and the location is fantastic. The only small things I would comment on are providing your own linens (not ideal) and no coffee or anything to last a day upon arrival. But overall, I would recommend it for a nice stay on the island!

Nicole’s home is cozy and comfortable. There are many thoughtful touches that make guests feel right at home. The check-in process was easy and everything was spotless. Great host - highly recommend!

If you love the sound of waves crashing at your feet, this is the place for you. Incredible sunsets from the private deck. A picturesque, walkable village with a beautiful pier. Your own private beach right outside your door. Restaurants right up the street. Small enough to be absolutely charming but big enough (with the large loft) to accommodate a group. Location is everything and this place has it. Exactly as advertised and Host could not have been more amiable.

Green Hill Getaway

This house was spotless. Everything felt clean, the beds, the bathrooms. 5 bedrooms all nice size and clean. No carpets which is fantastic when you allow dogs. So happy to bring my two Bostons. Plenty of supplies and kitchen utensils. Nice backyard and neighborhood. AC worked great. The only thing I would recommend is a door on the outside shower. From CT and we don’t have outdoor showers so it would have been nice to have everyone shower outside. Other than that it was perfect for my family. Loved having the bikes ! Jackie left us wine and snacks totally appreciate it. We had a great week.

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The property was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and in a perfect location. Host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and checking in to make sure everything was going well. The extra touches, like fresh towels and snacks, really made a difference. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Providence, RI. Would definitely stay again!
