This was one of the best Airbnbs I’ve had the privilege of staying at. The rooms were private, the pool table & shuffleboard were so appreciated & used. The hammocks were so relaxing, as was the private hot tub. Esta was a responsive, generous host & provided everything we needed. I appreciated the coffee, plenty of linens, strong water pressure, access to washer/dryer…I could go on & on. We already plan to return!

I love the place only thing I hated was the shower one time it was burning hot water and last night using the shower was frizzing cold I wanted to cry both times. i enjoy everything else only thing i hated was hard to find the right way to use the water.

Great and cozy cabin. Just what me and my wife needed for a nice getaway. We have stayed in quite a few cabins around Fredericksburg but thjs one by far was the best!

We spent Christmas at Brooke’s place and she thought of everything. The lake, water toys and beautiful sunsets were a hit with everyone. Everything was as described and ready for us! Would definitely recommend. Thank you🎄

The place is beautiful and hand built by the owners. The towels were soft, bedding was very comfortable. The place is spacious and cozy any the same time!! Everything was very clean. The Hosts were great and really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend a visit to this quaint little A frame!!!!!

We spent our Spring Break enjoying all the amenities of this little cabin; we even got to bring along our dog since the cabin is pet friendly! We particularly enjoyed naps on the porch swing listening to birds chirping and wind chimes. The spa was fantastic too. There are several board games, puzzles,and books lying around which was great. We never ran out of things to do and would love to stay here again.

The wife and I had a wonderful time at this great spot. It was a very relaxing getaway spot and we were extremely grateful for the ability to incorporate our two labs on this getaway. They had a great time hanging out in the fenced in yard and laying on the cold floor of the house. We had a great time and highly recommend this place for anyone looking to getaway. The pool and other amenities were great too!

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage while exploring the beautiful Hill Country. The outdoor space was beautifully maintained, offering a perfect spot to relax and enjoy both sunrise and sunset. Beautiful place, quiet, enjoyed the wild life! Gave our grandson space to run. Check in and check out possibly the easiest by far. We love to go back when we could enjoy the amenities more, but perfect location for our daughter’s wedding venue. Thank you so much for sharing!

If you’re looking for a hidden gem cabin to stay in during your Austin/dripping springs retreat, you have found it. This cabin is private & secluded from Austin’s busy streets. This cabin sits right on the edge of Cyprus Creek with beautiful views of trees for miles. If you’re daring enough to descend the steep stairway, you’ll be greeted with a hidden deck & creek access. Inside the cabin you can find drawers with plentiful clean silverware & utensils. We boiled pasta & warmed sauce our first night there. Before reaching the cabin we stopped by the dripping springs farmers market (Wednesdays only) & grabbed fresh Italian pasta & sauce along with sourdough bread & fresh spring mix. Patti’s breakfast is an absolute MUST try, with the most beautiful breakfast spread delivered right to the cabin door. Omelet made with fresh eggs from her chickens, biscuits from scratch, assorted jams, & homemade hash browns. The $15 that she charges is absolutely worth it. Dog friendly for sure.

Janet’s place was absolutely beautiful! From the amazing decks to the great space of the acreage, the stars at night to the gorgeous vantage points for the sunset and sundown, it was amazing! We accidentally and embarrassingly locked ourselves out the first morning and Janet was so quick in her response, and was able to let us in. My wife and I are little nature nerds with a sweet tooth and the thoughtful details of the trail books and field guides, and the apple pecan muffin and lemon bars were magnificent. 10/10 would visit again.

We had a great time. The place was amazing and the views were stunning. Bed was super comfy and the dogs loved the yard space!!

We had a wonderful stay at Salty Dog Ranch! The highlight is, of course, the animals! It was such a delight to have the goats, horses, and donkeys hang out with us and the kids loved them so much. We enjoyed the property and its proximity to outdoor fun. We visited Pedernales SP, Enchanted Rock, Krause Springs, and Spider Mountain for biking. The house is very comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy. There were plenty of linens and kitchen supplies and we enjoyed the gas grill one night. There was an extra box fan that was useful for the loft. Our favorite time was sitting on the deck enjoying coffee and watching the beautiful birds that visit the feeder. The couch is a pull-out bed and good for young kids. The downstairs bed is comfy and larger than the loft bed. The kitchen had everything we needed for our quick and easy meals. Salty Dog Ranch was the perfect spot for our country get-away and we will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

The cabin was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for. We were about 20 minutes from all the events we had planned in north Austin area. Horses are on site and friendly. Deer walked past the cabin multiple times. Very dog friendly! Our hosts responded to us immediately every time we had a question.

We had a great stay! Neighborhood is very quiet and cabin was cozy. Having separate cabins was nice as we could offer more privacy to the couple that came with us. Great recommendations for things to do in the area and places to eat. Look forward to coming back!

Was amazing me and my girlfriend stayed there we wanted a place by the lake so we could go paddle boarding ( they had fun water toys we did bring our own paddle board but they had some that they let us use! ) there’s also a cute cowboy swimming pool that we used if you want a place to get away from the world this is it!

Fantastic Stay at a Tranquil Lake Travis Lodge This lodge is an absolute gem—secluded, peaceful, and beautifully appointed. Just a 5-minute walk to Hippie Hollow, it offers the perfect mix of nature and comfort. The Oasis is a quick 10 minute drive and there are lovely parks nearby. The outdoor bath was a dreamy touch, and we made full use of it! The kitchen is well-equipped (loved the coffee machine!), and both bedrooms are spacious. Just note—the second bedroom is separate from the main house and doesn’t have its own bathroom, but the serenity more than makes up for it. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape, this is it!

We absolutely love staying at John and Marsha’s cabin! It is the perfect location to come and relax, visit local wineries and take in the beautiful Hill County. This was our second visit and cannot wait for our next one! Thank you both for your wonderful hospitality!

A truly amazing Gem of a place🤍 My kiddos loved it! Lots to do. There's a playground for the kiddos and 2 swimming pools. The cabin was so comfy and felt right at home. My babies are already asking when are we coming back. Such a peaceful place. Just what my family needed🥰🙌🏽

My friends and I went here for a girls night, and it was the perfect getaway. The cabin was a touch hot, luckily I had an extra fan in my car that we were able to use to help cool it down some!
