Great house, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the close proximity to Lakeway.

My boys (12 and 15) and I made reservations for the small container home over spring break, but Matthew reached out a few days before our stay to let us know that some high winds had caused a bit of damage to the container home, and it wouldn’t be fixed by the time we arrived. He kindly and very generously offered to let us stay at the main house for no additional charge so that we could still enjoy our planned vacation. Amazing! We absolutely loved the property, which is lit up beautifully at night and is kitschy and country and comfortable in all the best ways. The decor of the home was unique and fun, and the fully stocked kitchen was perfect for cooking dinners in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again without hesitation. And we fell in love with the goats. So friendly and funny. Matthew was the same when we met him. You’ll definitely enjoy your stay at this colorful and restful respite from the city.

We loved our stay here! Our group of 5 were in town to work SXSW and this airbnb was such a good place to have as home base. There was more than enough space for all of us and the fact that there are two desks is an added bonus. It’s also less than a 10 minute drive to a train station that allowed for easy access to downtown austin. The house has everything you need for your stay like pots and pans and paper products. There honestly wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t already there. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and conveniently located to shopping and dining. I’d definitely recommend this space especially for a larger group.

Great place to stay. We had 8 adults stay comfortably for 3 nights while we were attending the high school basketball tournament. Clean, quiet, nice neighborhood, and close to everything. Hope to stay there next year.

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

Amanda’s place is a great location to take advantage of the town amenities and variety of experiences. It’s ideal to take day trips, walk dine and shop locally and especially explore the history and stories of the founding settlers. Convenient to Fredericksburg, Stonewall, Marble Falls and Blanco make this a perfect Hill Country town stay. Amanda was exceptional in her hosting and communication. She is committed to details and was super welcoming to us.

We had a wonderful and cozy stay at Aaron's place. He was very communicative and responsive. The accommodation was spotless, had EVERY amenity and possible thing you could need (or might have forgotten to bring). Beds were comfortable. Felt like home! The location is perfect to walk to restaurants, shopping, drugstore, market... We didn't have a car and didn't need one at all. Would absolutely stay here again.

I highly recommend staying at the D6 retreat. That staff was great, helpful, and very responsive when needed. It’s peaceful and beautiful. Will definitely stay again

The place was so relaxing by the pool and all the beautiful surroundings just so amazing. We saw deer everyday. The house was amazing as well and the beds were comfortable. Just perfect for us. Thank you for letting us stay at your house.

What a beautiful secluded oasis. It was even better than described. Our dogs played and enjoyed the safe confines of the property and we enjoyed time by the pool and time unplugged as a family. Will come again ASAP

place was great! beautiful yard with a fire pit, pool was great. beds were extremely comfortable. if you do sleep in 1 of the 2 barn rooms, keep in mind no bathroom and if you do have small dogs, there is a possibility they can get under the fencing/gate door. but overall an amazing stay. highly recommend!!

A lovely home for our month long stay! We were very comfortable. It was disappointing the pool and hot tub were not cleaned/serviced during our time, after asking a few times. It was part of the reason we chose this home. The hostess was very responsive and courteous, explaining the problem was an ineffective switch in the pool company. A partial credit was promised and not yet delivered. I will update this review if anything changes. We would gladly stay in this home again and I recommend it fully!

We recently stayed at this Airbnb with family and friends, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The home was beautifully maintained, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing vacation. The spacious rooms and inviting atmosphere made it a great place for us all to unwind and enjoy each other's company. The location was also ideal to get away from the city and offering tranquility. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. My suggestion is to provide a clear instructions book for connecting to the Wi-Fi, operating the switches, and checkout procedures would enhance the overall experience even more. This small addition could make the stay even smoother and more enjoyable for future guests. It will also be nice if it was mentioned prior to booking that guests that are not staying in the home are not allowed in the property.

I hate to say how wonderful this house was because then I won’t be able to book it the next time we stay in Austin! The space was great for groups and the backyard was like a park.

House was clean, big backyard with cool swimming pool which the kids loved. It was pet friendly so we were able to bring our dogs wich was big plus. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. HEB and other restaurants near by. Would stay again.

Great house and big, beautiful backyard. The fresh eggs and zipline were a hit with my young kids! We loved exploring the area. I would 100% recommend this house! Everything was smooth and very clean.

We visited here for 2024 Thanksgiving holiday's stay with 5 families. I think that's best place to take a rest in the nature and to make good talks & good play each other. We made good memories and good feelings. We can recommend this place for big family for happy time

Place was exactly like described, very private and cute little place. Super easy check out, had little snacks and waters for you. Would definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Eugene’s place is very nice! We had a great stay with no issues. Bed was comfortable and the coffee pot has a built in coffee bean grinder! Well stocked kitchen. Enough toilet paper for our two weeks there. Plenty of bath linens. There are nice neighborhoods to walk thru, but restaurants are a short drive away. Marble Falls is the nearest town and has good restaurants, gym(The Athletic Club), HEB grocery store which is great. If it had been a bit warmer we could have utilized the lake. Very nice neighbors! We had motorcycles and there is nice riding nearby. We would stay again! Thank you!

The accommodations were perfect for our 3 families. Kitchen had everything provided like trash bags, good cookware, with plenty of space for meals. Would stay there again!!

We booked this for my husband's birthday and it was so perfect! The host even set up a Happy Birthday banner and pre-made a bed for my son with fairy lights and little toys. It was incredibly thoughtful and we felt right at home. It had everything we needed, plus great water pressure and a very comfortable bed. The two property cats were also very friendly. Overall, we had a great stay, would recommend, and would come back again!

Nice, quiet neighborhood in a good location. Hosts took care to have all the basic amenities you might need. Clean kitchen with lots of appliances if you're looking to cook. Also nice to have the washer and dryer there.
