We really enjoyed our stay here, my son had a blast with the pool and basketball court! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Truong and Thao’a place was amazing! My family and I had a great time! The heated pool was amazing and we used it everyday we stayed. The house was clean with plenty for the kids to do inside. We spent a lot of time on the back patio and the weather was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with family or friends!

Excellent communication from Eddie. He was always prompt and helpful with any inquiry. The house is spacious, airy bedrooms, relaxing yard/pool/hot tub. The pool was a huge plus during a very hot week. Kitchen has whatever you may need for cooking. Easy highway access. There is a nice walking trail nearby [Violet Crown Trail]. Another plus - we were not asked to do any cleaning at the end of our stay since Eddie said the cleaning crew would take care of that. Much appreciated!! We happened to rent during SXSW which was not part of our travel plan, but it more than doubled the price of the rental. There are no refunds after booking, so be certain of travel plans. If you're into hiking, highly recommend Pedernales Falls State Park [about a 50 minute drive from the rental]. Other recommendations: great Texas barbecue at Leroy and Lewis; outstanding tacos and enchiladas at Pelons on Red River; Jo's Coffee on South Congress - great drinks and fun vibe.

Amazing experience! Host is super responsive and the description of the place is accurate. Having 4 bathrooms for a full house was a little tough but not too horrible, otherwise great!

We've stayed at 10 different airbnb's this year and this place was by far the best! From the spacious secluded backyard to the extra amenities throughout the home. We loved spending the holidays here. Their family decorated the place for Christmas to make it feel like a loving home. We come to Austin several times each year and look forward to coming back!

This spacious riverfront home was absolutely perfect for our large group getaway! The views from the the livingroom of the river were amazing . The house itself was well-appointed with plenty of comfortable seating, a fully-equipped kitchen, and spacious bedrooms - everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Austin was very responsive and accommodating.

John’s condo was simply amazing. We came for the weekend to attend a wedding at Villa Antonio & our family of 5 (with adult children) stayed. It is probably one of the most comfortable & serene places/ locations we have stayed. The kitchen is stocked for cooking if you choose. The kids reported the beds were super comfy & our king bed was wonderful. The adult kids took the golf cart to the beach club & the amenities there are outstanding. Multiple pools, ample seating, giant hot tub, & a workout room. The decor in the condo is luxury upscale. The rain showers in the bathroom are a nice touch. Each bedroom had charger pads for electronics & the QR code provides all the instructions/ activities needed. We sat on the balcony overlooking Lake Travis, it was peaceful. We saw deer / foxes. The condo is located on the 2nd fl & John provides a cart for your luggage as a nice extra to get from car to the elevator in one trip. John is highly responsive. Can’t wait to return! Beautiful island getaway and beautiful views

The Island is one of our favorite getaways and this place was just fabulous! Penny's extra touches, excellent communication, cleanliness and gorgeous condo is worth every penny! WE will definitely be staying here again soon:)

Great place to stay. Kids loved the pool. Had everything we needed so it made us feel at home. Good location. Will rebook in future if we return to the area.

The condo was exactly as described and absolutely gorgeous. It was overlooking lake Travis, which you could see from the windows. The natural light was amazing. The atmosphere was serene and peaceful, just a nice change of pace from everyday life. Wendy was very sweet and responsive, and helpful and a great hostess. I definitely recommend.

I had an incredible stay at Zach’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, assigned parking and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and the space felt welcoming and relaxing. The location was fantastic—close to the lake, making it easy to explore the area. Zach was an outstanding host, providing clear check-in instructions, quick responses, and even some thoughtful touches like local recommendations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience! Five stars all around!

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!
