Janet's place exceeded our expectations, providing a relaxing and peaceful spring break getaway for my family My kids had a blast with the water toys and fishing, Janet was highly responsive to our needs. The place was immaculately clean, well-equipped with all amenities, we're already planning our next visit :)

The Island is one of our favorite getaways and this place was just fabulous! Penny's extra touches, excellent communication, cleanliness and gorgeous condo is worth every penny! WE will definitely be staying here again soon:)

Great Stay! Cute interior decor! Loved the lakeside back porch. My son and his wife and daughter rode the paddle boat and had fun. Very comfy beds and linens. Fully equipped! Can’t think of anything negative to say. We prepared all our meals there and everything we needed was there.

Beautiful location, very clean and felt right at home. The condo was quiet, never heard any neighbors or loud outside noise. Kathryn had excellent communication before and during our stay at the condo. She gave very clear and simple instructions, making things very easy to figure out. The location was perfect for our vacation to Austin. It was a short drive to downtown Austin, as well as an easy drive to San Antonio and Waco. It was nice to stay a little outside of the city to be away from the hustle and bustle, while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the lake and the wildlife all around the condo location.

Home was very clean and very well equipped. We were able to cook meals with no problem. It was a wonderful neighborhood that was quiet. Great amenities for use! We golfed and enjoyed the community restaurant!

Great place to stay and accomodate our family! kids were occupied with games and we were able to enjoy family time! The kids loved seeing the deer around the house everyday.

Very communicative and the place was so great I decided to stay a few more days

We visited The Cottage in hopes of having a quiet, peaceful stay with my elderly parents and it was a success! Cathy’s Cottage was very peaceful, and being close to a water front view was even better. The Cottage itself is just perfect. Thank you for a great stay, we will definitely be coming back.

Nice and beautiful place to stay.I recommend if you want to spend time with Family it just so peaceful and good surroundings.
