The photos, don't do the bungalow and the grounds justice. The owners have done everything to the highest possible standards, no corners have been cut! The bungalow is absolutely perfect. It's, tasteful and modern, bright and clean! The outside area is just as good. Hot tub, outdoor cooking area and games room, all clean and well maintained. This place is well worth the money! We didn't want to come home. I loved having a few drinks in the pub up the road, that's completely unique, and then jumping in the hot tub. The hosts left us alone (but let us know, they were available if needed) and allowed us to enjoy their lovely bungalow and tub! We will 100% return. Unfortunately this venue has set the bar very high for all future venues that we stay at and I don't think that will find better or even to this standard. Thank you Simon and family.

Lovely house , grandkids loved it

This was our second visit to Amanda’s cottage and it was exactly as we remembered it. She gave us the opportunity to check in early which was very kind, and she left us some lovely treats for our arrival. The parking space was fantastic, especially due to the very central location of the cottage. Despite being very central, the location was also very private and quiet as well. It is a perfect place to stay when exploring the Yorkshire Dales.

Comfortable place with good parking and surrounded by green spaces. Host friendly and helpful. Flat is well kitted out with extra touches of cereal, tea, coffee, milk and butter which were much appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to book again if needed to be in the area. Thank you

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.

Lovely property, within easy reach of Leeds City Centre.

Stayed here the night before my sons army parade in Harrogate. 20 mins drive from barracks. Beautiful location and accommodation. The first thing I noticed was how clean the caravan was and how nice it smelt! I meant to take a picture of the diffusers!! A real home from home. The lake and location is absolutely gorgeous, I wish we’d had more time. We’ll absolutely be back. Thanks for having us x

By far the best Air BnB experience we’ve had. From start to finish, we’ve had a blissful weekend. We arrived to a pristinely clean cabin. Ian popped over early evening to check all was okay, which was very much appreciated. The hot water went on the Friday evening however we didn’t bother Ian until Saturday morning. He came as soon as we called, and then he called an electrician. All was sorted by the time we returned from our walk. On the Sunday before check out, Ian and Ann kindly showed us around their farm which was such a highlight. A lovely stay, which super kind and friendly hosts.
