I needed a quiet location where I could have some assistance when needed and to be able to come and go when I needed to. There was always someone there to help if I needed it and my daughter and I felt we could relax when we needed to do that too.

Good points: Clear helpful instructions to this quiet and peaceful location Just like photos. Stylishly decorated Homemade jams and granola, honey, yoghurt, and bought-in croissants, tea and coffee left for us Very good log burner Natasha recommended a great pub nearby Slight quibbles- (hyper critical): Shower room a little functional Fair amount of owner's stuff about - e.g material swatches, 'Dad rock' albums and hifi . Overall, I recommend highly.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay at Linda's. We were well prepared in advance, and everything involved in getting checked in went very smoothly. We were very comfortable and slept well. Linda and her husband were friendly and helped us get oriented locally. The kitchen worked out extremely well for us to prepare most of our meals, and that helped us with some dietary issues. We would highly recommend Linda's place. It is a great balance between a quiet country place, yet close to shopping and restaurants in Cobham and Esher. We hope to be back again!

Perfect for a short break with my mum....we both loved the place and the fact that it was so well situated with loads to do within a short drive. Claire was friendly and always very responsive to any questions. All on a level, which was great for my mum. Lovely decor....we liked the art, especially the album covers on the wall. Beautiful to have the sun flooding the whole place when we returned late afternoon...a bit chilly still in the April eve to fully appreciate the beautiful terrace outside, but we did sit out a little and enjoy the garden. Thoughtful touches such as milk and lovely bathroom/shower products. We have already recommended to someone else and may well be back!

We had a super couple of days staying for the Brighton marathon. Easy travel into Brighton from Hassocks. Beautiful walks around the Jack and Jill Windmills and South Downs Way.

We had a lovely stay, the little house was clean, cosy and warm, everything you need, we explored the area for walks. We walked to the local pub , The Fox Inn they where very friendly the food was nice. We went to the Parrot at Forest Green for a Sunday Roast which was great. Horsham is near if you fancy a potter around the shops and pick up some bits. Guildford was 30 minutes away also another lovely day there too. Thank you we enjoyed our visit.

Back again. My home away from home when visiting Shalford. The cottage is charming and so serene and quiet. Amanda and Ben and the dogs are all so welcoming.

Excellent. a warm welcome, very well equipped and comfortable accommodation, ideally situated for visiting Surrey and Sussex. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful couple of nights here to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. The place is clean, tidy, comfortable and as described. The bed was a little soft for our personal preference but we loved the hot tub, the bathroom and the comfy living room. We were left a few treats by Tracy which was a lovely touch. There is a bus stop 2 minutes away with regular buses into Brighton. The views from there were stunning. We had the most amazing time and would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet chilled weekend with all that Brighton has to offer a stones throw away. We wanted a fun and relaxed weekend with the option to chill in a hot tub and Tracy's place was perfect for that.

It is a fantastic location in the heart of Bosham the accommodation was faultless. Highly recommend.

From day 1 Julia was very friendly and helpful. Messages were replied to immediately and she was ready to meet us with the key and show us around. The cabin had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It felt private and was very quiet. It was ideally located for us and a short walk into the town centre. We had the most wonderful stay at this holiday house. Tucked away in the heart of the countryside, it offers breathtaking views and a truly peaceful atmosphere. Waking up to the sound of birdsong and enjoying the stunning scenery was an absolute delight. The house itself is beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The hot tub was a real highlight—perfect for unwinding while soaking in the tranquil surroundings. The log fire made the evenings feel especially cosy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The hosts were absolutely lovely—welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making us feel right at home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. We will most certainly be back and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing countryside retreat.

Such a great spot ! Lee and his wife were so amazing they let our kids play with their kids in their backyard! They were welcoming ! The Airbnb was very clean and had everything we needed and was well stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies and coffee , sugar , tea, olive like for cooking and Lee even supplied us with some milk ! I felt very at home it was such a great and lovely Stay ! The neighborhood was very safe and beautiful! Great stay for kids ! The town was a 20 minute walk and it was close to playgrounds ! I would definitely recommend this place to stay !

Emma was a great host from the start - very welcoming and gave us lots of recommendations! Place was also very well looked after and had everything we could have asked for!

We stayed at Juniper House from the 4th-7th April 2025. Talk about a break not too far from home, but makes you feel like you are in a different world. Communication was great. We had a lovely welcome and were shown around the beautiful place and the grounds. We had the use of the pool, we hiked throughout the whole of the land daily including joining up with the trail, Nature reserve and finishing at Cobbets View which was just stunning. We used the BBQ area, the tree house and boxing area was also a favourite of the kids. We were looking forward every night to the feeding of the red kite birds 🪶 session and we joined later in the evening watching the Badgers 🦡 and fox 🦊 feedings. The hospitality, knowledge and sense of humour were very impressive. We were made to feel welcome by the owners and we cannot complain about anything apart from we all wished we could have stayed longer😀

A restful stay in comfortable surroundings with easy access to the coast and river for walking or to enjoy the beach. Our hosts were welcoming and helpful. We especially enjoyed the patio which overlooked their lovely garden but was quite private for breakfast coffee or evening drinks . Great stay.

An excellent property and location. Beautifully laid out and very well equipped with everything needed for a stay. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, but not obtrusive. Very welcoming for pets, although our dog didn't spot any of the promised squirrels, badgers or deer ! Our second visit, and would definitely stay again.

Perfect for my daughter and I on a one night stay for uni pick up. Cosy, clean, comfortable, warm and in beautiful surroundings. Had a drink and some food at The Ram and bought some plants from a cute little stall along the lane. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Penny x

The Dairy is a great place to escape and relax. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and fields. We wanted a change of scene to walk, have bbq and enjoy a local pub. It was perfect. Accommodation is lovely and Beth was a great host. Can fully recommend it.

As always, The Pony House was a perfect accommodation for my wife and I. Peaceful, private, and well kept. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

lovely spot, nice and quiet, bit of a walk into Brighton centre

We love The Pavilion! Second time here , this one for an airport overnight. It’s perfect. Super close to Horley station for fast train ride into Gatwick. Comfortable, clean, private and homely 🥰
