We had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the pictures. The pool and the game room were the true highlights, making our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was well thought out, and the host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful lakeside house. The property was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay including kitchen essentials. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Hot Springs Village.

We had a great weekend celebrating my daughter’s birthday with family and a couple friends. We enjoyed the hot tub and the open living room and dining room. Was great for socializing without feeling like we were all cramped up. Nice deck and beautiful view of the lake from the main bedroom. Hot tub was small but we had a couple little ones so I actually liked that it wasn’t too deep for them. Prob just a 3 adults max. I also had 2 little fur babies and they were comfortable as well.

Wonderful place in a slow and quiet neighborhood. Amazing views and water access. The owners were on top of any questions we had. The beds were very comfortable as well. Top notch! BB

My family had a great time on the property. The hot tub, fireplace and fire pit were a hit. It was a little cold for the pool. The property was clean and the owners were very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location is fantastic, with a stunning lake view that made our mornings so peaceful. The house is spacious and well-suited for large groups, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use the pool as it rained for most of our stay, and the weather left it a bit dirty. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom also didn’t work for us, which was a bit disappointing. However, these were minor setbacks compared to the overall experience. The house itself is excellent, and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a getaway with family or friends.

This house is exactly as it was on the app. It is very easy to find, we got good instructions for entry, and Daron was very easy to contact at any time. The house is in a perfect location if you are going to the races. It’s great to watch the horses on the track in the morning getting exercise. We loved the house.

This was our third time to stay. Each time has been great. Marcia communicates quickly and easily--if anyone ever comes to a problem with their stay, I am unsure how it could ever be on the host's part. I feel if there is ever an issue at all, Marcia in on top of it. For example: last winter, we stayed here, and there was a big snowstorm coming (this was January 2024) and I asked if we could check out a day early to avoid being snowed in on the mountain top. She was very accommodating and of course we were refunded the lost day. The first time we stayed, the house was partially renovated and she was very accommodating then as well. This time, easy communication and zero issues. I love the mountain view of Hot Springs. The nighttime lights are gorgeous. I have only stayed here in the winter, January usually, but this trip was warmer, end of February, so we hiked up the mountain. Awesome. We will be staying again in August & will get to finally use the pool!! highly recommend.

The house has a very interesting set up! It was great for my bachelorette trip. We had a wonderful time and enough space for me and my girls. The kitchen table + the island made a great space for meals together and playing games! Catherine was great and very understanding. We would love to come back again!

The property was exactly how it looks in the photos! The lake is lower in the winter but still beautiful. We were able to take the kayaks out on the water with a little extra effort. The house was clean and very accommodating for our large family. The hot tub and all of the fun amenities were great. We loved staying here and would definitely come back again!

The home was lovely, and definitely spacious enough for the five of us. It was centrally located to our destinations, including stores and a few restaurants. I would recommend this home for your next getaway!

Awesome home, cozy feel, hot tub was great, the patio heater made us feel very comfortable in the cold temps. And they were full of propane!! This place helped us completely disconnect from everything.

Grant was very helpful. We had one question when we arrived. We were able to get ahold of Grant right away and he answered our question. The property was perfect. Everything was clean. Every room had its own smart TV. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. no complaints. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful home. We enjoyed our nights sitting on the dock just as much as our nights out. Chad was excellent at responding to messages and helping us settle in as well as helping us throughout the week.

We spent for days here and had a great time. Would totally recommend this house. We had three young girls and two teenagers and they had a blast. The whole family enjoyed the playroom/game room. We all used the air hockey, basketball and the ping pong table. We didn’t play foosball, but we just didn’t know how. The neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t need to talk to Joe any, but he kept us informed on everything we needed to do when it was time to check out. The directions were very clear and departing was easy. Thank you for making our holiday enjoyable.

Kristie was a joy to work with, and her lake house provided the perfect place for a long weekend exploring Hot Springs. Even though it was off season, we found plenty to do! The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. We liked that if needed there was a Dollar General and gas station nearby. Highly recommend this listing!!

Jana’s place was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway! My husband, baby, and 2 dogs also loved it. We hiked some trails to a nearby waterfall. It was beautiful and super peaceful. Highly recommend. Thanks Jana for a wonderful stay :)

This place does not disappoint! Bed is comfortable. Has everything you need. We brought all our on groceries since we didn’t want to have to drive to Hot Springs. We enjoyed cooking and the peaceful surroundings.

We had the best weekend at this listing! We got stuck there on our last day and the host was so kind to allow us to stay at the house while we waited on a locksmith. They were very understanding and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. We will definitely use them again when in town.

We enjoyed staying at the house. Close to nature. Has a nice porch which we used in the morning to look for rabbits and deer and then at night to unwind. The house was exactly as described. Once you find the road you follow it all the way up the mountain and house is at the end. I would recommend this house highly. 15 out if 10. Sheri was very helpful with the question we had. Checked on us to make sure we got our answer. Great folks and company

Such a great place, and a great stay. Super private at end of a dead end road. And super comfortable mattresses.

We enjoyed our stay! The lakehouse was clean and tidy. It was a perfect location to be enjoyed by several couples. We highly recommend!
