This has been our favorite house that we've rented - it looked even better than the pictures (if that's possible), it was very clean, and so comfortable! It exceeded our expectations. The media room was a perfect place to watch March Madness as a family. Tanya thought of everything that a guest might want and made sure it was available. The kitchen was so well stocked! We had the best family time in this house; there are so many comfortable spaces for family to hang out and make memories together. Tanya was also so proactive and responsive. She provided an app with lots of information ahead of the visit so that we knew what to expect, she checked infrequently to make sure everything was perfect and answered any questions throughout. She was so kind and such a wonderful host! This house had everything that we could have dreamed - if you're on the fence, you need to book this house! We would love to stay here again when we come back to visit. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

We loved the house and property. The inside was spacious and very clean. The movie room was great for the evenings. The backyard was a perfect outdoor hang out place right on the water.

Great home for a family gathering. Several living/activity spaces on two floors. Gorgeous views of Lake Hamilton and landscaped grounds from most rooms. Home is well appointed and uncluttered. Kitchen works well for real cooking. It is on a quiet residential street that is amazingly convenient to shopping. It is only a short drive to the beautiful Garvan Woodland Gardens and the Historic Hot Springs area. We hope to return to this destination.

Awesome home, cozy feel, hot tub was great, the patio heater made us feel very comfortable in the cold temps. And they were full of propane!! This place helped us completely disconnect from everything.

We LOVED our stay here. The fantastic kitchen allowed us to cook throughout our stay, the three kayaks were fantastic for enjoying the water, the hot tub was so relaxing, and there were so many nice places to relax on the three decks and multiple family rooms. We wanted everyone in our family to have plenty of space, so the large, comfortable bedrooms and all the bathrooms were great. The location was very quiet and the sunrises were beautiful. It was a very short drive to both Hot Springs National Park and the Garven Gardens, both which Michael and others recommended to us. And Lakeside Course wasn’t too far for the family golfers. Thanks, Michael!

If you are looking for a place to rest and forget about work, this is it!!!! Quiet, calm, and relaxing!

We found Hamilton Lodge to be everything advertised and more! The pictures don’t quite do it justice!!! Our kids loved the hot tub, and the breathtaking views from the open, updated living space lined with large windows lent incredible views without stepping foot outside. The outdoor living and seating areas were incredible! We visited the Garvan Woodland Gardens and Chapel which is a 5 minute drive (nearly next door!) and rented a boat @ Hot Springs Marina and toured Lake Hamilton!!! This location gave us everything -the perfectly designed and laid out living space allowed us to cook, eat, and visit with incredible views. The 4 large bedrooms (king beds with attached private full bathrooms) were luxurious. And the kids utilized the 5th bedroom with bunks. The owner, David, was available with local recommendations and guidance. We loved our stay, and we will definitely be returning!

The place was great. It felt secluded with privacy, when we were grilling food and relaxing in the hot tub on the back deck. We also took advantage of the fire pit and the kids were able to make s’mores. As for the inside, it was much larger than what we needed, but we obviously were very comfortable with so much space. The house was very clean and I can’t find a complaint. I’m sure that we’ll be back again!

Michael was an excellent host! Very responsive and accommodating! 1000/10 recommend! Property was as pictured and the view was everything! I can’t say enough about the wonderful and friendly service and the beautiful property!

My family and I truly enjoyed our extended weekend at this beautiful home. It’s spacious, has all the amenities you need, and has an awesome backyard on the lake. Would return and recommend to anyone.

Brenda was so easy to deal with. The place was very comfortable made us all feel at home. She was very friendly and answered all our questions quickly. We will definitely look her up when we are ready to go back to Hot Springs. I can’t praise this experience enough. Five stars all the way.

From the beginning, Taylor was responsive and made us feel welcome. The home is conveniently located just outside of the city, on a semi-private cove, where it’s far enough from town to be very peaceful, but close enough we were able to quickly go to and from all of the attractions. Last minutes needs were not a problem as it was only 5 minutes from a Dollar General and 15 minutes to a Super Walmart. The home was spacious, offered all the amenities needed, was tidy, and we enjoyed sitting on the back porch looking over the water . We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend it.

A great place by the lake for a small family reunion. The community is super family-friendly with a golf course, swimming pool and playground. The house has tons of space, and I really loved the views from the porches and bedrooms. The beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed to cook for ourselves. Super sweet touches like the s’mores kit, and not having to worry about bringing your own firewood. Lake access is a little tricky from the property, but the marina is a short drive away. Be sure to buy your food on the way in, the house is definitely a respite from the house on bustle.

Michael’s place is outstanding! So clean and cute! Plenty of room for couples to split! Definitely will stay again!

Spent a Girl's weekend Here! Had plenty of space, clean, and private! Bed are all comfy, house was very clean, and had plenty of space to spread out! love the patio area, in the morning its so quiet except the birds chirping! This. house is close enough to town, but far enough to get away from all the hustle and bustle! Can't wait to spend more weekends HERE!

The house was so beautiful and so spacious - way more spacious than the pictures even made it appear! We had 16 people in our group (including young kids) and everyone so enjoyed being at the house together for a short weekend that we didn’t even venture out to hot springs! The hot tub was a highlight, the game room was a popular spot, so much seating everywhere (even out on the patio around the pool - it wasn’t hot enough to swim but we loved lounging outside in the beautiful 75 degree weather!). Highly recommend this house!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was so accommodating and absolutely perfect for our family spring break trip! Everything was just as described and the setting of the house was absolutely gorgeous and so, so peaceful! If traveling to Hot Springs again in the future, we will definitely re-book here because it really was absolutely perfect for our family!!

It was a wonderful stay! We met up with another family here and it was a great space for all of us! Of course, kids loved the pool and hot tub!

We had an amazing girls trip and the house was wonderful. Our only down side, the fan in the bedroom with the bunk beds was not working. These 40 something woman love a good fan! Otherwise the house was exactly what we needed.

We spent for days here and had a great time. Would totally recommend this house. We had three young girls and two teenagers and they had a blast. The whole family enjoyed the playroom/game room. We all used the air hockey, basketball and the ping pong table. We didn’t play foosball, but we just didn’t know how. The neighborhood was very quiet. We didn’t need to talk to Joe any, but he kept us informed on everything we needed to do when it was time to check out. The directions were very clear and departing was easy. Thank you for making our holiday enjoyable.

We had an awesome family vacation. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpfu! Definitely on our list next time in Hot Springs!

We had a fantastic stay! We had a softball team and families staying, so around 30-ish people, between Leslie’s two properties - the main house and cabin. The home is gorgeous and even more spacious than expected - both inside and outside, with thoughtful touches that made our visit comfortable and relaxing. The modern kitchen appliances and laundry machines made everything easy. The couch and beds were super comfortable, and the whole place was stocked with everything we needed—dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/body wash, paper towels, trash bags, even coffee for the drip coffee maker and more. The location is perfect - close to town yet surrounded by scenic, secluded county views. Thank you for a wonderful stay; we hope to return soon!
