A dog friendly Airbnb with fenced yard is always a great find! The yard is small but adequate. The house is located close to national park trail heads and we took advantage of that. Everywhere in Hot Springs is no more than 10-15 minutes away. The home has a great layout - especially for families. With only one bathroom, it might be less comfortable for friend groups. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked at least one meal each day of our stay. The biggest downside is the busy road. It makes backing out of the narrow driveway an experience. The neighborhood definitely has a transitional feel but after a few days in Hot Springs, I think that’s just the way the town is in general. A little rough around the edges, but a gem nonetheless.

The house was clean and well kept, inside and out. The owners seemed to think of everything we might need. We had a great stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The home was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing outdoor space. Our kids loved playing sports outside, and to our surprise, the sloped driveway made for some great soccer matches! The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated having a charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. While we weren’t able to use the fire pit due to a county burn ban from high winds, we recommend checking local alerts before arrival to set expectations. The nature trails within The Village were absolutely scenic and beautiful. There’s also a basketball court—so don’t forget to bring your own basketball! The mini-golf course was a fun addition, though it closes early in the afternoon unless you bring your own putter and golf balls. Overall, we highly recommend this home! Mark was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. We’d love to stay here again!

Everything was perfect, my husband and I travel a lot and have stayed at many air B&B’s. This one was beyond my expectations. Anyone who has stayed in an air B&B knows what I mean when I say “it’s not like home”. I truly didn’t feel that way here. Everything was so thought out. I had everything I wanted or needed. I was very impressed. The owner, Thomas was amazing and very responsive if I had a question. Thank you for trusting us with your property. It was perfection🥰

We enjoyed our stay at Market Place! The house was bigger than it looks, & the open common area was perfect for our group to hang out & play games & visit. Everything was very clean & organized. We loved how it was all labeled for easy accessibility. It is close to downtown, we were able to walk to dinner. We would absolutely recommend this place! Thanks for your hospitality!

This place was so peaceful and still within an easy drive to Hot Springs, downtown. I wish we could have used the hot tub but it was simply too cold outside. It was only me and my husband but it was a great space for a large party!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Exchange: our loft was beautifully decorated, the bed was perfect, there’s parking right next door and it’s only one block away from Bathhouse Row. I can totally recommend the Exchange!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside home. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Barbara and Mary were fantastic hosts, making sure we had a comfortable experience from start to finish. The quiet surroundings by the lake were perfect for unwinding, and we enjoyed every moment of our time here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat!

Stayed for an extended weekend retreat and it was perfect. We enjoyed kayaking the lake, sitting in the perfectly placed hot tub, and looking out the windows onto the lake. Their sweet dog greeted us each day and we felt private in the space. Dennis provided tons of info and was very responsive. It was affordable and a quality experience. We would definitely book with them again.

Scott's apartment was a phenomenal stay! The view was incredible and when we showed up it was very clean and orderly. We had a wonderful time staying in the area and everything we wanted to do in the area was within driving distance. Scott was very welcoming and happy to help us find things to do/places to eat. It was a peaceful and quiet stay in the area with a lot of activities surrounding. Absolutely would stay here again!

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

Prachtig nieuw ingericht appartement. Vriendelijke eigenaren, die je goede tips kunnen geven. Het ligt ongeveer 20 min rijden van Bathrow. Spa van Quapaw moet je ver van te voren boeken. Je kunt ook proberen bij de Spa van het Arlington hotel. Heerlijk bad en massages en je waant je in the roaring twenties.

The place was so nice and clean! It also had a lot of extra things like beach towels, floats. Coffee and more! The host was so nice at telling us all the fun things to do close!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bunk bed was a huge hit with the kids, and the variety of kid-friendly games kept them entertained for hours. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view—whether we were sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was simply stunning. The location is perfect, offering both peace and quiet while still being close to great activities and attractions. To top it all off, the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can’t recommend this cabin enough and can’t wait to return!

This place was great. It was very clean and spacious, and quiet. We took a recommendation from the complimentary restaurant notebook, and we ended up eating there twice, that was definitely a nice touch to the condo. We plan on coming back for my birthday in September and this is where we will be booking if it is available in September.

Great place to stay in Hot Springs. The view of the Lake was so peaceful every morning with my cup of coffee. There was enough room for my whole family of 5. Amanda was a great host. We will stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was beautiful, clean and a great location. The only downfall was the coffee maker did not work but there was a coffee shop close so it was perfect! Thank you!

This was a great placed to stay for the quick trip! Everything was super clean and smelled fresh. The shower is a little short and the beds aren't the most comfortable, but it was definitely worth the money for the weekend. I would definitely come back for the view and fishing.
