Beautiful, fantastic and large home with heated indoor pool. Sue (host) responded immediately when I contacted her for help using the karaoke machine. Fully stocked kitchen - we made spaghetti one night. Highly recommend. We were impressed. Very comfortable and felt safe.

Serenity on the Lake was perfect for us. The location could not have been more convenient for our party of four. The house is spacious, very clean and the kitchen is very well appointed. The patio and dock were where we spent most of our time when we were at the house. Morning coffee on the backyard swing is relaxing and it’s very peaceful watching the ducks in the lake and listening to the birds. I can’t recommend Lance’s place enough. And multiple hiking trails are a short drive away.

This house was perfect for a visit to Hot Springs National Park - just about 25 minutes away. We absolutely loved the gated community - very scenic with numerous golf courses, hiking trails, and good restaurants. The view of the lake with a hot tub and the very comfy bed put our stay over the top. Thanks for a wonderful first Arkansas experience!

Great places to relax and only a short drive to all the attractions. Hosts were easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

We had a great stay here! The location is amazing - within 10 minutes of pretty much everything we wanted to do. The house easily accommodated my group of 6 and was just like the photos in the listing. Daron was very helpful with providing check in/out instructions and giving local restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cloud Nine! We went for a bachelorette trip and had such a relaxing time. Instructions were very clear and lots of amenities were provided. The roads leading up the mountain to the house were steep and curvy, so just beware of that when determining the vehicle you drive and how heavy your load is when packing it up. I read this in previous reviews and the description when I originally booked our stay, but it slipped my mind and our minivan did not have the best experience so we refrained from driving it during our stay if possible. We were a little shocked at how windy it was, but it honestly made for the perfect cooler temperatures! It is an older home, but the bathrooms were updated and i felt like it was very cozy overall. I would love to bring my family back to visit and experience the beautiful views at this home on Mt. Riante! It was definitely one of my favorite stays to date.

The property was very quiet and peaceful. The house had a strange design but tons of room for my family. I would recommend this house for a multi-generational family or one with adult children due to the multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, and kitchen spaces. Proximity to the water was great. Beautiful views and several spaces to enjoy outside too.

The home is beautiful and spacious. It was the perfect set up for our group with kids staying. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The house was so beautiful and so spacious - way more spacious than the pictures even made it appear! We had 16 people in our group (including young kids) and everyone so enjoyed being at the house together for a short weekend that we didn’t even venture out to hot springs! The hot tub was a highlight, the game room was a popular spot, so much seating everywhere (even out on the patio around the pool - it wasn’t hot enough to swim but we loved lounging outside in the beautiful 75 degree weather!). Highly recommend this house!

OUR SECOND STAY AT DONNA’S PROPERTY ON OUR ANNUAL OAKLAWN TRIP. GREAT LOCATION TO THE RACES, EASY ACCESS TO FOOD AND SHOPPING. HOUSE IS MASSIVE WITH NICE DECK AND GRILL. WOULD MOST DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN.

Awesome home, cozy feel, hot tub was great, the patio heater made us feel very comfortable in the cold temps. And they were full of propane!! This place helped us completely disconnect from everything.

Grant was very helpful. We had one question when we arrived. We were able to get ahold of Grant right away and he answered our question. The property was perfect. Everything was clean. Every room had its own smart TV. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could ever need. no complaints. I would definitely recommend.

Beautiful lake house. Quiet and peaceful. Loved the screened porch and funishings. We were in town to visit Hot Springs NP so a short drive to the park and downtown area. Chad was a great host and easy to work with for an earlier check in due to traveling with littles! Great place for a couples getaway with friends or a family retreat.

We had a fantastic stay! We had a softball team and families staying, so around 30-ish people, between Leslie’s two properties - the main house and cabin. The home is gorgeous and even more spacious than expected - both inside and outside, with thoughtful touches that made our visit comfortable and relaxing. The modern kitchen appliances and laundry machines made everything easy. The couch and beds were super comfortable, and the whole place was stocked with everything we needed—dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/body wash, paper towels, trash bags, even coffee for the drip coffee maker and more. The location is perfect - close to town yet surrounded by scenic, secluded county views. Thank you for a wonderful stay; we hope to return soon!

This house was such a hidden gem! It truly was beautiful, we hated leaving! It smelled so clean as soon as we opened the door. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and dishes we needed, and the smores were so thoughtful, the kids literally screamed when they saw it. We went into town and met some local artist, then the gangster museum really shows you just how special the town of hot springs is,the next day we spent all day hiking and the area with the waterfall was like a handmade playground by God himself, it was the best trip we’ve ever been on! My favorite part though was this air bnb, I loved the bird houses, my grandmother handmade all hers, and these really reminded me of her and the hard work and beauty that goes into them.

Jana is an amazing host. While our trip didn’t turn out as planned due to terrible weather Jana stayed in communication with us making sure we had everything we needed while we sheltered in place. The house was very nice. Upon arrival there were treats left out for us and even treats for our dogs! When we visit Hot Springs again this will definitely be our first choice.

Communication before check-in and during our stay was outstanding. Janet was helpful and friendly. The home is easy to find with ample parking for lots of vehicles. The home's layout is perfect for larger groups and even for a couple who simply wants space which is who we are. The home is not on the water but it does provide access and the home is located within a short drive of Hot Springs events, attractions and restaurants. I definitely recommend staying here.

This place does not disappoint! Bed is comfortable. Has everything you need. We brought all our on groceries since we didn’t want to have to drive to Hot Springs. We enjoyed cooking and the peaceful surroundings.

Havana Nights was a perfect get-away for my family of 8. The torrential rains cancelled our Saturday plans for the races, so we played a lot of board games and dominos. Although being inside for longer than we expected, we never felt on top of each other, yet having everybody under one roof made it feel like home. The kitchen was spacious, furniture was super comfortable, and the entertainment of the shuffleboard/arcade games were a fun addition. We were within minutes of so many restaurants, unique to Hot Springs. The host, Michael, was very responsive to my questions and directions were easy to accommodate. If we ever make our way back to Hot Springs, Havana Nights will be where we stay! ~Michelle

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Although we had a slight hiccup upon arrival, our host quickly remedied the situation, and got us back on track. Communication was clear and sufficient. The home was spacious and accommodating for our group. The Coffee Bar was well stocked, and the basket of snacks was appreciated. Our beds and pillows were comfortable, and every bedroom had blinds/curtains to help block light for afternoon naps. Our kids liked roasting s'mores in the backyard fire pit, trying to catch fish from the boat dock, and kayaking on the lake with the provided kayaks. (Tip: kayaks are located in the backyard shed and the code to get inside the shed is inside the binder!) Now, unfortunately, we didn't catch a single fish while we were there, but maybe you'll have better luck than we did. (Additional tip: bring small child/toddler size life jackets if you need them. While there are plenty of adult life jackets, they weren't any for our small ones; we brought ours from home.)

Our stay was incredible! Just as described and all her recommendations were great! Home Plate breakfast a must. El Jimador had wonderful margaritas and an awesome view from the patio!
