Perfect location for UNCA and downtown. Phil’s was quiet and spacious- perfect for a couple or group of friends. There’s a Murphy bed in the living room that was so comfy and even has a privacy curtain. We appreciated how new and clean everything was, the ceiling fans, and loved having a laundry room. Phil has thought of the extras like lots of towels, fresh flowers and a couple of cold beverages in the fridge. Nice gravel lot in the back for easy parking. We stayed for a weekend and didn’t hear a peep from any neighbors the entire time. Slept like babies! Looking forward to coming back.

The day we checked in was the night just before Helene hit Asheville. We lost power on the second day, but luckily Lynn and Bill have a generator that secured our usage of power throughout the next a few days. On the third day, we lost the network. But the magical Lynn and Bill had a starlink that kept us connected to the outside world! The network not only kept us informed about the latest news, but also enabled us to send out important messages to the parents for some Asheville School students, so their parents could arrange picking up their children the moment they received the message. We literally became the information distribution center between the students and their parents. Can't thank Lynn and Bill enough for their support during such difficult time. Forgot to tell you that Lynn and Bill have got a beatuiful house and view, nice settings of everything inside. The days we stayed with Lynn and Bill are unforgettable.

The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to downtown, which made getting to the Billy Strings show every night a breeze. The space itself was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel at home. We’ll 100% be back next time we’re in town.

Excellent location! We were here for a week for a work training and were only minutes away from west Asheville and downtown Asheville (also very close to the blue ridge parkway entrance). The airbnb is clean, quiet and safe. Very peaceful in the evenings. We were very comfortable here and had a great stay.

Beautiful downstairs apartment with private entrance. Felt very private from the main house. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Large space and spotlessly clean! Lots of thought went into everything you might need. Snacks and drinks in kitchen and bath amenities. Bed was comfortable and linens and pillows top notch. Easy walking distance to beautiful Main Street with great food and shopping.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb! From the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful little details throughout the stay, everything was just perfect. The kitchen had all the essentials for preparing meals, and the bathroom was stocked with high-quality toiletries. The host went above and beyond—very communicative, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions I had. They made sure I felt comfortable and at home, which truly enhanced the experience. The location was ideal—quiet, yet conveniently close to everything I wanted to explore. I loved coming back to the cozy and peaceful ambiance after a day out. The bed was so comfortable, and the space had such a warm, inviting vibe that made it hard to leave! I booked this home for an last minute girls getaway and it was perfect. The home was very clean, nicely decorated, and close to downtown Asheville. We even found a cute wine bar right down the road. The host was super helpful, communicative, and very responsive. The beds are comfortable, dishes and refrigerator were clean, in general the home had a very nice layout. I would definitely recommend this home!

Place was great and met all of our needs for our stay! The yard was great for our pets as well! Location is ideal, convenient to a lot of different areas of Asheville.

Had a great stay! The house was exactly as listed and we were very happy with it. The home was listed as dog friendly and we brought our pups, there were dog treats and extra bowls which we’ve never experienced before! The space was more than big enough for all of us and we enjoyed all of it! Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and had a great time on our family trip! The home was very homey and comfortable to us. We would definitely stay again if we were planning to take another trip to this area 😊

My friends and I had an amazing stay here. We absolutely loved the interior design and the view from outside. Smokies Time’s was very clear on instructions and made our stay stress free.

Great place for a girl's vacation. Mark's place had everything we needed and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and had a great vibe. Bedrooms were a bit small for all our luggage, but we managed. We really appreciated the efficiency of the elevators!! It was less than a mile to walk to downtown. You should definitely walk Coxe Avenue as there is so much to do on that street. The neighborhood looked like it was up-and-coming so a bit rough in some nearby areas, but we always felt safe. Would book this home again.

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. From the beginning of the trip to the end it was perfect. Communication with Trace (the host) could not of been easier and the amount of information about the house and the area that was provided was very useful. Check in, to include getting there and parking was easy. The house itself was sparkling clean and had every amenity anyone would need. This is the perfect location for couple friends having a vacation together or families just wanting to get away. Getting to downtown was also easy. I would recommend going back and forth between ride share services to get the timing and type of vehicle you need. Check out was easy as well. Overall this was just a great experience. To quote one of my guests “this place could not be better for us. It’s awesome”.

Lindsay’s place was exactly as described and perfect for us. Unfortunately, we were only in the area overnight and wasn’t able to enjoy the Lake Lure area more than we did. Lindsay’s place was extremely clean, cozy and peaceful. We will definitely reach out to Lindsay to stay in her home when we are in the area again!

Pac Man Condo is in a great location, so much is walkable. The condo was exceptionally clean, I appreciated the coffee, filters, and creamer in fridge. It's the perfect spot for a couple to spend the weekend in Asheville.

Diana was helpful and provided great directions to teach the condo as well as how to get inside. There were some great upgrades to the place. As others mentioned the drive up can be steep at certain points, and if there’s no day light it can be pretty dark so be aware of that. Views and fresh air were beautiful during the day though.

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely incredible – everything I needed was just a short walk away. The condo itself was spotless and well-maintained, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. With so much to do within walking distance, I never ran out of activities. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

This is a nice space in Asheville, walkable to many areas of downtown. This spot, being above a busy bar, is probably better served for night owls than folks who go to bed early. Bar closes at 10 or 11, so nothing too late.

Loved this spot! Close to everything. We had a great time going out and staying in. The living room had plenty of space. Good kitchen. The k-cups and mini creamers were great for the next morning before we had a chance to hit the grocery. Clear instructions for check in/out and recommendations were much appreciated!
