Nice, clean, great for its closeness to ocean and downtown Cancun. We became expert city bus riders! Only 60 cents to ride the bus downtown. Ocean water was the perfect temperature even though we were here in January. My only complaint would be someone upstairs had a little kid who rose up early in the mornings

We loved our stay at Icaco! The room and property are beautiful, especially the rooftop pool area, and the balcony. The daily breakfast is perfect - fresh juice, coffee, yogurt, granola, bread, spreads and a gorgeous assortment of fresh fruit. They even accommodated my request for gluten-free. Such a lovely property, and fantastic team. You are right across the street from the beach. Note that the street is busy and thus loud, but if you prepare and bring some earplugs, it's no problem. The road quiets down by 10pm on weeknights. Highly recommend!

Thanks Kenny for all your helpful advice while booking. We ended up renting a vehicle which made our stay much better. While we had no reason to leave the resort, having a vehicle allowed us to try different food/restaurants, shop around and sight see without having to schedule or wait for taxis.

This is our third time coming to the island. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We liked that the location was close enough to restaurants, beach and other conveniences. Mornings were wonderful for daily walks along malecon. The plunge pool was so nice to cool off in. We would definitely stay again. Tom and Dawn are very kind and personable. They are quick to respond to questions.

This place is insane! People who appreciate nature, meaning, and reconnection will feel at home. Staff is very kind and authentic, they will do whatever it takes to make the best out of your stay. Everything comes from their heart. They built this place from nothing and are very proud of it. The place is so peaceful, an oasis in the middle of the jungle. Very different experiences offered such as Temazcal and a unique Cenote. All the details are comparable to any ultra luxury hotel. It is a place to call home and feel well treated, my heart stays here!

Nous avons passé un super séjour ! L’endroit est extrêmement reposant pour se reconnecter et est juste époustouflant ! Nous tenions à remercier l’ensemble du staff ainsi que Jeannine pour les explicatifs, la disponibilité, la gentillesse et les attentions envers nous et nos filles . Le logement va au-delà de nos attentes , le lit est juste incroyable ! La nourriture est très bonne Merci encore pour ce merveilleux séjour

un lugar muy céntrico ordenado y limpio el señor Rodrigo muy amable y con buena comunicación rente ese lugar ya que fui a un evento en el estadio de béisbol y no pude elegir mejor citio ya que está a pocos minutos caminando de ahí definitivamente en alguna otra ocasión se regresará

La estadía estuvo bien sin problemas. El desayuno fue agradable. La atención del personal fue buena.

Recomendado 1000% es un lugar inmenso en la selva, perfecto para descansar, relajarte y desconectarte de todo. Los anfitriones Yannin Ventura, Mitchell y Martha ¡son fantásticos!. Nos recibieron con un bello ritual de bienvenida a la selva que te relaja desde el minuto 1, Yannin super sonriente, amable nos mostró el lugar, nos dio todos los consejos necesarios y estuvo 100% al pendiente de todo lo que necesitamos, fue super amable de darnos una hab mejor a la que reservamos por temas de seguridad. La hab PRECIOSA con todas las amenidades necesarias, la cama comodisima, a/c, tv, bocina Alexa, mini pool, y 100% de privacidad, ¡lo que para nosotros fue padrisimo!. La cena y el desayuno ¡DELICIOSOS! la vdd es que nos soprendio mucho y nos encantó, la presentacion bella y el sazón ufff! riquisiiimo todo. El cenote esta precioso y tuvimos la suerte de tenerlo para nosotros solitos, Mitchel el bartender super amable y atento.Salimos super felices y descansados!

Casa Barco was the perfect spot for our first trip to Isla. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal and a perfect location to walk to playa Norte and all the restaurants and shops on the north side of the island. The room was spacious and clean and the hosts were so accommodating. We also ate at the restaurant downstairs and the food was amazing. It was a great spot for a great price and we will definitely be staying again!

It was great, the people who run it are very nice and helpful. The AC was very cold and the room was clean. Not super luxury but you’re not paying super luxury prices so, fair and good.

Todo perfecto, tal cual lo indica el anuncio. Personal atento, servicial y amable. Violeta tiene un gran don de gentes, fue muy especial su atención. Desayuno delicioso y la opción de café y te 24/7 me dejo muy feliz, espléndido. Me agrada que en el sitio de descanso no se ingresan zapatos. De seguro volveré, gracias.
