Hotel Zone : locations de vacances en appartement

We liked staying at this condo because... 1. of the location. We went to several beaches in Cancun and this was the prettiest with its turquoise, clear water and soft sand. It was also right across the street from a supermarket and lots of restaurants. 2. you can wake up every morning to a beautiful sunrise from your bed or balcony. 3. it had everything we needed to make our stay more comfortable like a water dispenser that dispensed cold water and a drying rack that dried our towels and bathing suits like my dryer at home. Villas Mariln is like me. Built awhile a go and is showing it's age but everything is still operational and functional. If you want perfection like Club Med, then this isn't for you. Feel free to pay way more to experience the same beautiful parts of Cancun. Yet, if you want an affordable way to stay in one of the most beautiful places than this condo is just perfect.

Nice, modern condo in a safe area with security. Susan was a great host, communicated efficiently :) AC in all areas of the condo was a plus, especially out in Cancun.

Condo Mar at Casa Bonita was exactly what we needed/wanted for our Mexico vacation. The condo was comfortable, spacious and had wonderful views. We found the beds to be very comfortable (firm) and the air conditioning worked great. The staff at the complex were amazing and always available if we needed something. They provided drinking water and toilet paper the entire week, which we’d never experienced in any other Isla rental. It was charming and lovely all around.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mariela’s place. Her and Lucy were so kind and helpful. We will definitely come back if we have the opportunity to do so!

I would stay again. The Sovento’s grounds are beautiful and immaculately kept by the gardener. The property sits close to a few of our favorite spots including The Joint, Samura, and Kin Ha. However, it is about a 20 minute golf cart ride to Playa Norte. The king size bed was very comfortable. I wouldn’t recommend anyone trying to sleep on the living room futon as we were uncomfortable even sitting on it. But most of time was spent on the patio enjoying the view. The kitchen has the basics of what you need as well as additional items like sweeteners, tea, and coffee. The pool area is wonderful to relax and everyone was very friendly.

Marcela's place was managed by Maria Elena, can't say enough good things about her -- she was kind, extremely attentive, and went out of her way to ensure a comfortable stay. This location was safe, super private, gated master community in addition to gated subdivision on a dead-end and low-traffic road. Friendly people here and neighbor kids play out front. Place was clean and very much as described. Walking distance to a well-known sanctuary and to one of the towns newest and cleanest Chedraui supermarkets. The only things I can say that were not my favorite were that this is a smoking friendly listing of which I did not notice when I booked. The smell was pretty intense and it's my own fault for not confirming we did our best to manage. Also, this is an apartment/condo set up with neighbors above that were occasionally noisy with a smaller child and tippy-tappy-toes of a small dog. I can't blame anyone for this as it can't be helped but I felt it worth sharing for other visitors.

15 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the popular part of the hotel zone via bus (bus stop right out side of the ÓLEO Resort), option to purchase $95 per person per day all inclusive at the resort as you wish, two restaurants across the street + a gas station but otherwise you will need to take a bus/taxi 15 minutes down the road. Host was a great communicator and Airbnb was clean/exactly as the pictures showed. The balcony was amazing. Great for two people.

I absolutely loved this Airbnb! Super comfortable felt right at home. Loved being on the fourth floor . Washer was a plus. Bed was comfortable . Everything was great

This was our family’s third time staying here. We feel very comfortable and safe. We love the pools. We used the gym and the paddle courts often. There are many good taco and local food places nearby, as well as groceries. Claudia is very quick to answer any questions we have and she is also very quick to deal with any issues. She is very helpful. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to return.

The place is well located! Everything is walkable, there is a grocery store nearby, pharmacy and everything you need. You can cook easily, do some laundry and enjoy the sun by the pool. The beach and the hotel zone are like 20 minutes away by car. For all the men out there; there is a wonderful barbershop in the little shopping center called El Taller! Just give it a try!! If you like street food, you will be pleased at night! The best Al Pastor is at Taqueria El Paisa! Thank you for having our family!

El alojamiento de Mauricio nos encantó, era un apartamento grande, amplio, muy bonito, organizado y con todas las comodidades, tienes un oxxo muy cerca donde puedes comprar cosas y llegas caminando fácil al parque de las palapas donde se puede encontrar gastronomía y cultura. El ascensor estaba malo, por lo que tocaba subir los 4 pisos por las escaleras, estaba en una zona tranquila, no escuchas demasiado ruido. En general nos fue excelente, sin duda volvería a estar en este lugar. Muchas gracias a Alejandro por estar pendiente y por todas las indicaciones.

This place was across La Isla shopping. The beach was beautiful the air bnb was clean. Every time I needed something she was fast at getting back to me. Wish there was a laundry mat near by to wash. I would definitely rent this place out again!

L'appartement était fidèle à la description en terme d'intérieur et de localisation. Entrée et sortie faciles. Eric était très réactif, nous avons eu une très bonne interaction avec lui. Nous recommandons.

Nos gustó mucho el hospedaje porque las habitaciones están muy amplias, las camas grandes y buenos colchones. Todo el hospedaje estaba ordenado y limpio. No parece que se comparte con alguien más. Luigi es muy amable y contestó siempre nuestros mensajes. Me gustaría volver a hospedarme aquí con mi familia. Esta perfecto también para personas con movilidad reducida o que no pueden subir escaleras. Recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse aquí.

Great in town location, walkable to restaurants and beach. Rooftop pool is refreshing and clean. One of the places with an elevator. Spotless building, well managed. Like most places in the area, minimal linens, but the pillows are great and pool towels are a great addition. Minimal kitchen utensils and dishes, but the restaurants in the area are worth not having to cook. Good water pressure in the shower. Excellent first aid kit. Very spacious. My second stay in this building. I chose this location as a frequent visitor to the area. Biggest pros are location to everything, golf cart parking in a nearby public lot, rooftop pool, 24 hr desk person, full sized kitchen and spacious rooms.

My favorite place for both short-term and long-term stays. The host is amazing, and I always felt like I was at home. It offers easy access to everything Cancun has to offer, is safe and secure, and is definitely my top choice for my next visit to Cancun.

Had an enjoyable stay at Regina’s apartment. Teenagers loved the pool, very refreshing after a full day of shopping…large las Americas mall is 7mins walk from the apartment, very handy for the wife & daughters. There’s also a Starbucks and seven11 within walking distance (10mins). Also caught a taxi to the Isla Mujeres ferry terminal, which was $mxn250 one way from the apartment, well worth a visit especially Playa Norte beach…wow. The apartment was very clean and tidy, no real issues. Regina was easy to contact. Would recommend staying here, especially for families as it’s very safe and quiet. Security were very helpful especially with organising taxis🙂.

Adrian and Yus were such great hosts. Adrian is the primary contact and he responded to me quickly day or night, even after 10 PM many times. When ordering food delivery the security gate requires notice, otherwise the delivery driver cannot enter. So just be aware you'll have to alert Adrian prior to making food deliveries. I always tried to let him know a half hour to an hour ahead of time. The space was small but sweet, I loved the balcony and used it daily to watch the sunset. The neighborhood is very quiet, road noise, just the chatter of pups in the area. The 4th floor has the best view but of course the most stairs. I brought up 6 suitcases and a backpack, and lots of water, it was a chore at first but after a few days I was very used to it. I stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Water pressure in the shower is totally fine, takes a minute or two to get really warm but it never bothered me. The sink and laundry water was slower, but no big deal. I would recommend this Airbnb :)
