Great location in Clifton Village. Lovely house, all clean and well maintatined. Comfortable beds. We did not really use the basment TV room and outside courtyard as was cold February weather. Very prompt and helpful communcations from the hosts. We appreciated the flexibility in check in/out times. PS. We also had the Uber address issue someone else reported. So maybe easist to ask go to the Avon Gorge Hotel at the correct end of the road.

Thank you Iain & Anne for hosting me at your beautiful historic Georgian home! The location is beautiful, close to the Clifton area. The bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom immaculate. I appreciated the towel rack (was always warm) and the underfloor heating in the bathroom. There is a bus stop very close to the house that goes straight into the city often. I would definitely recommend to friends!

The pictures don't do this place justice, every detail had been thought out - the decor was so stylish. It's beautiful! Check in was easy, communication was good. Extra thoughtful touches, like 4 beds had been set up, milk in the fridge etc, things like this really made the stay extra special. The beds were super comfy! Perfect location. Great place and host, will definitely be returning.

Friendly welcome, accommodating with our wish to park earlier than check in. Lots of extra touches with breakfast options, juice, various options of milk. Peaceful location, with quick and easy to work to Bath centre, close to lookout which was beautiful at sunset

Sophie is the perfect host. She is incredibly helpful and responsive, and provided us plenty of information about local bus routes. We really loved our stay in their beautiful home, which is surprisingly quiet - a peaceful nook away from the bustling locale. Tastefully decorated, open and airy yet also cosy and comfortable. Clean, tidy and clutter free. The sofa bed provided is firm yet comfortable - we slept well every night! The provided clothes rail was a great addition, giving us a place to hang clothes. We were also provided a shelf in the bathroom, a kitchen cupboard, a drawer in the freezer and space in the fridge. So incredibly accommodating to say this is their home! I don't even know where to start with Kedi the cat. She is the friendliest and most polite cat that I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with. She is the perfect mix of independent and companionable. We shall miss her company so much! We would happily return. The perfect home away from home.

Scott’s house was quirky and comfortable. It is a lived in family home with kids stiff and Scott’s music paraphernalia everywhere. He clearly has great taste in music! It was in a lovely neighbourhood and an easy bus ride into town.

I spent a week at their place with my family as my house was being refurbished. We absolutely loved staying in this house. So spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Communication with James and Shelley was excellent and the lodger was very nice. We felt very welcome. Their garden is fabulous with lots of nice surprises. My daughter was also delighted. I would definitely recommend.

Really spacious 2 bedroom place, great for our family of 5, stylishly decorated to a standard you dong usually see in holiday rentals. Great location too, near parks and the river, short walk to the town centre and easy drive to all the beautiful countryside around Bath. Wonderful holiday, highly recommended!

Amazing house with a very welcoming atmosphere, thoughtfully furnished, with plenty of space for the ten of us - age range from 4 to 75. We appreciated the welcome pack on arrival and loved the personal touches in the art on the walls. The location is good for coastal walks or visits to Bristol (convenient for park&ride), or just chilling out beside the marina. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to experience all the enticing eating/drinking places locally but The Siren had a good choice of ales. Only issue was finding a parking space on the road close by, but it was a bank-holiday weekend. Many thanks to Brendan and Emilie for setting the scene for a lovely weekend.

Absolutely superb. Lavinia is a wonderful host. The house is lovely, brilliantly equipped, great location and Lavinia’s suggestions about what to do, where to eat are spot on. Also, the little touches in the house make you feel very much at home. A huge thank you. ❤️

We really enjoyed the apartments. The area is perfect, right in the center, everything walkable and close by. There is so much to do. The apartment is very nice and spacious. There is a parking lot literally 5 minutes away, I was able to pay for 7 days of parking right away and not have to worry about parking again. We would gladly return.

A great place in Bristol! Clifton, no doubt is the place to be in Bristol. But Robert's place made it the best. The location is very close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.. All within walking distance. A short stroll from Brunel Bridge, a nice walk uphill. The property is so spacious and very well designed and build. Highly recommended if you are planning to stay in Bristol.

Beautiful home, with individual rooms, perfectly located to all the wonderful sites of Bath. Great communication from host and we loved how the interior matched the feel of the house and history of Bath. Wonderful stay and it had everything we needed for a lovely relaxed weekend with great restaurants and walks on the doorstep. Would highly recommend!

Rosamond's home is beautiful. As it is her family home, everything feels warm and welcoming and you need for nothing. The house itself is very spacious (which is great when you have 3 teenagers!) and very clean. There is off road parking and a lovely garden backing on to a park, which is great for an evening stroll. Rosamond herself is very responsive and very friendly and all communications were spot on. The area is a great base for visiting so many different locations. In one week we visited the suspension bridge, SS Great Britain, Bristol Aerospace, the Royal Mint (over in South Wales), the roman baths at Bath and Wookey Hole....and couldn't escape taking a trip to Cribbs Causeway! So much more to see though, so we'll definitely be back! Thank you so much Rosamond 😊

A really terrific stay. Incredibly kind and welcoming hosts and the house itself is stunning. We had a very special few days and hope we’ll get another chance to stay again.

I just want to say this property is fantastic, it's amazingly clean and surpassed all my expectations and the lovely little details of soap and memory foam mattresses. This has got to be the best air bnb I've stayed in.

Fabulous townhouse in a great location. So close to the centre of Bath. Fenella was a fantastic host, very attentive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.
