This is the only house I have ever gone back to and I've been there 4 times. You will not find a winter waterfront view like this anywhere else. The home is spacious, quiet, and well kept.

What an amazing gem! Tucked away, but with plenty of amenities that you would fine at a modern, big-city hotel. Great family space, with privacy, but also big family spaces. A perfect fit for our family team in town for a race. We will be back!

We've been staying at the Oak Street Inn for many years. It's always the first place we look at when planning a trip to Calumet. We look forward to staying there again for our next trip.

It was a wonderful place to visit. The house felt very welcoming, and everything you could think of that you'd need was available to you. 10/10 would recommend this to others. We also plan to rebook here to explore more of what the UP has to offer! The host was so kind and responsive! Can't say enough good things about our stay.

Wonderful place with Lake Superior access that feels secluded but is only a few mins to town. Was clean and comfortable, would definitely stay again!

We returned to this cottage for our winter Keweenaw trip, we loved it so much the first time we stayed here last year. I love the cottage and the beautiful location, and appreciate that we can bring our dogs. The cottage is cozy, and well stocked with everything you need.

In town for the Great Bear Chase and stayed here for the second straight year. Everything worked out as expected. Close to town, well equipped kitchen, plenty of sleeping spaces. Nice to have sauna access. Host is easy to reach and responsive. House rules and amenities are easy to find. Would definitely stay again.

Our two nights were comfortable. The vintage cabin was small, nice for a couple like us that wanted to simply explore the area and enjoy seeing what “up northwest” U. P. living was all about. We enjoyed being so close to the lake and lighthouse.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend away. Amanda and Jason were so helpful during our time there. The days we stayed were below 0 degrees and one of the pipes froze from the cold, within one hour of contacting the hosts, Jason was out to the cabin and had the water running again. They also had great recommendations of things to do in the area. We tried the Nordic spa at Mt. Bohemia one evening and loved it. The snow all around the cabin was awesome and we hope to return in the summer someday.

Beautiful place. We had a true Yooper experience. -13 degrees and snow everyday. The house stayed warm and the driveway plowed every morning. We look forward to going back when we can experience everything in the Fall or Summer.

We really enjoyed this cottage during our winter visit to the Keweenaw. During our stay in early March there were not many people in Eagle Harbor, but there were probably 150 deer milling about, which was interesting. With only one restaurant in town (closed on Mondays), we were glad we brought plenty of food to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen. We found nice, groomed trails for cross country skiing and snowshoeing in town, and there extensive trail systems throughout the Keweenaw for those activities, as well as equipment rental companies in Calumet and Copper Harbor. The cabin was comfortable and well equipped, and the queen bed was pretty comfortable.

We had a great stay at this property. Everything was as promised. The house was spacious, peaceful, and clean. The hosts were proactive with their instructions and made it easy to find and enter. Cozy, quaint, and comfortable! Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Didn't think there would be so much space. As other review mentioned, there is a shower which is not shown in the pictures or description. There's an extra toilet in the basement. The kitchen was well stocked. (Never seen a flour sifter in a rental before.)

This is a warm, old farm house on a beautiful property. My son set up his tent next to the pond on the property too. The house is clean, charming, and comfortable. Nancy has filled it with historical photos from the area <3 The kitchen is equipped with cookware and dishes, along with a fridge to fill with your own items. Houghton is a 15 minute drive up the road with a grocery store and restaurants. So you're in the woods but close to town. There are some great trails on the property, but there are also some spectacular falls within a 20 minute drive. We felt right at home and hated to leave! Thank you for the spectacular stay Nancy!!

Great host, place was clean, and as described! Would definitely stay again. Apple Maps guides you past the home, but the host was proactive and turned on some blue lights on the eve. Easy to find! Comfortable home.

This is our second time staying here and we are ready to go back! Everything was great again. The house is cute, clean and just the right size for what we needed. The property is in a beautiful location and the sauna and gazebo on the water are fun amenities. It’s just nice and peaceful and quiet. It’s not crazy touristy. Comfy beds, access to the water, some water toys and bikes available, fun sauna, beautiful scenery in the area to explore. I can feel myself breathe when we are there. Love it.

Historic and cozy accommodations in the heart of the Keweenaw. This was a great place to stay, cook breakfast and recuperate after long days exploring all the peninsula has to offer.
